Soooo, second time back. Got the partial Brazilian and arm pit wax. I was glowed afterwards. Wasnt a horrible experience and Im still satisfied 2 weeks later. Waxing is about self care. Take charge of your health and treat yourself.

Today I had the pleasure of being waxed by Nita. I hadn’t gotten a wax in 4 months and my body hair was extremely thick and long. Nita provided exceptional customer service. She was patient, thorough, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and warm. It was evident that she was passionate about servicing women and more importantly, servicing Black women. It was my first time being waxed by a Black woman and I can honestly say that it was the best wax experience I’ve had since I started waxing. To my surprise, it was my least painful and fastest full body wax I’ve ever experienced. I look forward to being serviced by Nita in the future.

Nita is the bomb!! She is the only I will let do my wax from now on. Not to mention they are definitely reasonably priced! I love that everyone is required to wear a mask inside. The only complain I have is having to wait after my scheduled appointment. But no biggie for me.

They were prompt & called me back at exactly my appointment time. The ladies I interacted with were courteous & professional. But it was the worst wax Ive ever had. I understand that if you dont wax regularly there will be shorter stray hairs that they will not be able to remove because of hair growth cycles. But there were entire areas of *long* hair left 100% untouched. I feel like maybe she was trying to rush because there was a waiting room full of customers.

The service provider was rude and argumentative. After going for over 2 yrs at least once month, my technician today demanded I take off my shoes (simple flip flops). I told her I want comfortable with that for sanitary reasons(dont like to put my bare feet on any public floor surface. She went on to tell me that I would kick her in the face with shoes on and that she was from Brazil. I expressed to her that her nationality was not of my concern but I wouldnt take my shoes off. She refused to serve me... I left. I expect more from Andreias.

I’ve used this location many times and never had a long wait. I would give it 5 stars every other time. But I had an appointment for 12:30. And did not get called back until 1:10. Staff is always professional. And the techs are very nice.

My appointment was at 9:15, showed up a little earlier because I had another appointment to get to at 10:20. At 9:45 I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be, she told me I was the first on the wait list to be seen. I told her I have been here before other people and they got taken back before me.I made an appointment so I didn’t have to wait. If they were running behind and I needed to come back at a different time that should have been told from the time I checked in, instead of letting me wait to not ge seen on time. Ridiculous.

I only gave 4stars because of LUCY Torres! I mean the absolute best. I’ve been to 2 other girls here and they were impatient and rough . But oh Lucy gave me the best service and was gentle! Did breathing exercises with me and didn’t burn me like other esthetician’s there. For the first time ever my Brazilian wax didn’t hurt! The receptionist never answer the phone but always at the desk. LAZY!

Service is good when you can get it. I’m a little frustrated to drive 30 min and be refused service due to no appointment when the door says walk ins welcome. Not to mention today they opened at 12 and I walked in at 12:03 no customers where even there yet. They are short staffed the last time I was there the receptionist had a breakdown and left now the ladies are frustrated and it shows.

Use numbing cream if you dont like this type pain. Lol Thatll be me.

Amazing prices. I once had a bad experience with an esthetician here. But, 5 stars solely because of Tae—the absolute best. She got me right and gave the most painless and quickest service I’ve ever had. I definitely recommend her.

Today was my first visit to this company and it didnt impress me. I had made an appointment with a specific tech, but was given to someone completely different for my services. I was never asked if I had waxed before and it was assumed I had so no instructions were given or questions answered. I had to initiate the conversation about what service was to be done first and what she wanted me to do. It wasnt too painful; however, I left with wax still all over my legs. My legs have black spots all over from legging lint sticking to the wax. Ive also discovered obvious groups of long hairs not removed during waxing. I wouldnt be upset if I found a random one or two hairs but a group of 10 hairs or so is not acceptable. Disappointed.

They schedule appointments and make you wait up to 30 minutes for it. The excuse given to me was that they take walk- ins at the same time. The purpose of setting a appointment is to come in at your scheduled time to be serviced. If you have walk-ins they need to be serviced behind scheduled appts to maintain customer satisfaction. So, if there is somewhere that you need to be schedule your appointment really early and factor in the wait time. Also, there is multiple people rhat work the front desk there and they dont have a clue who to service in order because there is never one receptionist .

I had a great experience here the receptionist I had was Savannah and she very nice and professional quick and informative!! Ms.Yvette is who I had for my service and she was wonderful as well. It was my first time with her and she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed! I will definitely continue to get my services from her and I highly recommend Ms.Yvette for services here!!!

Brazilian wax and underarm. Appointment was at 4:30 and wasn’t called back until after 5:00. You make your appointment with one person and when you arrive it is with someone totally different. The inconsistency drives me crazy. If the person you are scheduled with calls out, you should at least receive a courtesy call. It reminds me of a puppy mill and I will not be returning.

Bianca is my lovely waxer. I’ve tried other waxers and other waxing locations. Bianca is by far the most knowledgeable and skilled waxer I’ve ever had. Will keep coming as long as she’s here.

I had such an amazing experience at Andreia’s Conyers location! I had Monique & she was quick, funny, sweet, & very efficient. She also made sure to double check to ensure I was comfortable & all the hair was removed.

Since Ashleigh left I havent been able to get good service.

I have been to Monique a few times with great results. She keeps the pain minimal. Will continue to go to her.

I made an appointment for a Brazilian wax and something else, was set for a 45 minute appointment. It was all completed within 10 minutes. She was applying 5 or 6 spots at once, then she would start ripping without a break. Rushed through to get to the next appointment which was somehow already in the lobby. There was no clean up so I had wax everywhere, it took me several minutes to take off my underwear because they were stuck to me. On top of that I had to hear how bad men were, shes going through a bad divorce and just got dumped by another guy. Very uncomfortable and unpleasant. Last but least when I got up I realized I was bleeding in several places but she never put any antiseptic or anything on them.

