I got to my appointment 20 mins early at 250 for a 315 appointment. Its now 353 and still in the waiting room. This is not the first time Ive had this annoying issue. I will be looking for a new primary at the beginning of the year. Whats the point of scheduling a time over a month in advance when the appointment time is not honored!!!

We waited 2 hours and they didn’t even bring us in, they just kept walking by. Not to mention we were there by APPOINTMENT! Their service is absolutely horrible I’m switching my siblings over to casa grande or any other place but I will not be going back! They sit there and talk and talk instead of helping patients

It was a great experience. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Dr was very thorough and helpful.

Everyone was so nice. I really felt heard and cared for from everyone who worked with me, from the medical assistant who took my vitals to Dr. Amaya. Going to the Dr. is always scary for me, but they made me feel safe, so now I know I can trust them, and will continue to work with them to better my overall health!

Doctor was an hour late for appointment, attempted to see me for something I had seen him before (that he basically ignored), even though prescriptions recently refilled, they did not have accurate medications. Doctor decided to have personal conversations with staff instead of trying to be on time. This is not the first time he has been late, but it will be the last for me. He laughed at me when I expressed my concerns about him not knowing the medications, being an hour late, fumbled with trying to figure out why I was seeing him, even though I told the young lady when I phoned for the appointment, then the young lady who took me to the room. I am looking for a new primary. This Doctor is inconsiderate of patient appointment times, not very knowledgeable of his patients, spends time having personal conversations about having a job that offers weekends and holidays off, as well as many other previous unprofessional and questionable knowledge this doctors has. I would not ever refer anyone to him or this clinic!

I’ve been a patient since May 2020. It’s true it’s busy, but the skill of providers, medical assistants and all ancillary staff is really top notch. They are informative and treat each patient as a family member they are trying to help. It’s a one stop shop with lab, X-ray and pharmacy all in house. Many services like behavioral health and other resources. My whole family receives great care! Keep it up.

I have a Dr who truly cares about me and my health.

The entire staff is efficient and professional. Office is always clean and health safety are high priority. My health concerns are addressed by Doctor in timely manner.

Hello, I am writing this review as a new resident to Coolidge from Phoenix. The office is close to my house so at first I was excited to have a doctors office this close. I showed up a half hour early to my appointment as requested for the paperwork. almost 30 minutes past my appointment time they finally call us back. We answer a few questions and they say the doctor will be right in. almost another 30 minutes go by and the doctor still hasnt showed up and nobody bothered to say he is running behind or anything. At this point Ive waited nearly 2 hours in the office and still havent even seen the doctor so I decided to walk out. Do yourself a favor and drive to Casa Grande or Phoenix if you want to see a doctor.

I am one. Of those people that did not like to go to the doctor. Until I went to Sun Life The People that work there are wonderful and the Dr. Amaya makes you feel comfortable and at ease . Very sufficient . And truly cares about his patients. And now I actually look forward to going to the doctor

I changed pharmacies just the other day and they made the transition for me absolutely painless. The people I talked to were courteous, cheerful and as friendly as you could ever hope for. I wish I had made the switch sooner. Ive already recruited one more customer who will be getting with you very soon.

Sun Life always gives great service! They worked me in on short notice, the staff is always friendly and helpful. And Robin did a good job of reassuring me and getting me in and out quickly.

It was an excellent experience. I was running a fever and had a sore throat and they made it a priority to have me tested for a few diseases including COVID. I was quickly helped and taken care of. They are very professional and helpful.

Went there to see the Dr.for a mental health appt but, when furtherance wanted me to change my primary Dr before they would see me.I didnt want to change my Dr so I was not seen. It was a waste of my time and the receptionist. The office staff was very professional and very nice.

A two and a half hour (2 1/2 hour) wait is terrible! !!!!! I’m usually extremely pleased with this facility but the waiting room time is getting longer and longer. They need to not over book their appointments. I travel out of town to this facility but maybe I should rethink my location.

I love my Dr. Francisco Amaya Pinto he takes the time to go over my healthcare issues and places me in a proactive health plan and schedule. He’s the real deal. Thanks again for everything you do.

