I am completely happy with the folks at Georgia Urology... Been a patient there for over 20 years... They take extra time to explain things and do so in a believable way.... My only problem with them is their telephone system.... Rings for a very long time, get a recording to leave a phone number and will be called back... Sometimes get a return call later that day or the next and once it was three days later!!!! (over a weekend though)...

Staff was very helpful and accommodating to my medical needs, as the gentleman was able to get me in to see the PA the same day. The PA, Neal, and my nurse were also very comforting to me during my visit. Highly recommended!!! Thank you all

Great facility! Great Staff! Knowledgeable Dr.s! Great experience!My husband saw Dr. Trossevin. He exceeded our expectations and was very friendly. He was very thorough during the visit and explained everything to us thoroughly and made it easy to understand. We will continue to use Dr. Trossevin and Georgia Urology in the future, when needed.The facility was easy to find, clean, and very polite. When calling to make an appointment, we were scheduled quickly without any issues. The online check in makes everything move more quickly on the day of the visit. All of the ladies at the front, nurses, and doctors were friendly and polite.

Simple the best care you can receive. I have been a patient for more years than I like to think about due to a chronic condition and have always been well taken care of at GA Urology specifically Conyers.

Neal is the best. I have always enjoyed seeing him, when Dr. Chen wasnt available. He and Dr. Chin work hard, to resolve any problem that their Patients have. I highly recommend Ga. Urology because They are the best.

I have been waiting for over a month for someone to call me to schedule my hydrodistention. I’ve left voicemails and called too many times for this gross inaction to be justifiable. My needs as a patient are not being met in a timely manner and I’m saddened that I am being neglected in this way.Update: Dr. Futral gaslit me, minimized my concerns, and kept ogling me throughout my pre-op appointment. I came to him with concerns about my health and received nonchalance. I will not be coming back to this office.

I really appreciate the service I receive from Neil Trossevin, PA in Dr. Futrals office. He is the bomb. I also appreciate the care Dr. Futral provides.

I saw the PA Neal T. on June 15th for my problem and had never met him.But he came in and I felt like very calm and relaxed with him. He listen to all my concerns and gave me alot of information and felt like he cared about my situation. I give PA Neal a 10 .

Neil is a very nice, kind, and friendly person. He take his time and listen to what problems that you have. And he also ask a lot of good questions that you might forget to ask. The service is quick, the Dr. I had was not that good on bed side manner when he gave me my diagnosis.When I returned for my follow up I was told I had over 1K balance. I explained I had paid my bill lady year so where was this bill coming from and for what. They could not give me a answer on gave me a number to call. This makes no sense. After this visit I will seek a new Urologist.

My wait times in both the waiting and exam rooms were minimal. Dr. Futral is attentive, makes you feel comfortable and empathetic. After hearing your problems, he presents you with options with the pros and cons of each. He answered my questions in understandable language. On a follow-up visit with the PA Neil Trossevin he established rapport, explained the process and reviewed the expected results. He put me at ease through the procedure.

Dr. Futral was always late for my appointments and always in a hurry. One visit in particular he forgot I was a patient of his. The last appointment I had with him, late as usual, he was in a rush and left my health care needs up to me instead of giving me professional advice in how to proceed with the mass that was found on my right adrenal gland. He treated it like it was a mosquito bite. He, just like the rest of my health care professionals, are more than dismissive of my health care needs. Why??? Because of the ongoing division of people in this country.

The staff was friendly and helped me with my needs! However, I give billing a 3 star! I called yesterday to ask a question about payment! They put me on hold for 15 minutes! When I called back ( because Monica never answered my question) the office was closed! Today I received an invoice for my payment, there was ZERO explanations on what was done! If I am paying hundreds and hundreds of dollars every month for Insurance , then WHY am I paying the procedure up front? Does the insurance Not cover it? That should of been Explained up front!

Even though there is a sign that says masks are required of all patients and staff, the receptionist refused to wear a mask when speaking to patients. This reduces the masks effectiveness to about what it would be if she wore it around her knee. This behavior is inexcusable for a medical provider. I left without seeing the doctor as a result of the increased covid risk.

Doctor Neil always takes time to explain things and listens to my concerns. He seems to have a concern for his patients.

This was my first visit to this site of GA Urology and I was pleased with the professionalism of the staff. I was promptly assigned a room, greeted quickly by the nurse and after a short wait was able to see the PA. Good manners and a clear understanding of my situation.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience at a Doctor’s office than what I’ve had a GA Urology of Conyers. The staff is always so sweet. Dr Chen was very attentive and answered all my questions and concerns during my initial appointment. He recommended that I see their physical therapist, Dr Gabby. I’ve had a few sessions with Dr Gabby now and she is absolutely incredible. I’ve never felt more comfortable and more cared for by a doctor in my entire life. She’s so personable, kind and patient. She’s a model of what every doctor/medical professional should strive to be. I’m so grateful for her and all her help. She’s really helping me get through a lot of chronic pain that I’ve had for a very long time. Pain that I never thought I’d be able to manage. I’d recommend GA Urology and Dr Gabby to any and everyone I know. She’s done wonders for me and I know she’ll do the same for you.

