Unless you are 100% sober from alcohol, you will need to go to a substance abuse program. Do not go here for a DUI Screening. They just want your money. We all make mistakes, for a 1st time DUI that got dropped to a Reckless Driving Ticket. Because I was honest and told them yes I have had a beer here and there. To them I have a problem. And need help. I completely understand if this was a Second or Third DUI. But for a 1st offense? There is nothing wrong with A beer here and there. And that is SO far from abusing alcohol. DO NOT GO HERE. Unless you feel like paying $35 each week for 16 weeks and 4 classes for $100 each. What a joke.

Dealing with Yolanda was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. She only does classes once every three month which extends your time there. She told me it wasnt worth her time to do classes more often because she makes more money doing intakes on Friday. If you sit around in the office and listen you can hear her talking about how much money she has made so far. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND GO TO HORIZON. I HAVE PERSONALLY BEEN STUCK IN A 4 MONTH PROGRAM for seven months due to JT the substance abuse counselor constantly cancelling class due to personal reason. I will be looking into legal action concerning their lack of service.

They lie cheat and steal. I turned PINAL HISPANIC COUNSEL INTO INSURANCE COMPANY!!!!!SIGNED PAPERWORK BACK IN NOVEMBER TO LEAVE THEY CALLED ME LIKE I WAS MISSING.WAITING FOR THE PAPERWORK TO COME FROM ARIZONA MEDICAL BOARD.HAD TO MANY RECORDED PHONE CALLS. TOOK PICTURE OF PAPERWORK. WHY BECAUSE ANOTHER PARTY HAD SAID THAT THIS OCCURRED TO THEM!!! ON THIS SAME REVIEW PAGE!!!MENTAL DISIESE MEDICATION FOR ENVIROMENTAL IMPACT DISORDER.STATED I SUFFER FROM SERETONIUM SYNDROME PERSCRIBED ANYWAY. INSURANCE TOLD ME TO GO TO HOSPITAL. KNEW TO WEEN OFF. WHEN FINALLY,ABLE TO GET TO NURSE THE SAID STOP MEDICATION THAT COULD HAVE DONE HARM.SET UP APPOINT. RIDES THEY DIDNT PICK UP. THEN CALLED TO SAY I MISSED APPOINT.TOLD NO TO SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER THEY FOUND WAY TO GET IT. THEY LIED TO INSURANCE COMPANY ABOUT SITUATION.MY ADVICE RECORD EVERYTHING TAKE PICTURES OF PAPERWORK LIKE I DID MAKE SURE YOU KEEP YOUR INSURANCE UP TO DATE ON ALL SITUATIONS.STAY AWAY YOU CAN DO BETTER!!!

Yolanda is literally the most lazy and rude person ever. a person like her has no business working in counseling. very rude, likes to complain to clients about how much she has to do, making it seem like shed rather be filing papers than doing her job. very disappointed

Utterly incompetent. Therapist couldnt recognize grief, didnt remember anything I told her, was totally out of touch with reality, and lost paperwork. Case worker doesnt write anything down, doesnt remember anything, and doesnt follow through on anything. Asked to have my case closed, signed the form, and they lost it. I get a phone call every other month in which they have no memory or record of the fact that I signed that form and already told them that fact.
