Im so impressed with Dr. Knutson and the Park Dental team. My 10 year daughter had a dental emergency at 3pm yesterday, I called at 3:30, they close at 4 and they stayed open. My daughter was very distraught and they did such great work, quickly and with great care. I highly recommend!

Disappointed. Read the reviews. This place is a joke. Very unprofessional, Zero customer service and the dont care about their patients. Period. If I could give half a star I would.

Im giving 1 star because the customer service at this clinic is the worst I have experienced with a dental clinic. I was a patient at this clinic for 5 years and loved the dentist I had, but when my insurance changed it became increasingly difficult to schedule a cleaning or an appointment. I felt disrespected and discriminated against for having MA insurance. I have never had an issue anywhere else I went for care with MA insurance. I do not believe for a second that this clinic uses patient-centered care...

Yall a bunch of whiners. Its a dentist and they do dentist things. EZ PZ never had a bad experience.

Everyone at Park dental is very nice and accommodating. I have very high anxiety being in the office and Michael has gone above and beyond to make sure that I am comfortable during the entire process. I would recommend park dental to anyone who has a hard time being in the dental office.

Seems like an foreign concept to give the dentist a 5 star rating but my wife and I made this our home dentist office a few years ago and are very pleased with the professional and courteous staff, not to mention very accommodating. They do a great job explaining things and making you feel comfortable. Two thumbs up for this dentist office.

If its possible to have painless dental work this is the place. I had a root canal done and never felt a ounce of pain. I also had a tooth extraction done that was painless. This place is filled with nothing but professionals. I would highly recommend this place of you need any dental work done.

I’m extremely disappointed with how the dentist handled my 4 year old. My son was obviously distressed and scared before the dentist even walked into the room. Instead of making him comfortable, he starts pulling on his hat (my son was trying to hide in his hat in order to not be examined) and says, “take your hat off”, to which my son started crying and held it on. The dentist got it off and I held my son while he was crying and the dentist took a peek in his mouth. He told my son, “you’re too old for this”, you need to get your teeth examined! After him clenching his teeth down and the dentist trying to pry his mirror in his mouth, I said, that’s enough....we are done. He proceeded to let me know that he is almost 5 and it needs to be done and what if there’s a cavity, then an abscess could form in which case, this exam would have been much easier than dealing with that. Ok, I get that, but had you walked into the room and actually helped my son through his fear instead of making him even more scared, things could have been WAY different! I’m really upset with the whole visit went and now my son will forever have this experience to remember. Oh, my 12 yr old was seen right after as well and the dentist let him know just how “cranky” his little brother was.

I am extremely disappointed with how these people talked to me when I made an appointment today. I got furloughed from my job due to Covid and am now on state insurance. They were condescending and disrespectful to me. I will be finding another dentist.

Just finished an appointment for my 8 year old son, and I cant say enough good things about these people. This is the 3rd year Ive brought him here and theyre always patient, kind, and professional. They make me, and more importantly him, feel very comfortable.

Enjoyable experience with my teeth cleaning today with Penny! Dr Schillings was wonderful as well and answered all my questions. Have been going here since a child and wouldnt go anywhere else!

Lost a filling in my tooth, a big one in the back of the tooth right next to my eye tooth.Went in to get it filled on 8/8/2012 and they would not see me due to owing them $275.00 from March 2012 due to a previous filling they did on one of my front teeth.Informed them that I had contacted the Minnesota Attorney General about this bill due to Delta Dental refusing to pay (even after appeal by the dentist) and I had not heard back from them.The reason Delta Dental refused to pay for the filling in March was because: we dont pay for fillings in a tooth more than once every 24 months, and the filling fell out of my front tooth prior to the 24 month mark! I let the attorney Generals office know I was not going to run around with a big hole in one of my front teeth because of a crummy contract designed by Delta Dental and their lawyers! Delta Dental is more than happy to take your premium but want to line their pockets with that money rather than pay it out in benefits.Now I have this other huge filling that fell out of another of my upper teeth. I explain all this about the Attorney General to the lady behind the counter that the bill is gonna sit until I receive an answer from the Attorney General and Delta Dental.She dont care: We want payment. Well, I said, that aint gonna happen. And then I walked out. This is not the first time these people have hounded me about money. I now sincerely believe that Park Dental is on par with Dental Dental as far as being a bunch of money grubbers who really dont care about the person behind the checkbook (or credit card).

I always get a consistent exceptional service every single time for my 6 month check up & clean up. So grateful to my dental hygienist, Michelle, she is such a professional, great at her job, very accommodating & understanding to the patients needs. Would recommend her to others.

Ive now been stuck with a temp crown for 2 months. These people cant seem to take my money for dental work.

Polite staff, but waited 15 minutes past my appointment time with no one checking in on me. Probably wont be back.

They are rude and a waist of time made a apt to find out lady did not make it then they would not get me in like it was my fault

They remedied my situation within a day.
