Horrible. I havent seen a Dr IN PERSON in a year.. Everytime I make an appointment they make over the phone appointments. They charge my insurance even when I call and cancel appointment days before. Just walking in the door they charge. The receptionist, the blonde one, is extremely rude and no help. The other nurses are nice, Dr Patel was good the few time Ive actually seen him in person.

A very nice group of staff and Dr. Patel is a great PA. I feel comfortable with the care of my health and well being under his care.

Ive had really good service here in the past. But one bad thing ruins everything. I called to make an apointment and after being told they dont take my insurance I was hung up on. I find it rude and quite unsettling.

I miss Powell and so does my family. Im giving two stars because when making appointment the person taking appointments was very rude! Never had a problem the whole time Ive come here with Powell in total 9 years. Ther could be ALOT nicer. It helps people feel better when they dont feel good. Dont GO there!. They will rip you off. Doctor doesnt know what he is doing!

I Got a completely new dr after dr powel retired. The new dr that took over dr. Powel is a joke and is rude as hell.

Dr. Patel was very nice and caring. He paid attention of what i was saying.

Dr. Patel takes time to listen to whats going on with you. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Really like the new doctor.
