I can not say enough good things about this office!!! I recently moved here from out of state and had a severe toothache. Due to me just moving here, I don’t really have child care. Anyhow, I called the office to see when I could get in and explained my pain and that I will need to schedule a time I can find child care. Because my pain was so severe, they had me come in that day, right away, and took care of my THREE kids! The beautiful and kind receptionist held my 6 month old son the entire time and the other 2 wonderful people up front played with my other two and put a movie on for them. The hygienist was so sweet and understanding as well as the dentist. I have a horrible fear of dentists and I will never fear walking in this office again! They were wonderful, every single person working there the day I went! (Thursday).... Is give them 10 stars if I could! I can’t thank them enough. Finally got some antibiotics in me and I’m pain free and now we can get the work done...

FIVE STARS across the board! I would even go to say 10 stars. Being completely transparent I thought I’d have at least four plus cavities going into this appointment. A previous dentist about five years ago did an dental x-ray and said I had four cavities. I had no pain in my mouth and brushed/flossed twice a day so thought the diagnosis was a little aggressive. I never had the work done. Fast forward almost five years and you’d expect the four cavities to be there and and even worse. Turns out I only have one cavity and Dr. Ballew fixed the cavity on the spot. In less than 50 minutes I was able to sign up as a new patient, tour the modern/clean/and very comfortable space, receive a full mouth x-ray, and have the one cavity filled in less than 50 minutes. When Dr. Ballew worked on my one cavity I had zero pain and zero discomfort. I traveled all the way from Mesa, AZ to Coolidge, AZ (less than an hour) for the appointment and would do it again in a heartbeat. The office also has an amazing well thought out kids section with gaming systems, ceiling TVs, ocean/aquatic wall paintings, and favorite cartoon character wall stickers. You couldn’t ask for more. I think the major takeaway between my previous dental experience and this one is that Dr. Ballew and his brother Sean own and operate the dental practice and lean on word of mouth and referrals. They are good, honest, professional, and personable people (including staff) which I believe makes all the difference. They also have a dental practice in Tucson! Thank you again Coolidge Family Dental for my 10 STAR experience! To everyone who has taken the time to read this review just experience the difference and you’ll be 100% thrilled you did.

I went to Coolidge family dental for the last few years. I no longer work in Coolidge and tried a dentist in mesa today, near my current office. It wasnt a pleasant experience and truly made me miss the folks at Coolidge family dental. Trish and the other staff are excellent, and missed! 😏

This was such a good experience for my young son. They make it so friendly and fun for the kids, completely takes away the scary dentist feeling! What other office lets them video games while they wait?

After many years with Kidtastic in San Tan Valley, we brought our four youngest children ages 9 through 2 years old into Coolidge Family Dental. The staff was great! They were very patient and treated our children with respect the whole time. They asked them things like, “can I brush your teeth now?” Even our 2 year old was completely at peace the whole time, because the atmosphere was calm and reassuring. As parents we never felt pressured into procedures our children need, and were given many options from the least invasive up. The Dr was non judgemental and gave us helpful tips on ways to improve their oral care at home. The entire time I felt like they actually cared. I highly recommend taking your family to this dentist, and we look forward to working with them in the future. 🙏🏼

Coolidge Family Dental is the best. Dr Ballew is informative with his dental procedures & recommendations & he is very kind & gentle. His staff is wonderful. You wont be disappointed & if you live in the east valley the drive is beautiful & worth it.

Caitlyn is an amazing Dental Hygienist. Caitlyn is the only Hygienist that ever took the time to explain to me in a very nice way how to improve on taking care of my teeth ...Oh and I like the fact that she keep me in check by questioning me on my brushing skills...lmbo...Caitlyn has never made me feel like she was annoyed or disgusted with me like a few of them prior to Coolidge Family Dental. My numbers were always high for at least 20 years finally I am doing much better. My gums hardly ever bleed and my teeth are less sensitive. Thanks Caitlyn, I hope you never change especially that beautiful personality.

Came to get my teeth cleaned by Caitlyn. She did a great job and explained everything very well. Dr Robillard was the doctor that did an exam. Would definitely recommended him, Caitlyn, and Coolidge family dental.

Going to the Dentist is not as scary or as painful as it use to be .. Now i dont put off going in for my check up .. 11/02/15 I went for my cleaning and my teeth are still good, no new problems.
