I really appreciate it when people recommend a business they have worked with because it tells me they received good services & was pleased with their business interaction. Ten days before my mother died, I received a recommendation for Premier Crematory. At the time I received the referral, I didn’t know I would be using it so quickly. However, it was a relief that I had been given the name & telephone number for Premier Crematory. They arrived promptly, explained what to expect and then began the process of preparing my mother’s body with care and reverence. The services they provided from the beginning to the end was very professional, caring, compassionate, and kind. I highly recommend Premier Crematory, LLC services. Mr. Ray Wilson is very knowledgeable, wise, and demonstrated a deep respect and displayed high regards for my mother by the way he handled the business of providing transitional services to our family during our moment of grief.

Im not a resident of GA, but I had to handle my aunts arrangements. I found Premier on a map of the surrounding area where she lived, and saw that they were less than 10 minutes away from her residence. Upon reaching out to Mr. Wilson, he immediately took the reins and handled everything that needed to be done. He and his team went into action and things were done within 24 hours of 1st contact. Once I arrived in state, he graciously explained his business to me and personally finished the final step of placing my aunt in her urn once I selected it. Due to a long battle with Alzheimers disease, my Mother went to sleep in the Lord (4/20/21). We didnt know what to expect. When we walked into the facility,we were greeted with warmth, kindness, thoughtfulness, carefulness & attentiveness. They carefully walked us through the process and told us, it was going to be all right!! Please, take your time & let us take care of you. They managed everything!! We used Premier Crematory for my dad. Ruthie helped my mother and I through the process and explained everything. She was very comforting, relatable, patient, and honest with us. My dad instructed us to put him in the cheapest option which was a cardboard box and at first look my mom was hesitant. Ruthie didnt try to upsell us, rather she respected my dads wishes and assured us that it was sturdier than it looked and that we could always put him in something different later if we wanted. That sealed the 5th star in my book. Death is a sensitive subject for many of us and I was dreading this process. Thank you, Ruthie, for being efficient and caring.

Mr & Mrs Wilson and staff are very professional and knowledgeable of the industry. They treated our love ones and our family with respect and kindness. I recommend there services to anyone seeking to have a family member cremated. The facility is nice and the chapel is very nice for a small gathering and viewing. Premier Crematory has taken care of three family members over the past 11 years. My family and I truly appreciate all this awesome team did to make a difficult situation easy to bear because of their amazing job.

We can’t say enough about Premier Crematory. The Wilsons were awesome, helpful and accommodating during a very difficult time for our family. They made a very difficult experience much easier. Ms. Ruthie even went out of her way to meet me near our home to pick up some things for our mother’s viewing. We were very pleased and can recommend them highly.

Great service from start to finish. My great Uncle recently passed unexpectedly with most of my family being out of state. He didnt have insurance so my family decided to cremate him. I came across premier crematory and they really took care of me and me family. The price that was given over the phone was exactly the price that my family paid. They were so professional with their service and even shared knowledge as to govern over my uncle’s earthly possessions. I would recommend this establishment to anyone facing a difficult time ,losing a loved one because i was just that satisfied, and i know who im going to call should i ever face another situation like this. Incredibly unprofessional, rude, and difficult to work with. The man made very odd remarks/jokes throughout the entire interaction, which is definitely not something you want to hear during your grieving process. Whats more, he screwed up my order and then went on to talk about how his wife convinced him not to charge me MORE for something I DIDNT ORDER. Truly inexcusable. Literally anywhere else would be a better experience; I dont know how much worse it could get. If Walmart had a crematory service, Id rather go there. At least Id be treated like a human being. Beyond frustrating

I lived out of town, and was searching for a crematory facility to properly memorialize my father due to his personal wishes. I continued to search and search for a crematory for hours, and came across Premier via Google. When I called Premier, Mrs. Wilson (one of the owners) answered the phone/and supported me with all of my questions and concerns. She was extremely professional-and extended her condolences for the loss of my father. She scheduled my consultation-for 4pm. I arrived around 3:30pm, I was greeted by Mr. Wilson. Mr. Wilson was professional, respectful, and was shocked that I arrived early. What I loved about Premier is the fact the the owners are married-and their business is black owned. Mr. Wilson was extremely polite, and made the cremation process as comfortable as possible. He answered all of my questions-and all of his credentials were plastered all over his office/as well as the facility. He supported me as I was making preparations for my father, and assured me that everything would be okay. As soon as I completed the documentation/payment process, Mr. Wilson went to pick up my father-and he was cremated instantly. Mr. Wilson went over every intricate detail-and he also showed me where my father was going to go during the cremation process.Mr. and Mrs. Wilson,Thank you so much for your continued support and professionalism. The experience was unprofessional- we got the wrong size urn because of a mix up in the book?? Messing up with the ashes of a loved family member is something I cant excuse, and he didnt make the process comfortable for the grieving family member other than making enough random comments to keep us disoriented. Having to return was a chore, we were more punctual than the staff was, and an already difficult process was made more frustrating

The Black family that owns and operates this company is unprofessional and rude! They have poor administrative and follow up skills with the client. The husband is creepy and very rude! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company if you are seeking kindness, and compassion during your grief. PREMIER CREMATORY, LLC IS NOT TO BE USED!

These people are extremely unprofessional, unethical, and rude! My friend lost her husband, they were not together but still married. His mother had a service, this funeral home assisted his mother in fraudulently filling out the paperwork for the death certificate. His wife wasnt notified until the day after the funeral of his passing. Now she has to run around and prove who she is because the funeral directory (the owner) and the mother perpuslyI spelled her name wrong and named the mother as next of kin! I strongly do not recommend this company to anyone! They are committing fraud and are about to be exposed!

I strongly DO NOT recommend this crematory company. The owner was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I had to reschedule an appt and when I returned at the time set by his wife he proceeded to reprimand me about the change as if I was his child and not a customer. All he had to say was you need to reschedule. Pls be careful if you chose to do business with this company!

I was absolutely moved by the service and care provided by Premier Crematory. The process, which in itself is difficult, was made simple and quick. They were able to retrieve the body the day I called and the price I was quoted was exactly what I paid. I am absolutely grateful to Premier Crematory.
