You would think if you have been taking the same prescription for almost 2 years that has to be ordered and you take it the same day every month, that you would finally order it early or keep it in stock. Totally unacceptable to give the excuse that is a very expensive medication, really. You cant tell me that you just dont keep expensive medications in stock 🤦‍♂️🤬

My compliments to the chef my son usually spits Amoxicillin out everywhere. He was happy to take all 10ml of the bubblegum flavor.

I live this pharmacy! All the service of a Mom and Pop shop but with prices comparable to a big box chain pharmacys. I miss Stephen though...its just not the same without his smiling face and wonderfully kind attentiveness. He always worked hard to fins valuable coupons that saved me tons of money!

I called at 4:45 today (Saturday) and you are already closed. Thats unacceptable since you are a pharmacy. If you say you are open until 5pm you should stick to that 🤬

Use to be a better place but customer service has gone down. To me customer service is just as important as the product. Why would you want to trade with ungrateful people.There is way too many choices with better customer service. I have personally never had any problems with the pharmacist. But those that handle the calls and counter

The pharmacists here ALWAYS LISTEN and I talk a lot. They are helpful. If someone is in a bad mood, move on, as that is life.

This pharmacy works for me. They listen (and I have severe medication allergies) and try to do whatever they can to help me. I ask a lot of questions and they answer. My allergies are so unique that I am thankful the pharmacists listen to me.

We have had the pleasure of knowing Martha since the 1980s She is wonderful. There is no other as helpful and thoughtful. We use Pharmacy plus because she is there, and it is a great pharmacy too

Home town full service pharmacy, with compounding lab, always friendly and kind service. Excited about the move to their new location a block down from the post office. Tom, Martha and other staff have been great to work with over the years.

My family has been going here for many years. We went there specifically for Martha because she was extremely friendly, cared, and always got us the best deals and information on medications. Now the service is terrible and the main pharmacist has a huge attitude problem. When you call or need something specific, youre redirected by some teenager who has no idea what they are doing and it has just become such an issue that I will be bringing my business elsewhere. Disappointed.

I picked up a prescription for my mom here and the woman at the drive through window was not friendly or helpful at all. Very short and made me feel like I was a nuisance. Customer service could certainly use some changes.

They never call when my prescriptions are ready. Ive had them change my main phone number with them 3 times so that they may call me and they still never use the correct phone number or call me. The prescriptions I have filled there have to be compounded so they have a short shelf life. It is frustrating waiting extra days for a call to never receive one.

This pharmacy could really stand to improve on customer service. One of the front counter ladies that works there is not at all friendly, they dont always call you when they say they will (i.e. when your Rx is ready), and they dont always have your Rx ready when they say they will. Recently they cant seem to find prescriptions that have been called in multiple times. I can understand that things happen from time to time, but its happened enough over the last couple of years that I think its problematic. I have finally chosen to take my business elsewhere. I have been told by others that they have had similar experiences, especially when it comes to customer service from the counter help.

DO NOT GO HERE!! They filled my medications incorrectly twice in a row!! I would recommend the CVS or really anyone in coppell but them.

Waist of time and money. It sounded nice, good price, service etc. Ha, just wait til you get there.
