This clinic is wonderful. They are very innovative in their excercises, and keeping their clients motivated. I like their approach of rotating the staff with you. That way you get the best of each of their specialties. The energy here awesome, you feel so good being here. And that is do to the staff. The non failing support you get is priceless.

Let me start by letting everyone know, I’ve been to several physical therapy clinics and have had pleasant results, Empower really did raise the bar beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. I absolutely adore the staff and their genuine care for my well being. I look forward to every visit and as I’m writing this review, unfortunately this is my last visit. I feel like my pain has almost completely subsided, and with time it should be something I can better manage. My only regret is not coming in earlier when my problems developed, please don’t let time pass before things can get worse and affect your quality of life if you need PT, it also affects the people around you in their quality of life. I can finally keep up with my kids and it means as much to them as it does to me. Thank you all at Empower Physical Therapy 💙

All of the staff at the Coolidge office are great! Especially Jen and Justin They make you feel welcome and that they really do care! And they educate you to help you get well! I recommend EPT to everyone!

Ive had to come to empower twice and I just love how everyone that works there seems like a close family, they makes you feel like you as a patient is all that matters from the time that you walk in until after therapy their all great. From Devin welcoming daily with a big smile to the techs Senia, Jaymee, and Crystal helping me through my exercise program to the incredible therapists Jennifer and Justin, I couldnt be more pleased with my results. I love coming here, I didnt think therapy would help but they have definitely changed my perspective on that. I saw Spencer while he was in Utah. He is an excellent physical therapist. He would ask how I was feeling at each visit and paid careful attention to my answers. The therapy that I received was tailored at every visit depending upon what hurt, how I felt, and what I needed. I can say that he provided the best medical care Ive ever received. I recommend seeing him. He has a passion for helping people.

Alex has been Wonderful to work with! At our consultation she showed me a picture of what the inside of a knee looks like. Alex was able to convey to me exactly where the cartilage is thinning, whats the source of the pain & inflammation as well as a clear treatment plan. I would highly recommend anyone in need of physical therapy to go with Empower Physical therapy! Theyre all great at what they do, have empathy & compassion !

I love all the staff at Empower Physical Therapy but Justin was my guy. At any medical facility I have ever been to I have never felt like anyone truly cared about me until I worked with him. He spent extra time with me and even did a bunch of exercises with me. I am on my feet today because of him. When I left I felt not only stronger but as though I had made an awesome friend. I have been recovering from my knee replacement for four months and because of the great care I have received from the kind, caring and professional physical therapists at Empower in Coolidge, I am being released next week. I had the previledge to work with Empower Physical Therapy after a massive stroke that left me on the right side of my body debillitated..Alex and Spencer worked with me and I was able to walk slowly after 8 sessions. I was in the best of hands and was respectfully treated under the utmost professional tender care. The entire staff was outstanding, and the front desk Devin made me so wellcome. I have nothing but the highest praise for the staff of Empower Coolidge. I would like to take this opportunity to give anyone who reads this some insight into the people who work there. First you have your Physical Therapist, Alex and Spencer. Alex is not only very knowledgeable but, also has a kind soul and most definitely has the midas touch when it comes to her patience. Unfortunately I have not had a chance to work with Spencer but, I hear good things. Next there is the PTAs, Jennifer and Justin. They are both very skilled at their trade. Justin has this mysterious ability to have a conversation with anyone on any topic. I have never see anyone that enjoys her job and the people she helps as Jennifer. Then we have Devin, the one that wears many hats. Devin has always gone out of her way to help me with scheduling, billing and anything I needed. Last but not least, the techs Yesenia and Ethan. These two are the ones that keep the ship sailing smoothly. Dont Think you can get over on these two when it comes to your exercises. They see everything!!!!!! The dynamic at Empower Coolidge is a awesome thing to witness. Not only are they in the business of physical rehabilitation but they very good at the mental part also. You never know how much you use your non-dominant hand until you cant use it. I hurt my left wrist. Still no clue how. Lol. I started working with Justin Best. He told me I had knots upon knots in my left arm. He told me it was like an old country dirt road. Lol. He massaged those knots out and helped make my exercises fun. I looked forward to going to therapy. And once he found out how much I love New Kids On The Block, he played one of their songs each time I came it. If I was having a bad day that would turn around once I got there. Its been 2 months since I graduated therapy and my hand is still doing great. Thank you guys for all your help. Miss you guys 😊

How many 5. 0 have you ever sent this organization is absolutely a 5.0 unless I want to take opioids I cannot get anything for pain relief this physical therapy helps me manage my pain without drugs I refuse to take opioids they know their jobs everyone Ive had come here Ive been very very pleased Physical Therapy can make a tremendous difference help rehab or pain or stability and I know of none better than Empower physical therapy

This place is amazing!!!! I’m a dancer from Coolidge AZ and I injured my knee doing a flip and for a year I had pain it hurt to walk run or even stand and for a while I couldn’t even dance. So when I finally started doing physical therapy with empower they were super supportive and encouraging and really know what they are doing and always make you laugh even on your worst days. For a year of me trying let my knee heal on its own It wasn’t feeling better and I wasn’t seeing results but with only a few months with empower therapy I’m able to walk run and dance again with little to no pain now. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy. I’m grateful for them.

I had a total knee replacement 3 weeks ago. I signed up with Empower Physical Therapy to get me back on my feet. From the first day I was there the entire staff showed compassion, understanding, and professionalism. The next best thing is their dedication to working with each individual to reach their goal of healing and getting back on track to normal. Each one of the staff makes you feel like they’ve known you forever, and are so willing to help, and have great personalities, I highly recommend Empower in Coolidge AZ, because not only will you be leaving healed and restored, but you will have made about eight friends in the process not including the other patient’s that was very nice to meet while there. Empower in Coolidge IS a Cool place to go !!!

The staff is very friendly and do their best to make you feel comfortable. Always making jokes and having a good time sometimes takes your mind off the pain and helps you push through. They are open long hours to help accommodate patients needs. I would recommend this facility to anyone that is in need of physical therapy.

Physical therapy is new to me and I was amazed of the results. I had three therapists helping me with my neck/shoulder. When it was time to switch exercises, one of them would call my name and help me with the next. After only a few treatments, I had to temporarily stop my physical therapy because of a high dental bill I received. They gave me therapy exercises to do at home. I definitely will be back!!

Absolutely the best experience Ive ever had with physical therapy. Started with extreme pain and restricted motion of my left shoulder and neck. Ended treatment today with no pain and proper movement of neck and shoulder. The staff here are like family, greet you each time with smiles and everyone knows your name. It was very easy to make and alter appointment times. Im almost looking forward to my next injury so I can return to Empower at Coolidge. Thanks for everything!

I hav used the team at Empower PT for several years for a variety of injuries and painful issues. i hav always been treated well and hav successful recovery with maintenance on my issues. They r friendly, extremely competent, and genuinely caring. I will continue PT for life and with a small payment u can continue to come in on ur own to exercise. The staff also offers dry needling and cupping which r amazingly effective on cutting to the chase and getting to the heart of the issue. Lucky us . To hav such a knowledgeable caring team in this small town. Give them a try. U wont b disappointed.
