Called to get some information regarding a procedure and a lady named Claire answered the phone. She was by far the most unhelpful person I’ve ever talked to. Didn’t want to answer basic questions and tried shipping me off to two other people and ended up just asking me to leave a message. I’ve completely ruled this place out to use for the procedure just by this phone call alone. They need to rethink who they hire and where they put them. First impressions really do matter.Update 5/3/19: My original review was 3 months ago when I initially began my journey to WLS. I was told the first opening for a consultation wouldn’t even be until April. Here we are in May and after making the best decision I’ve ever made, I am scheduled for surgery in 2 weeks at St. Thomas for my WLS.I have bragged all over everyone at the office of Dr. George Lynch. From the second you walk in, it’s smiles and warmth. Avoid this place and take the drive to Nashville. Convenient location isn’t always the best choice.
