Dr Cara Hall is hands down brilliant! I find her techniques both innovative and effective. I really appreciate her attentiveness and concern to any ailment that I might bring in as well as her immediate action whether the best course of action is an chiropractic adjustment or cold laser therapy or a deep tissue massage. In addition, shes very knowledgeable on nutrition, exercise, as well as at home therapy which really accelerates any down time. I heartily recommend Kairos Chiropractic for you and your family.

After using the same Chiropractor for several years, I was reluctantly forced to change due him being too far away. I had several to choose from in the Coppell area that accepted my health in insurance. To be honest, I chose Kairos because it was the closet to my office, out of convenience. I am glad I did. Dr. Hall is great. The staff is great. The experience is great. They are more than just Chiropractic care, they offer the whole wellness experience. If you are new to the area as I was and looking for a Chiropractor, this is your place.

Dr. Cara is extremely knowledgeable and skillful. Shes helped me a lot to manage my fibromyalgia symptoms, which is a challenge! She also does nutritional counseling--providing in depth testing and counseling (and an infrared sauna!)Office staff is friendly and super helpful!I highly recommend!

Amazing place. Have gone to chiropractor my whole life, this place put does them all. Im not a number I am a person. Has brought such relief. I no longer have pain in my back. I had horrible headaches and after going my headaches are gone. LOVE THIS PLACE. You have to go. You wont regreat it.

Dr. C is one of the best chiropractors in the business! She truly cares about every patient and goes out of her way to help. Her adjustments are great, but shes much more than that: health advocate, caretaker, cheerleader, and listener. I couldnt say enough positive things about her and her practice.

Dr. Cara Hall is awesome! After moving to Texas from Chicago, I tried several offices and found Karios to be by far the best.Also love the infrared sauna. It gives me a few minutes of meditation during my busy week and really does tighten and firm.

I went in with my mom today for her adjustment. Dr.Hall was very knowledgable and friendly. My mom felt a lot better after only her first adjustment and is looking forward to go back. We were in and out within an hour.

Dr. C has helped my health in so many ways! I started seeing her for nutritional wellness about 8 years ago at her old Preston Center location. Since then, I’ve continued to visit for chiropractic adjustments and exercises for my neck, shoulder and back. She and her cold laser even performed miracles when it looked like I might need surgery for nerve entrapment in my elbow. I am willing to commute from East Dallas to Coppell because I trust her and she makes me feel like family.

Dr. “C” (Cara) is a fantastic, caring, attentive care provider. She takes time with her patients and is especially great with mamas and little ones. Cannot recommend her enough!

Dr. Cara Hall (Dr. C) is an excellent chiropractor and has resolved some major issues I had from a car accident in college. Over 15 years and several other doctors, only Dr. C was able to personalize a plan for me. I had seen at least 2 other doctors in the Coppell area. One of them actually made the pain worse. Thank God I found Dr. C. My migraines are well managed and my back pain is gone.

Hall Chiropractic and Family Wellness Center is undoubtedly one of the best chiropractic offices in the area. I can say this having tried out many other chiropractic and wellness centers across DFW, some with success and others not so much, but the Doctors Hall (Mike and Cara) are truly in a league of their own. They are both genuinely caring people who enjoy educating, spreading wellness, and building a community in addition to treating chiropractic issues. I often see whole families come in together for chiropractic care. The office itself is clean, well decorated and provides a warm relaxing atmosphere.I have been a patient of Dr. Mike Hall for about 17 years and he is not just a great chiropractor, but also a great man. He initially rehabbed me after a very serious car wreck in which I was rear ended at a stop light. I was diagnosed with whiplash, stretched spinal cord and concussion. I was in so much pain I could barely move or speak. I had constant headaches.Dr. Hall was gentle, patient and caring. He treated me in the office and gave me exercises to do at home to facilitate my recovery. He empowered me to take charge of my own well being.Prior to Dr. Hall I had seen chiropractors regularly for about ten years. I am an active person had recurrent neck/shoulder/rib problems for many years. Each visit would provide temporary relief, yet Id develop pain again increasingly over the next days and weeks until I absolutely had to see the chiropractor again. After the rehab with Dr. Hall I noticed that I didnt have the recurring (what I called the flaming sword between my shoulder blades) something that I had begun to think was going to be a life long burden.A major criticism about chiropractic is that you need to constantly go to appointments, otherwise your pain will return. Let me be the first to tell you thats not the case. Making the investment in the expertise of Dr. Hall and doing my part with home care (exercise and nutrition) is the best thing I could have ever done for my health.I continue to visit him from time to time for maintenance, when I have an issue or when I just want to immerse myself in a loving, nurturing, positive environment.
