Really good experience here. Not a long wait time the staff are all so nice and caring. Good attitudes Good Atmosphere Good Vibes. ED took Great care of my husband getting him better. Literally not one complaint I have of this hospital.
This place is a joke the staff stroll around like they’re at home not attending to folks and telling them they can leave and go to the nearest urgent care… REALLY!!!! It has been over 5 hours and other folks have come in and haven’t got attended to. Then they don’t even give you and updates on what is next foryou… what the world!!’n😩😩😩😩
I came into the ER around 12mn for severe back and Left leg pain (sciatica). The lady at the front desk was super rude to me. When I finally seen the MD, all he did was give me Tylenol and Motrin. Thats what Ive been taking at home and didnt help....8 hours later they discharged me with no real help to alleviate my SEVERE BACK PAIN. please never go to this ER.... EVER! They have no compassion
So the ER Dr at Rockdale ,Babak Saadatmand , should probably quit. My brother which is a quadriplegic, went in the hospital there yesterday and wasnt offered anything. Basically this Dr did nothing because my brother hadnt been vaccinated. So sad that these Drs have that power. He said my brother has pneumonia , yet gave him Nothing! Sent him home and said stay hydrated. Wrong !
The worst hospital EVER!! To be more specific, the worst emergency room EVER. Why is there really an emergency room when they, the nurses act like i dont have an emergency and im just there to hangout. Whos the head of this hospital? Where are the board members? Rockdale Hospital been needed a change and its waaaaaayyyyyyy overdue! Yall need to get it together or turn the hospital over to someone who can and will effectively run a hospital.
Had to take my father in for CT scan and received the best treatment by every employee we encountered there! From the check in to the check out. Two hospital workers that stood out was was Demetris and Scott. Greatest experience we ever had in a hospital. Thanks for making us feel so special.
Someone please contact the news media on how horrible the “care”/“customer service” is along with the unimaginable facility conditions are!! Please do not come here!!! Save yourself!!
This Hospitals Emergency Room is an understaffed mismanaged s*it show.The wait times are longer than any other Emergency Room Ive ever been to in the state of Georgia. SUBPAR care SUBPAR nurses SUBPAR Physicians. They are understaffed and the patients truly suffer because of it. I have received more compassion for care from the minute clinic at CVS than this one trick malpractice pony. I will NEVER be back nor will anyone in my family.I would highly reccomend making the drive to ANY other hospital in the area before coming here.
First, I will acknowledge that at the time of my visit we are in the midst of a global pandemic ... with that being said ... go anywhere accept for here! The treatment was purposefully slow to accommodate for the lack of beds they have.The only thing they were quick to do was get to your wallet. The administration/admittance team are on the ball. They got me in and out and got my $250 deductible swiped in no time! When it came to getting paid they are a well oiled machine.The staff fell into two categories: (A) Awesome or (B) Horrible. Once again the horrible le attitudes may have come from being overworked due to Covid.I would honestly drive 50 miles out of my way than to ever step foot in that emergency room again!
Came in for chest and abdominal pain and they wanted to make us wait, started to vomit and had a seizure and now drowning in vomit and they still wanted to make us wait to register us, i started screaming for a doctor and all they could say was, dont tell at me. Worst hospital visit ever, but now looking at reviews of this place I will never visit them again. Chest and abdominal pain shouldnt have to wait.. i now wonder how many patients have lost their lives in that waiting room. But wait isnt this against policy?

Horrible hospital. They will have you waiting for hours in agony until they admit you in for any type of relief/ to see a doctor. This hospital should not even be open if they cannot attend quickly to their patients. DO NOT COME HERE.
I would like to think that a Respiratory therapist would have enough common decency. Not to tell family members who are dealing with the loss of a loved one cheer up the Bulldogs won tonight This same therapist was in the room working on my family when she passed and knew exactly who we where and what we were doing there! And why we where all crying. I would think very very hard about getting medical care at this location and even since I posted this review I have never received any response from the hospital customer service department.
Horrible visit in the emergency department... I went in with severe symptoms where I should not have been left with the public .. I was told that people had waited 7 hours so I’d just have to wait. I decided to leave... they’ve got to do better considering the pandemic that we are in .
The Hospital was great in the past..Until this time I call 911 Ambulance crew was not showing ANY Urgency. They did not bring the bed in my father s house nor give him Oxygen to breathe while they MADE him WALK the long sidewalk..Until, I had to ask AGAIN to bring the roll out bed.. They took there time... People... my fathers legs was shaking..and I knew then by his eyes and not breathing or talking to me... he had NO Chance at all with these NON Emergency guys. He past away on the way to the Hospital.5miles people ...NO Urgency...I Witness Brutality against my Father.. The Hospital did Nothing with our Complaints.

Waited 4 hours just to not see a doctor. The waiting room was not that packed and yet I sat there and wasted 4 hours before I decided to just leave. NEVER AGAIN
Absolutely worst experience ever. Most rude and inconsiderate nurses and doctors Ive ever encountered. I would never reccomend coming here if you can make it to any other hospital. Tried going over my discharge papers before I even had been seen for a treatment. Along with that their treatment plan was completely wrong and I ended up in emergency surgery due to their rushed and botched treatment. Do not get treatment here if you want to be taken care of!
The worst emergency room I’ve ever been to. No sense of urgency or compassion. The wait time is unacceptable and the staff are unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The values you expect a hospital to have, you will not see here! #closeitDOWN

Im experiencing an ectopic pregnancy and a possible miscarriage. Ive been waiting fort almost five hours all for them to tell me that my case isnt an emergency and that Ill be waiting another six hours.
Worst facility EVER! Never been to an emergency room that was so slow and disorganized. Plan on waiting over 2 hours for any illness or injury. Theres nothing about this emergency room that says emergency!

This is the worst hospital Ive ever been to . I came in with dizziness and a headache along with other complications and I was waiting for four hours and still no doctor when I asked the nurse how much longer she said sorry just sorry
