I am so grateful that one of Dr. Lee colleges referred me to him. My case was considered a difficult one. My upper left tooth suffered severe bone and tissue loss which needed implant. The reason why I took so long to get it done is because I hear lots of horror stories about botch implants. My first appointment with Dr. Lee made me feel confident about him and his work. I would say he is one of the best Periodontist I have ever meet, I have met a few and they’re all about money not Dr. Lee. The price he gave me for my treatments were very reasonable. So far all of my visit has been a great experience and fun. The plus side to coming here is that not only is he a great Dr. his staff is amazing and the office is super nice and clean. Definitely will referring my families and friends to him.

To say my experience with this office has been extremely disappointing is an understatement. I knocked out my 4 front teeth and went two years without them, so of course getting implants was a huge step! Upon talking to Dr. Lee he insinuated that he would be able to give me the result I was looking for. I had bone loss and tissue loss, and so we had to do a bone and tissue graft. I was not made aware that because of this I would not have a gum line. During our consultation, he should have done a better job at managing expectations, as I’m a first time patient and had no clue how it all works. I just knew I wanted to have my smile back and he said he can make it all happen. After agreement on the zirconia implants and surgery, I found out that Dr. Lee had put titanium in my mouth when I specifically told his staff that I did NOT want that, as titanium has a high toxicity level in my body and I did not want that so close to my brain. When this became known and was addressed, he placed the blame on me and asked me why I didn’t tell him that the plan had changed, as if that’s MY responsibility. I should not be held responsible for the lack of communication between your staff. I signed the treatment plan, as did your staff member and I assumed everything else would be taken care of. My only option was to deal with it or start the whole process over. After 2 yrs without my front teeth and thinking I’d be done with the process in a month, psychologically I was not prepared to start all over again, so I just decided to keep the titanium and moved forward. When creating the bridge for my teeth, I obviously wanted them to look as natural to my other teeth as possible and he made it seem like I was being a difficult patient and told me that he’s having to do all this extra work for me because I wasn’t happy with the results. I did not feel cared for and at this point, I just felt like he wanted to get rid of me because of the problems “I’ve caused.” There was no ownership on their behalf. Now a year later, my billing cycle was messed up because of an error on their end and my card was charged unexpectedly 2 months in a row, without even a courtesy phone call to let me know of the inconsistency. If I could turn back time and never step foot in this office, I absolutely would. I spent a lot of money on something that I thought was going to bring me so much joy and happiness, and it has been the complete opposite. I’m now currently saving up to redo this entire process, with the hopes that I’ll finally be happy with my smile again. With all that being said, Lizeth is amazing!!!! She’s by far the best thing about the practice. They’re incredibly lucky to have her!

They make sure you feel comfortable from the minute you walk in to the minute you walk out. Always a great experience at this dental office. Their office is always clean and neat. So glad I found this place after spending days researching a good dentist (I used to be a dental assistant and knew many good bedside manner dentists who cut corners and take advantage of patients.) I have never had such a great experience visiting dentists, there were always my nightmare; however, honestly, in Edelweiss dental, Dr. Lee FLIPS OVER my though of visiting a dentist ( no surprising, this thought Has been rooting in my life for 22 years since my first decay tooth came out) I can say that I had a great time when Dr. Lee was cleaning and working on my worst 22 years old decay tooth which has a huge hole ( it has been there 21 years, so you can image how terrible it is). I believe less ppl would say they have great time dealing with a terrible decay tooth, YES, it’s no pain, no sensitive, and no uncomfortable feeling are all possible with Dr. Lee. Believe me, I’m a pain sensitive person, even though I’m 27 now, I still tears out when a tiny needle injected into my skin. Dr. Lee is so patient and always makes you feel at ease. I can tell, he works for your dental issue not for your money, he always gives you the best suggestion.