I received a text to please leave a review about my experience, so I will. I honestly was very upset about my entire experience. It was my first and only time coming here. The lady at the front desk did not understand her own systems. I was there with a code I had received to show I was in the system, she kept telling me they do not take the code, they go off of social. So I had to call and have it switched to my social. I wrote down my social for her to type in, and she started to read it to me. With 8 other people sitting in the waiting room, she just started to read my social out loud to me. I told her please do not read my social. She kept reading it. I asked her again please do not finish reading my social out loud, there is many people in the waiting room, I can rewrite it or give you my card for you to look at. And she continued to read it out loud. She read my entire social out loud not once, but twice in front of everyone. I was so upset at this, it violates hippa. Then after waiting over an hour because she did not know she could just use the code I originally presented, she told me oh I guess we can use the code. I asked someone and they said we can. So next time we can use it.. I just dont understand why she didnt ask to begin with, so we werent there for 2 1/2 hours. And if you dont want the entire waiting room to hear your social, dont go here.

I was seen at the Chandler office and my experience with Bernedette Crovedi was great she really listened and made me feel like she understood and now we are working towards solutions for my health.

Sun life in Coolidge are true professionals. Robin Wilson is very easy to talk to and is very interested on all medical issues you have.

Its hard to call in for general questions or to leave a message with your doctor. But they are aware of the seriousness of Covid-19 and for that Im grateful. They need to stop referring you for test like mammograms while Covid-19 is still a big problem.

Very poor communication skills at the front desk! Very rude... And no matter how many times you go in to see the Dr. We never get what we need.. And they are leaches they soak you dry. Charge for everything..NEVER AGAIN!

I love Sunlife and everyone there. They have always been very accommodating for my grandchild with a disability even though he can be very loud and sometimes VERY uncooperative lol. I loved Daniel and now I love the person that took his place, Robin. Ive always been very happy with Amaya as well. The office personnel have always been gracious to us. I love the portal and have nothing but good to say about them! 🥰

Wow....what a joke..I have never used any services from this place, as I scheduled my appointment one day, and was called next day to reschedule it , but since they didnt have any time in the next 2 weeks, I just cancelled my original appointment. And they still sent me a survey to do about my experience...are you kidding me??? Wow...

I just moved to Arizona, I went to Sun Life and they really took care of me. Everyone’s very professional and they know there job. My doctor is Robin Wilson and she’s all that!!!!!!!

Idk why but every time I have an appointment its takes more than an hour to get a room than another hour to see the doctor🚮 Typing this in the office at 11:45 when I scheduled a 10:15 appointment😑 The location is convenient but the way the office is ran is tragic! Thinking about taking that drive to Florence or Casa Grande.🤔

If I could put a negative, I sure would.When a Doctor is double booked, its up to the Staff to notify people. My sons appointment was at 2:30pm. By 3:35pm I had to call the front desk as my daughter has an appointment in casa grande at 3:45. Miss jaquline is who I spoke to. She was of ZERO help other then to tell me hes double booked. She did however fetch him imminently after I hung up on her to explain loud enough for others to hear, just how rude I was. Cant get the Doctor while im on the phone but can to go run her mouth. Also I had to call my sons cell phone and have him hand it to her her as calling the clinic and hearing elevator music for such a long time was not what I was willing to do. So my son was never seen but im sure we will recieve a bill. My daughter may miss her appointment. Ive given this place far too many chances..

Wish Coolidge had more options! Dr. Amaya is a joke! He completed a sports physical/wellness check for my kid and forgot to fill out a form. Attempted to go back to get the simple form completed and he wanted to schedule a follow up appt...are you kidding me? Just so you can collect medical insurance money on your error. Explains why HE (Dr. Amaya) fits in with the just for PROFIT doctors that want to schedule unnecessary appointments and prescribe unnecessary medications for money! Sad...just sad. If possible please avoid this medical office...I’ll be finding a new facility after some homework and would prefer to just make the drive for a primary care Physician.

