They won’t pick up the telephone . You can sit in there for an appt and listen to them talk and not pick up the phone. I guess this way they can decide if they want to call you back . They had six weeks to start my daughters Botox prior authorization for her migraines but when I called the insurance they had never even submitted it . I called and left three messages never got a call back .

Dr spivey has been so good to me and very helpful i dont know what i would have done with all my hard times with her by my side.. Iv been going for almost 2 years now.. No complications only kind considering dr... She is always kind to me very helpful and intelligent.. I have ptsd add adhd depression and sever anxiety disorder... along with sleep insomnia and alot more... She helps me in so many ways... And does not push meds on u she observes and guides... I thank dr spivey and her nurse from the bottom of by heart.. Thank you
