Everyone from staff to Dr Cutler was super nice and firendly. Dr Cutler was thorough and took time to discuss options with me. Happy to have found an eye doctor I can return to year after year!

I have been a client here for over 10 years and the staff are always courteous and professional. Rarely is there a wait after arriving for my appointment. The exam is thorough and complete. I never had a prescription wrong. I provide reports to couple of my other healthcare providers and they always compliment the thoroughness of report.

Dr Sandra Elston is only the best at what she does. She cares about her profession. Found her by accident years ago thru my insurance. She is very attentive. The staff was very prompt and courteous when we arrived. I am on oxygen 24/7 and the staff wasted no time getting me into a testing room. The eye technician explained every test which showed her professional knowledge. Dr. Pells performed my eye exam and advised that my existing glasses were still good as due to my age 70 she did not expect to correct my vision to 20/20. However, my right eye was weaker. So she offered to cut new lenses to fit my existing frames. That savings plus a 15% senior citizen discount really helped make the decision to proceed with new lenses. Over all an outstanding visit.

From the time I walked in the office, everyone was so professional and very kind. I saw Dr. Elston and she is probably one of the friendliest doctors Ive ever seen. My appointment was at 2:30 pm and by 3:30 pm I was on my way back home. I had an eye/contact exam and also purchased new glasses. Everything was so efficient and I will be returning in the future. I read all of the positive reviews and though this would be a great place, but now Im wondering why there are so many good reviews.Over the weekend I came down with an eye infection which was pretty bad (extremely bloodshot, veiny and red). I live in Coppell, and I saw this place had a good rating, so I figured they could help me out pretty quickly.When I arrived, I explained that I just wanted some help and someone to have a look at my eye, which was getting more bloodshot by the hour. They told me that they dont take walk-ins, and that I would have to be an existing patient to be looked at. They also told me I should go to an urgent care to have an eye infection looked at instead of an optometrist (although that seems silly, I dont understand why they would recommend that, since they are the eye specialists). So, I asked how to become a patient, despite their comment about going to an urgent care place. They then told me Id have to use a computer to set up an account and fill out this form, then make an appointment and come back. Thats all pretty ridiculous.So I just left, and went to my old optometrist who is located much further away, but it was definitely worth the drive. My old optometrist took me as a walk-in and saw my very infected eye, and prescribed me some antibiotic eye drops. Which is exactly what I would expect of a good optometrist (the opposite of my experience at Coppell Vision Center).

Coppell Vision Center, specifically Dr. Elston (the only doctor I’ve seen there) is the best! Not only is she thorough in my eye exam, she always has time for any questions I have and never makes me feel rushed or that she needs to get to the next patient. I had symptoms of detached retina like white flashes for extended period of time. No sympathy from these folks to give me an appointment sooner rather than a one MONTH wait. They simply didnt care yet they should know better that detached retina can be a very serious eye condition. Maybe it was a matter of money as the first available date was communicated t me only after asking for the insurance plan (we have a good insurance, not an Obama care or an HMO)....

I never write a reviews, but need to here. I had my eyes tested in January. The Doctor was great and would give her 5 stars. I was going to order new glasses because I took out Eye Med insurance at work this year. The glasses was going to cost my just under $600.00 with insurance. I didnt get the glasses. My glasses broke this past weekend. I went to Las Colinas vision center because I just moved over here. The same pair of glasses cost only $238.00 with insurance. So Beware!!!!
