I have been going to magnolia park dental going on 3 years my wife and her family even longer. In the 3 I have never had a bad experience and during the pandemic they were very cautious and safe and always putting their patients safety first. Walking in the building you’re greeted by Jennifer who always so kind and smiling and always laughs at my stupid jokes. Tawona has to be my favorite person in the world, always so cheerful and professional but gentle and caring ! Dr. Camp is also top notch, he is very professional and not after your pocket book. He will tell you like it is. In my opinion, this is the best staff I have ever came across. Thank you all for what you do and see you in April.

Wouldnt use anyone else. Great service, staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr Camp is great and doesnt waste your time. Communicates well.. Wait times are minimal, they get you in at your appointment time. Pricing is very good. No pain at all.

This visit was for Hygienist only, very thorough cleaning. Down side I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time and still wasn’t called for my appointment. I asked receptionist is they had forgotten about me, the answer was no but they were running behind. Better communication when this happens would be a good idea!

I went for my first visit since the pandemic, and I remembered why I love this practice so much. First, all of the staff are so nice and helpful. Dr. Camp never pushes cosmetic or unnecessary services on the patient. He gives you all the information you need to make a decision, without any pressure. The dental hygienist is so gentle, yet thorough. I can’t say enough great things about Magnolia Dental.

Jessica is so thorough and gentle when cleaning your teeth. Also the Ladies up front are very nice. Most people hate going to the Dentist. But you will love it here!

Dr Camp and his amazing team from the front to the back changed that with their professionalism, knowledge and overall caring nature on the very first visit. I had to return for a crown and had the same experience on that visit too, which can be rare these days! Dr Camp was so gentle and made me feel very comfortable by explaining everything from beginning to end of treatment. And I don’t want to forget Dr Camp’s RDA, Jasmine, who was pretty awesome herself! Magnolia Dental really is the best. I had a really bad tooth ache and the pain was constant. I reached out and then and they accommodated me right away and got me an appointment with Dr. Camp. It truly saved me. The experience it top of class and they go out of their way to make me feel more like family than just a patient. Wouldn’t go anywhere else even if I have to drive a ways.

I have been patient at Magnolia Park Dental since they opened several years ago. I prefer the 7am appointments for scheduled work and they are always accommodating. So, this last Monday morning at 7am I called needing some urgent dental attention. Wow, I drove 30 minutes, got in and out by 8:30am. Outstanding! Well done team, well done!

I scheduled an appointment on a Friday few weeks ago at 740am. I had to request pto from work for this appointment. I showed up early and saw that no one was in the office or picking up the phone. However their office states that they open at 7am. I waited in the parking lot for at least 30 minutes after my appt time, hoping someone would show up or at least call me back. I left voicemails as well. An hour AFTER my appointment time, I receive an email that my appointment has been cancelled due to inclement weather (this was before the bad storm hit and took out power). Even as I write this review almost 1.5 weeks later, no one has even bothered to call me back or reschedule, or even an apology. Very unprofessional and wasted a lot of my time!

The staff and surgeon Jeremiad Cook are professional. My arrival was acknowledged and I was escorted to my chair. I was informed of today’s surgery and expected outcomes. I was not in the surgery for as long as anticipated. At the conclusion I was provided with after care instructions supplies and prescriptions. My carrier was billed and checkout was effortless today. Going in for cleanings with Julie Holly is outstanding. She is so kind, professional and knowledgeable. And Dr. Camp is amazing! He does such great work at a fair price and is always transparent and explains this work very well. I am terrified of the dentist. I have already been here before for an emergency root canal. The staff is personable, professional, and caring. Today Tawanna (I’m not sure if spelling is correct, apologies if it’s not) did a deep cleaning on me. I was very nervous and she made me feel at ease. She has completely made me feel more comfortable about coming to the dentist. I would absolutely recommend her if your getting a cleaning!

I was disheartened to learn that my hygienist for years had recently left, but have found the new hygienist (Julie) to be excellent. My first-ever visit @ MPD: First, Tiffany meets and greets me at the parking lot wearing a mask, and a big smile. Yes, I could tell because she was smeyeling. 😀 Then, she takes numerous X-rays while constantly making me feel comfortable in a new environment. Next, Doc Brady turns his attention to me checking my teeth and evaluating X-rays. He gives me details along the way while his brain is churning the info into a treatment plan. Doc then gives me a big picture of the care and cure plan, as I have not seen a dentist in five years, and needed one: repairs are to be completed in three stages -I can visualize the process. Finally, Tiffany gets to feel and test the condition of my gums. She openly and clearly verbalizes the condition-report (maintaining a friendly, warm eye-contact) and sets up the earliest possible appointment. The ladies at the end in the reception area are the icing on the cake, or the hot sauce on chorizo - polite, knowledgeable, kind, sweet. We get the three doc appointments set in a flash while maintaining an energizing conversation. Not only is my plan set now, but I also receive the report on expected expenses involved with treatments in advance - love it, as no questions remain. Overall, Dr. Bradys Camp (his office) has nothing but positive energy and efficency flowing throughout - expect truly world-class dental experiences.