I had an emergency situation where my dentist couldn’t remove one of my tooth, it broke in half and I was really scared. I needed removal and bone graph. Thankfully he immediately recommended Dr Lee to help us out, we explained the situation and his staff promptly made room for me, they took me in and made me feel safe, got everything done in less than 30min, no pain at all. Dr Lee is very knowledgeable and made me feel safe and the staff is really kind, since the moment we were greeted I knew I was in the right place. Excellent service. Come to him!!

I usually do not post reviews on public for these kinds of things, but I really wanted to share how great of a doctor Dr. Lee is. Other than how friendly his office staff are, Dr. Lee is very fast and meticulous. When I got his wisdom teeth taken out at his office last year, I remember each tooth taking less than 10 minutes to take out. He advised that I don’t use laughing gas and simply use numbing gel on my gums, and the WHOLE procedure was pain free. Amazing doctor.

Dr. Lee is an amazing Dentist- words can not begin to explain what he has done for me and my mouth. I had no choice but to get the 4 in one implant for health reasons. I came to Dr. Lees office seeking help with correcting a total miss that I was left with by another location. Dr. Lee has performed several surgeries and has performed several implants while correcting all the miss that I was left with. The entire team is so very much helpful and caring. Dr. Lee is quite an intelligent man and one of best in his craft. Without him, I could have never been able to have basically, my entire teeth structure renewed. and thats with no exaggeration.

If you are looking for an oral surgeon whos knowledgeable, honest & works meticulously to handle your dental needs, Dr. Lee is your doctor. He did two zirconia implants on me and six months later completed the work with abutments & zirconia crowns. He was very detailed and made sure he was as accurate as possible, as his work is to perfection. He did monitor my progress throughout and was always a professional as he kindly told me not what I may have wanted to hear, but the truth. He kept his word on everything he said; I knew each step of the process beforehand, and there were no surprises. That meant a lot to me. He was honest, meticulous with his work and caring. I have no complaints about Dr. Lee. His staff worked to help me, especially Jackie. She went above and beyond and also cared about my outcome. His hygienist was also kind and respectful. I have an 18 year old child who needed an implant so it took us a while to review places and one our last referral appointments was with Dr. Lee. Its such an investment that we took our time and made appointments with a few of the referrals from our dentist. My son and I both came away from the consultation with Dr. Lee and his staff, and we knew that this office was where we needed to be. Do your research if needing to do an implant, because its very important to get all the work done in one location. Dr. Lee is extremely particular, and completes the full implant there in the office. Pricing was comparable to the other estimates from other offices, but Edelweiss was our number one choice based on Dr. Lee, the office staff, and the pleasant office environment. Dr. Lee have done laser gum surgery twice. I was really anxious to get it since it was the first time for me. I just thought that the doctor was honest but intimidating and I almost felt that I might want to give up the treatment. And just a minute ago, the staff called me to ask about my negative comments and explained how experienced he was... which I didnt get hurt from...The stars are based on how I feel about the visit, not just about how experienced the doctor is. Please dont call to comment on negative comments..it didnt help at all but just worsen my feeling and wasted my time.

This dental clinic is awesome. Not only the medical treatment is great but also the staffs are very kind, caring, and welcoming. Also they and the clinic itself are very relaxing which helped me to be less nervous pulling out 3 of my wisdom teeth. I went to other dental clinics before I go here, but what they told me is to cut and pull only half of my wisdom teeth out and let me just wait till the other half of the piece come outward, then pull out. They were so irresponsible and had no clue at all about the possibilities of me having decay later on. They even say they might just cut off my nerve (sine my teeth are very close to nerve and horizontally impacted) and I might lose some parts of sense of taste or touch. Unlike those clinics, I can say Dr. Lee (and also other staffs) is very exceptional in skills, kind in explaining things related to the medical procedure, costs, and insurance, and really I felt perfection for the entire procedure. If there is anyone looking for a meticulous, caring, and perfect skilled dentist and staffs, I highly recommend this place. pls, go! (one more thing: the receptionist, Ms. Vy is awesome!).