I had such a phenomenal experience here. The atmosphere is clean, plush, upscale, and comfortable and everyone is really nice.

Nita was awesome! She delivered impeccable services and i cant wait to see her again!!

This was my first visit to this establishment, and it definitely won’t be my last. I booked a Brazilian, underarms, and half leg, and selected First Available Technician. I was lucky to get Janaye, who I will be requesting for all future visits. She was amazing! She made me very comfortable, was gentle and fast, and distracted me with great conversation. I highly recommend.

My first time here I came for a brazilian and I went to see Lucy. She is AMAZINGGGGGGG!!!! She first addressed all the concerns I had and gave me solutions to my issues. Then, she was very quick and sweet. She talked to me and made sure I was comfortable, and that the wax temp was okay! Overall amazing customer service, which I appreciated especially due to having a very bad prior wax experience at another place. Not to mention, the pain was very minimal which made me very happy. Definitely will be coming back to see her!

I went for my first Brasilian a few months ago and was lucky enough to have Tae Jackson as my technician. She was and still is very professional and personable. She explained everything and I didn’t feel nervous at all! I book every time with Tae now and she is wonderful! And their scrub is the best I’ve found anywhere!

I come here all the time and a bee lady did me today she was Hispanic and she was rude to me lied and said I was recording her and that wasn’t even the case I didn’t get her name but I know I definitely will not let her wax me again. Overall I love the people there great with the appointment times I’m never waiting but after today I think I’ll have to find somewhere else to go.

Atmosphere nice but the girl that did my wax didnt do the best job... and didnt speak English... while that doesnt really matter to me if the job is done right... I still have hair in the the places I got waxed and it was probably the most painful wax Ive ever gotten... the wax was too hot and she kept trying to pull b4 it was completely dried and pullable... if I go back I will request a different tech...

Im a bit confused. Because Ive come here before, but my experience today was...just not good. They require an appointment so I made one. Watched several people walk in and get taken back. I asked why it appeared that I was being passed up, I was told that I requested a specific person. I spoke to a live person on the phone the morning of and said NOTHING about a person. And if I DID want a specific person, it wouldnt be who I got. I dont think I have ever had an experience with zero bedside manner during a spa experience. In YEARS of waxing, I have not felt that much discomfort since my first time. Lol, I paid cash and had my $100 checked...which is funny because someone else used a big bill and only got asked if she wanted to break another 20. So today I left the tip that THAT customer left, not what I do customarily. Im SERIOUSLY thinking today there was something wrong. But the ONLY thing that was different today was I had on a t-shirt that said Police . And I dont want to think that it would cause what I experienced today. Im really disappointed and quite honestly blown away

Dont waste your time booking an appointment. I was on time and Had a thirty-four minute wait. The receptionist needs to be better and more professional. If a wait is truly longer than five minutes tell a client to run to the store and comeback. Just be honest.

I usually go to my specific waxer at this location, but because I was to busy to book that certain day, I ended up getting a different waxer on a different day. I was NERVOUS because I only been going to this specific waxer for the last couple of years and anybody else I went to at this location never made my visit pleasant (The pain level and taking too long to wax me). I ended up getting placed with Erica S. and she was amazing! She was very fast, had great conversation, gave me great tips, and the best PART, I didnt hurt! (I got a full body wax) I recommend her five stars!

I’ve been going to this location for about 7-8 months now and I can honestly say it’s been the best waxing experience overall. Everyone I’ve came in contact with has been professional. Yvette is my usual waxer and she is AWESOME!!! Not only is she professional and good to talk to, to distract you from the possible pain of getting waxed, she is fast n soooo great at what she does. I once changed a flight because she wasn’t available for the date and I wanted my wax to be baby bottom smooth for my bday getaway! Lol. I recommend her to anyone! In the past I’ve had experiences with other waxers and felt like I had to compromise time for quality, but with Yvette, there’s no compromise. I will get a clean, smooth wax and be out on time if not early. I’ve recently moved to Hampton, making my travel time 50 mins.... usually I would just have found something closer but I’m so satisfied with my waxer, that I do the travel. That should say enough!

I am absolutely amazed by my experience here. I went to Yvette, and she was great! She really took her time to make sure all of the hairs were gone, and she was so cool to talk to. I really enjoyed my wax and her conversation. She makes you feel really at ease and I barely felt any pain at all. I actually went to her because I had heard so many great things, and I can say she lives up to the rumors. My friend even is giving up her 2 year wax lady for Yvette. Place is fine but watch who u get because some girls dont seem to be properly trained. And there was a smell in the room from the previous person. That was a turnoff for me

Went in to Brazilian Wax for a Brazilian and Ashleigh A was able to talk me through a wax. She does a great job while waxing her guests. Her room is also nicely decorated and made me feel really comfortable and I was also able to relax. Enjoyed it more then I thought I would have. She also provides great advice on the importance of exfoliation! That also was much needed information! Im excited for my next visit with Ashleigh A!

I went to this location 11/24/19 at around 1pm, but quickly changed my mind and setup an appointment instead because it was overcrowded. My appointment was scheduled for 4pm the same day. I arrived at 3:50pm and was told someone would be with me shortly. I sat there until 4:45pm!! SMH I seen people come in with no appointment go ahead of me. I did let the receptionist know my concerns and I didnt even get an apology or nothing. She just said someone will be with you shortly. Unacceptable. I will not be returning. The girl messed up my eyebrows anyway, then had the nerve to tell they are thin. Like I said they will never get my money again.