Hi, I don’t know where to start. I first encountered (PA) Neil and Dr. Chen at Piedmont Rockdale emergency room. I was really ill. I was stabilized at the hospital ( love Piedmont) and began treatment at Georgia Urology Conyers. I just love the care, attention and patience I received here. The best thing I can do is give Georgia Urology 5 stars. I would recommend Georgia Urology to any loved one. May the Most High continue to bless this practice and the wonderful staff🙏🏼😘❣️

Excellent staff of nurses and Doctors, I has been in their hands for 3 years.

They used the government guidelines for COVID and the office and staff were all protected and social distancing was practiced. Neil Trossevin PA-C was very caring and the only thing was as I was telling him everything, he was reading his computer to see what was said medically and wasn’t sure what was heard. He did run an urinalysis and called back later that day with an answer that I had a bad UTI and prescribed Cipro. Hope that does the trick. I go back on the 28th to see Dr Futral. Maybe he can clear things up.

The office staff has changed a good bit over the last year and I miss some of the staff but Neil Trossevin is absolutely amazing. So caring and concerned about any problems or questions.

Georgia Urology-Conyers is great for taking care of your urology needs. My brother is wheelchair bound after suffering a fall 2017, but the staff and facilities are very accomodating. Mr. Neil Trossevin, PA-C has consistently given him the special care that he needs during each visit. He and all of the administrative and medical related care givers are courteous, and very professional. Thanks.

It is such a shame that a wonderful doctor such as Dr. Chen has such a crappy office staff. They are the most unorganized group of people Ive ever had to deal with. The first time my husband had bladder cancer, we played phone tag for a little over a month trying to find out if lab results were in. This second go around, he shows up at his appointed time only to be told that his appointment had been rescheduled. It would have been nice to have known that before he took a day off of work for the appointment. Not to mention the fact that when you are waiting on test results that let you know whether you have cancer or not, you dont want to be jerked around anymore than you have to. Although we love Dr. Chen, we are seriously considering going elsewhere unless the office staff receives proper training and gets it together.

I forgot her name, but the lady at the front desk had a horrible attitude because I ran late. Even one of the patients said jokingly , why are you talking to that man like that? Be on time, or better yet 15 minutes early, so you wont have to experience this if you choose this office anyway.

I being new to GA was/am experiencing great difficulty navigating GA’s healthcare system. I went to GA Urology for problems for which I have sought treatment for years...in another state. The staff were courteous and eager to help as much as possible within their scope of capabilities. The physician assistant, Neil Trossevin, was thorough, knowledgeable compassionate and willing to asmswer ALL of my questions regarding my condition and care. In addition, he explained how and why healthcare here differs from my former place of residence enabling me to better access the care I need. I realized that many of the issues I have and still experience are due to factors beyond their control. I am very pleased with the quality of care I received.

Months ago, one of my doctors referred me to Georgia Urology, since I had previously been diagnosed and had surgery for cancerous bladder polyps. Tests took place, then surgery was needed again, which was performed expertly by Dr. Bert Chen. It was suggested to have BCG treatments to possibly inhibit the growth AGAIN of the polyps. Neil Trossevin, PA, and the nursing staff, Marlisa and Arie, administered the care involved. Questions were ALWAYS answered to put me at ease. Always treated with the utmost respect. Neil and all the others did a great job in making a difficult diagnostic journey a little easier on me! Thankful for people who still care!!!!Update: 7/19/2020, My 5th surgery for bladder cancer is this week. All in order, and, visit with Shawn and Neil Trossevin went well. The only issue ever encountered is getting calls returned. Dr. Chen is a wonderful surgeon and cares about his patients. The staff is wonderful, especially Arie, Stephanie, and Bridgette! Appreciate the excellent care for 4 years now!!

DR. FUTRAL AND HIS ENTIRE STAFF HAS BEEN VERY CARING AND PROFESSIONAL TO MY HUSBAND .WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMMEND THIS GROUP FOR TREATMENT NEIL IS THE PA IN THIS OFFICE AND HE IS SUCH A COMPASSIONATE PROFESSIONAL. WITH THIS GROUP YOU GET THE BEST ADVISE FOR THE TREATMENT YOU NEED.

Dr. Futral took a significant amount of time to discuss with me details of my procedure. He was very factual and honest in his descriptions and the steps that would be taken in my care. We discussed all the options available and my preferences were the foundation of the decisions. The scheduling staff I found to be professional and return my calls promptly. In most instances, I found the office staff to be very supportive as well. Dr. Futral’s nurse provided exceptional support and care during my office visits. Being in healthcare for the past 30 years, I looked for areas of concern and happily, found very few. I highly recommend the practice.

Dr. Futral is easy going, confident and straightforward - those are the things you want in a physician. 5 stars for him. The office staff is as everyone else described - unprofessional. To schedule my initial appointment I called three times and was in a phone system on hold - eventually I hung up. My wife was able to call in and set an appt using a medical providers direct line. I filled out my paperwork online and was on time for my consult - yet I spent an hour and 15 minutes waiting. That shows zero respect for your time. After my procedure they scheduled my follow up and then quickly left an email wanting to reschedule it. Again, zero respect for my time. 0 stars for the office staff. GA Urology is one of the biggest urology practices in metro Atlanta - I guess they can afford to have poor office staff.
