Took my family, they had a blast! They cant wait to go again

Second time weve came.This place is very fun for the kiddos and they sleep so well after. New ninja training course since the last time. Also Management is amazing. Will definitely be back soon

Great place. Our youth group went and did a part of a lock in here. There was a lot to do! Trampolines, Ninja warrior type deal, arcade games.

Stress free birthday party. Everything was very organized. The staff was on top of everything! They continued to check in on us during the party, and even assisted us when it was time to load up. The trampoline park was clean and spacious. The arcade machines were very up to date, clean, and were all in working order. Very clean, family friendly, safe place for family fun. We will be back again for birthdays.

I wish I could give this establishment zero stars. My children were very excited to visit Thrive today. We were expecting a great time. Everything went smoothly up until we realized once in the trampoline section of the center that there was 0 air conditioning. Unfortunately we were not warned of the situation before paying full price for the day. If we would have known this factor, we would have not stayed. It seems pretty dangerous for children to be bouncing around, sweating profusely, with no air conditioning in an indoor mall. There is also no staff supervision in the different play areas. The place is seemingly run by teenagers- I did not see an older adult on-site. In the dark Nerf Wars section, kids of all ages were left to their own devices. My son got hit in the eye with a Nerf dart in the dark, and left overheated and crying. We all left nearly 45 minutes after paying for a full day. Upon leaving, I asked one of the teens at the front desk for a refund or at least a partial refund. She told me there was no manager on-site and had to call her “boss.” The boss’ reply was to not refund but give us “Buy 1, Get one Free passes.” No thank you. I will not be returning. I get that air conditioning units break, but I believe full disclosure is needed in these cases on a hot July day. The boss needs to work on more staff supervision as well as customer service. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Thrive.

I was totally not impressed with this place for what i had to pay for my 4 children to jump for just ONE HOUR nobody showed us around so we had no clue of what all there was considering they only had 1hr to play....over half of the nerf guns wouldnt work they were broken and the bullets were junk, the dodge balls were ripped in half. For this to be our first trip it is probably our last at the same time...Im 100% disappointed!

This place is awesome. My kids had sooo much fun. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a family fun night

Cool place. Great for kids birthdays. Reasonably priced. Clean floors all the way through and staff constantly keeping it looking good. Trampolines, games, foam jump pits, nerf wars dark room and rock climbing walls. Really fun.

We called the Thrive located in Cookeville, TN and had a few questions. Spoke with Daisy who answered and all our questions. Her caring words are greatly appreciated and meant a lot to our family.

I brought my pregnant wife and 2 children here for the first time tonight. Overall we had a good time. We noticed it was a bit stuffy and hot but wasnt sure if it was just the front door being open. Which it was propped open when we got there.The cost of things was decent to good. The nerf area was cool but very poorly maintained as guns were cheap and there were just random darts on the floor.It was fairly clean. We were having a good time and spent about 100 dollars or so. After 2 hour the heat became unbearable. The employees were also sweating. I asked about why it was so hot. Probably 80 to 85 degrees and they said the ac has been out 2 days. I nicely asked if I could get some sort of compensation since it was uncomfortably hot and my wife is pregnant. I was later told no. The manager wouldnt do anything.He then proceeded to tell me that if it was too hit I shouldnt of kept spending money. And he thought it felt fine. It was easily above 80 in there and we were dehydrated. I didnt get an apology or anything. The manager was unprofessional, would not give me owners name or contact. He was very egoistic in his demeanor and escalated things. I was frustrated yes and even tried to grab a pen from his hand so I could write the owners name and number down somehow but he never gave it. He held on and I let go. It was silly and I apologize for being upset but I felt unappreciated and disrespected. Some men have honor, some dont. I do. This manager completely failed at all levels. Very disappointed. Any sympathy would of worked. It was too hot. My money will be spent elsewhere unless a resolution happens.Again, I do apologize for my anger and frustration but it was reasonable and understandable. Thanks.

So thankful that Cookeville has this gem! Our kids love the trampolines and the arcade games! The owners are awesome!

Love this place! The staff is great! Daisy is awesome! This place is for kids and for adults too! Love coming here and feeling like a kid with an awesome workout with jumping and then the soreness comes the next day lol. Will be a forever customer! Planning my next birthday party here...28! 🤗... The trampoline was fun. Good for kids stay away from ticket games you can hit the jackpots but they will not give you the tickets for it. Then will tell you your lying about hitting them.

Love this place! My daughter always enjoys coming to the park. Clean establishment with So many fun things to do! The staff is polite and very helpful with all needs.Thankful to have a place like this in Cookeville for the kiddos! We will Definetly be back and would recommend to anyone looking to have a fun day with your kids.

Its a very fun place for the family and at a reasonable price they have an arcade area which you gotta buy the tickets but its definitely worth it so much fun im definitely gonna be taking my family back sometime soon

We went on a Saturday. They have certain deals on certain nights. Saturday night is: from 8pm through 11pm 15$ per person for the those 3 hours you can enjoy everything except the arcade games. Arcade games cost credits that you can get on a card at kiosk near entry. Those prices are $5, 20, and so on. Cards are free and you can have as many cards as you want. BUT!!!!! Here is the trick. Right before you get your cards....after you have selected how many you want, and what price deal you will need for X amount of children you have in your party, you see a pop up (barely noticeable, especially if you have even 1 child standing near asking for their card as kids do:)........), that says each card will cost 4 credits. Im sure I could of figured out the best deal but like I said...I had 4 children requesting that they receive their cards as promptly as possible:))))) So I opted for the $20 deal where I recieved 80credits that would be dispensed evenly between the 4 cards I requested. I chose this deal also because it gave me +12 BONUS!!!!POINTS!!!!......WOW, I though, not bad. So I selected it because it was the amount I was willing to purchase. Then I saw the bubble after Iput the money in. I possibly could of reversed at that point because I saw that if I had requested less cards I would of gotten to play games for those extra cards instead of losing 4 credits per card. I know that its not highway robbery but I try to save money and find the best deal. Even at my childs birthday. The Staff, were all very polite and helpful when I asked or needed something. The nerf war room: parents should go in and see how the children do. Make sure they have what they need and find a nerf gun, mask, etc. Games like this among children in groups, that may not know each other can be good but can also go badly. Nobody likes to be the parent in the middle of two children whom have just had an argument over a nerf gun and boths storys are different. They do have drinks available and the jump room is pretty nice. I jumped with the kids and and alot of fun. Bathrooms were clean and it wasnt crowded, you could easily keep your 6ft distance in most cases and hand sanitizer was available at all station.I recommend wearing a mask for anyone who doesnt want Covid 19 because thats the safest thing. If your wanting somewhere to take your child to have fun check this place out its worth it. My group ages were 7, 11, and 12 yrs old. But even older kids and teens were there having fun. Support this place its really a good thing and a great place for kids to play. Hope this helps some questions.

Staff was not enforcing masks to be worn. No grip socks were available. Entire place is filthy, and I got there right when they opened. Hand sanitizer dispensers were empty.
