Ive been a customer here for about 4 years. Eugene, Dr Fishman and Alex are absolutely the best they are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable with the products and services. Excellent selection of frames and their expertise with frame recommendations is a true asset to this establishment. They can not be compared to those other chain optical stores. Here you will receive premium product and services and they are always willing to be of service with adjustments, questions and/or assistance.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. It does not deserve 1 star. The eye doctors are absolutely awful. They get frustrated at you when they ask better 1 or better 2 and you ask them to go over it again. You would think they would want to get that right? I have been a loyal customer for a very long time- just called and got hung up on. Then, my mother called and they were much nicer to her and answered all of her questions. If you are a younger person, they will treat you like garbage. I have no problem writing this review because this business must learn how to operate like an actual business. Do not give a bitter business your time of day. The receptionist who used to work there, as well as Tom, are great so I apologize to them for leaving this review. Steve is unprofessional. These people need a reality check.

The best and kindest, the most professional service I have ever met, the ophthalmologist is always professional, always nice, accurate, knows his stuff like no other, very professional and with great knowledge and experience! I recommend!

I cannot express how helpfull and attentive this store is. They knew just what i needed and understood issues i have had in the past. Great experience, highly recommended them!

I waited For a few minutes for my service but was well worth the wait.... very polite mannered and handled my prescrips with great care... gets 5 stars on how well they deal with everything especially during these trying times...

I went into the store (I was the only customer) to purchase a pair of glasses, when I told him want insurance I had then the worker just pointed with his finger to a single rack. Did not get up to help me out. The customer service is lacking tremendously. I normally support local business but I promise you myself, family and friends will take our business elsewhere. Utterly ridiculous.

I called to get my contacts about two weeks ago and I new I needed a eye exam as my prescription was expired but being were on a lock down it was very hard to get a exam. When I spoke to the first person they said they would order me a box of contacts for each eye for now and hopefully soon enough I could get the exam. Well about two weeks passed maybe like 10 days and I never heard from them I called yesterday and I believe I spoke to Steve and he said that basically I never spoke to them and I was lying to him! He was the most Obnoxious rude person Ive ever spoken to! He refused to give me my prescription and talked to me in the worst manner. I was trying my best to explain to him my situation at work that I have to wear a mask and its very difficult to wear glasses with the mask because they constantly fog up. He could care less and was literally laughing at me. Absolutely the most arrogant disrespectful POS Ive ever talk to. I ended up calling my old place I use to go to which I always liked but I moved so it was a little far. They immediately gave me a temporary pair and ordered me a box for each eye even though the prescription is not exact they worked fine and Im going to have an exam as soon as possible with them . I have 6 friends and family that used Harbor Optics and I called all of them and they will not be doing business with them again. They also agreed that the only reason they used them is cause of the convenience of the location but their customer service is horrendous. Im a good person and very respectful I work at a restaurant as a manager and all the customers love me I know a customer service is about Ive been in the business a very long time but this place or at least this guy Steve has no clue what it means to be respectful and understand people situations. Rude obnoxious disrespectful and just overall horrible customer service I wish I could a gave them zero stars!

That woman in there she is very rude and fresh I would never trust them to fix my glasses or do any service with them I just wanted to fix my glasses that was Bend and she like they are broken and if I heat them they will break I was waiting but then I though about it and I left never going there again 😡

Incredibly friendly/helpful staff. i needed an eye exam as well as new glasses they were very quick and helped me through the process. definitely recommend and will keep going there.

I am shocked by all the bad reviews !!!I’ve been there for a couple times for me and for my 14 years old (you know teenagers can’t decided what they want)but the staff was very helpful, patient, professional and friendly thanks to them ones more !!!!They also have great selection of all budgets.I drove a longer distance then usual but it’ is worth it . I recommend vision world to everyone.

Absolutely amazing visit yesterday (2/5/20 ...Staff was professional and very friendly I went in to ask a question and the optician he took me right away Dr Fishman is great I’m very satisfied with my eye exam last three years my exams were reading charts and blowing air into my eyes I highly recommend vision world !!!!

Now that I post a review you take the time to write a response If you had taken that same time to simply return a phone call it wouldn’t have gotten to this point It’s not about getting the results I want It’s about getting a basic level of customer service I happen to work in Insurance so understand it’s never easy I simply wanted you to put in a little effort instead of telling me you don’t have time This went on for two months without so much of a phone call but again two days for you to write a response to my review Instead of writing a response you should have just made the phone call to my insurance companyWorst place I spent two months of them having to call carrier to get pre authorization that takes 5 minutes and was told they don’t have time for that and to find someone else Yet I had to call 4x until Eugene called me back two months later to tell me this That he doesn’t have time Nice way to treat a client that has been going there for more than ten years That you just completely ignore and I had to chase you down I hope no one has to ever get pre authorization because you might as well find somewhere else to go “I don’t have time for that” Clearly just another doctor who only cares about money not the patient

Great place nice people quality goods and you can get a hearing aid in the back from Leo what more could you ask for.

I got my sunglasses there for a good price and everyone is really nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place
