Worse experience ever! Dr. Amin wouldn’t allow me to explain my symptoms or concerns. He immediately diagnosed me before listening to me. He then proceeded to tell me there’s no medication or anything he can suggest to me, which I know is a lie because there’s medications for the issue he claims that I have. His demeanor was awful I could tell he was trying to get me out of his way. That was my first time ever experiencing a doctor treat me that way, especially when diagnosing a patient with something you say there’s no treatment for. You’d think he would’ve been a bit more eager to offer a suggestion or encouragement. He also told me that he will not refer me to a specialist because it’s a waste of money. I literally ran out of the building crying.

In all honesty, Dr. Amin should be reported to the medical board. Ive been coming here for a VERY long time and since the younger doctor left, I will be searching for a different doctor. I used to really like Dr. Amin, but there are some fishy things that go on here and its obvious youre a dollar, not a patient. They try to force you to see Amin when you just need labs. WATCH your bills & the amount they say you pay. Always, always verify its correct! Are they charging you for an office visit if you are JUST there for labs and DIDNT see a doctor?? Verify with your insurance that this is a legitimate charge. Write down who you speak to whenever you call in for any reason. Check your labs yourself. Are they leaving things out that you should know when they call but only talk to you about certain things??? I no longer trust Dr. Amin with my health and I will only go for minor things until I find another doctor. His office staff is very rude. They all have attitudes and I think they dislike the patients that come here. They look down on them, its obvious and thats why they are rude and cold.

I actually like Dr. Amin. No problem with him at all. However, his staff is very rude and basically seem like they don’t care about their patients. I also pay cash to see him, not some intern or whoever it was that I was seen by this past visit. I went in for a routine visit for medicine refills. Between the time I called and got the appointment, my back went out due to an existing condition which they are aware of. Anyway, I mentioned it to them when I went to my appointment and was told that they could not help me with that since my appointment was made for BP refills only.

I have been using this practice for several months and I cant say enough nice things about them. From the moment you call to make an appointment you know you are in good hands. The office staff is quick to assist in scheduling and answering questions you may have. They take most forms of insurance including Medicaid and PeachState. They have walk in appointments available every morning from 9am to 11am as well as 2pm to 4pm for established patients and the wait time is totally reasonable. The nursing staff is friendly and they have an in house lab for phlebotomy etc.The Physicians assistant is incredibly knowledgeable and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. The physician here is one of the best Ive seen. He has amazing bedside manner and truly listens to you and never makes you feel rushed. It is truly rare to find a physician who makes it his goal to know you as a patient and person. I cant reccomend enough!

Absolutely ridiculous, please do not come here unless you plan on spending your day at the doctors office. They’ve got bugs and spider webs in there waiting room/ waiting room bathroom. Never in my life sat at a doctors office for over 3 hours.

Its the doctor. It always sucks to have to see your doctor.

I had a great experience here. The front office staff, nurses and lab techs were awesome. I am terrified of needles and had to blood work, they were very patient and sweet. Doctor was also great and I felt safe and comfortable. Their space is extremely clean as well. I will continue to go here for my medical needs.

Dr. Amin is an excellent doctor but his front office staff, lab technicians, and nurses are incompetent, unprofessional, and extremely rude.

Dr. Amin has been my physician for over 20 years. He is always willing to give me the time needed to discuss things with me. His staff are also great.

If I could have given 0 stars I would. The front office staff are not professional and educated on why there are certain policies. A claim was put in and the information needed was in my file. He wanted me to pay another visit so he can complete the forms. Unbelievable!!! He cares nothing about patient health. Instead, he cares more about the money.......

I enjoy Dr Amin. The only thing i did not like is hearing the nurse talk about my health in front of other patients. Even though she didnt specifically call name, talking about what tests the dr ordered for me, this should be confidential.

Dr. Amin listens, gives his advice. He is very pleasant and concerned with your care and the care youre getting from your other doctors. I feel very comfortable discussing anything with him.

He refused to call in my gout medicine after i had already been to him for it. He is not nice. In fact i think hes a jerk.Hes only out for the money because he always wants me to come in more than once a month. Im telling you hes a quack!! Terrible person!! No bedside manner!! Very argumentative!! I could go on and on. Its not my fault he didnt write the prescfor my gout. I called to tell him he forgot to prescribe it and he refused to call it in. I was just at his office less than a week ago!! Im finding me another Dr!!!!

Dr Amin is good. Staff needs to be more friendly i agree. But ignoring them.. good doctor.

I will definitely not be returning to this facility in the future. After waiting close to two hours in the waiting room I was called to the back, where I waited another 40 minutes to be seen by Dr. Amin. Immediately I was questioned if I would like flu and pneumonia shots by the nurse. After denying this more than once, Dr. Amin asked me again when he finally showed up. I am not satisfied in my treatment or the professionalism of this facility!

One of the best doctors you will ever meet, extremely knowledgable, empathetic, and direct. If you want to get medical care from the top 1% best doctors in the US this doctor is the person to see.

Worst doctor I ever met. Hes abrasive, careless, and gives you his opinion and a pill without thoroughly looking into it. No x-ray or anything. He does not listen to his patients. If you want a doctor that listens and cares, DONT go to him.

Dr. Amin Rocks. He knows his patients, but more than that he cares about them. My wife, Gina Bergeron says that she feels totally safe under his care. She is a two time cancer survivor. He gives her the indivualized care she needs. We are extremely satisfied.

They are so slow the staff are completely rude

After arriving in the waiting room I noticed the air conditioning wasnt working very well. But to their defense the HV/AC technician did show up to repair the problem. Once taken to my first initial examination room I was temporarily left alone in a room full of patients medical records that were easily accessible. This concerned me. When directed to the bathroom to give a urine sample I was greeted with a plain white cup (no lid) and a unisex bathroom with a extremely STRONG smell of urine. I would imagine patients spill urine on a regular basis with the distribution of lidless cups but the bathroom should be disinfected on a regular basis throughout the day. I proceeded to make sure I used tissue to touch everything from the door handle, flush lever, faucet handle to the urine sample door. After my examination with the Dr Kaushik (who was very pleasant and easy to talk to) I was then given 2 shots. All was fine and well until the person administering the shots took the pre-packaged bandage out of the wrapping and stuck it to her skin to have it ready to place on me after administrating the shot. This procedure absolutely is unsanitary and unacceptable. I will not be going back.

The worst doctor I have ever been to. Misdiagnosed me and said the specialist I went to was wrong about my spinal deterioration plus over talked me when I was trying to tell him my pain. I would not recommend going to Dr Amin .

Dr.Amin is a good family do. He helped me a lot for the last 18 yrs.

Dr Amin is a good dr. You have to get him. If he says loose weight its not to offend u. Because we do. If u r fat stop eating. I am fat and I need to stop. He is blunt and to the point and unhav to b that sometimes. Stop and listen. Like dr Amin says r u the md....no Im the md. :) lol

The receptionist is VERY RUDE && his a very messed up attitude .!!! It really pissed me off because I like DR.amin office but I will not go to a dr office where the receptionist talk to you any kind off way .!!

I love the place and the doctors the only problem its the ladys on front desk they are so serious and not to much friendly but I still like the place 😊

Bad service and bad communication with patients, the worst thing is they will try to blame the patient, the patient does not give prescriptions doctors do just for your information.