Dr. Amaya is a joke! I went in the other day for a follow up appointment that he scheduled about concerns for my weight, I go to the appointment and he comes in the room and asks me why I’m there! 👀 Umm wth! Your the doctor you tell me why I’m here since you wanted to do a follow up on my weight! Then he stares at his laptop for about 2 minutes goes over my meds then tells me to change my birth control to see if that helps me lose weight, tells me he doesn’t need to see me again for another 4 months and walks out! He’s all about money, and has no compassion for what he does, he’s not there to help his patients, he’s there to rob them!

This is the most unprofessional care I ever received. I would not refer a cat owner here and I hate cats. It took over 2 months to receive my test results that normally take 2-3 days.

Dr. dont think twice to check my family and I out. He stare at his laptop and brushes us off. I will never ever go back to this plc. The staff is great.

I love Daniel Ramos hes very good and caring he listens to everything you have to say and is very quick to handle whatever you have going on overall I love the whole Dr office and staffs etc. Dr amaya is very good also I would recommend this clinic to everyone :)

This makes my third visit here. I came the first two visits to have my kids seen and things went well, this third visit was for myself and my appointment was for 10:15am and I was asked to arrive at 9:45 am. When I arrived it took 30 minutes just to get checked in and when I finally got checked in it was 10:15. I asked the receptionist should I expect to go right back and she said “there are three people waiting to see the doctor in the back and three people in the waiting room that are ahead of you”, she then went on to say that I have the option to wait (which would be a while as she put it) or reschedule. I expressed that I took the day off work and couldn’t afford to take another. I’m so disappointed in Sun Life as they should 1) have enough staff to accommodate patients 2) Doctors should better plan out his visits 3) schedulers shouldn’t book appointments close together. Unfortunately there aren’t many clinics near and some how patients have to deal with the unprofessionalism. Thanks for reading....

The pharmacist keep faxing a refill prescription for two weeks and no response. I try calling them myself leaving messages and no callbacks. Pretty sad how they treat patients that have been going there for over 15 years. I have tried to get a number so I can talk to an administrator to no avail. I will not recommend this place. One star I gave them because they should be a negative star

The clinic has a PA-C, Daniel Ramos, who is good at working with you to understand your concerns and figuring out what is best for your child. The building is nice, but easy to miss if you are heading south on the street.

If you want to wait 2-3 hours to be seen this is the place for you. Dr. Amaya used to be really nice and helpful but the last couple of times I’ve gone in, he’s told me to use over the counter medicine. I had a really bad case of the flu and he told me to take Musinex XD or whatever after I already told him I did and it didn’t work. I ended up being sick for an entire month and had to go somewhere else where I was taken seriously and given antibiotics. I feel like he doesn’t ever believe anything you tell him

2 hour wait and all I needed was a prescription refill.... I hate dr.s like this if you know your behind call and ask me if I want to reschedule... my time is worth something ... Im missing work to try to get something you wouldnt do over the phone... so sick of how they make you do an office visit just to get same meds your already taking such a scam on the insurance

Went in at 1:50 pm and didnt leave until 4:30pm, the doctor was rushed and the little nurse behind the back office desk is rude, the room i was put in had bugs, dont know what kind, but noticable crawling on wall and by the little window, I asked for excuse for 2 days and was given a folded paper upon departure of my dr excuse for work and it was only for that day, even though im in pain, that upset me,

First visit i wasnt able to be seen at either florence or coolidge, after calling and being told i could. 2nd visit saw a NP and was asked very little about medical history. was to drop off sample for labs following day and pick up prescription...they were clueless as to what to do with the sample and my prescription was not there...not exactly instilling much confidence in their abilities. honestly didnt want to give them even one star,but it wont let me

I am done with this place. I have been an established patient for many years, today I stopped by feeling dizzy to see if someone could check my blood pressure. I was told to go to Urgent Care as Dr. Amaya had no appts. open. They would not even check it to see if there was cause for concern. Shameful.

Waited an hour to see doctor just to get test results they over book and now I have to look for another doctor! No I’m reason to have to go through this!
