Very disappointed with this counseling service. I had been going here for over 2 years. I had to stop and break my ties with this office because Audrey betrayed my trust. I think she was more concerned with her and her brothers weddings. In the end she crossed the line with my trust. Im really considering contacting a lawyer because of the emotional distress I suffered. Please consider another service. To add insult to injury, Mrs. Cotton, the owner, never inquired as to why I left very abruptly. I wasted time and should have received better service.

Horrible experience! When I decided to leave, I talked to Dr. Cassandra Cotton to inform her I was leaving. In addition I asked if I could sit down to go over billing since they do not mail bills nor go over bills no with you at all. She said she would have her billing representative call me. They never did! When I received my insurance statements. Her office CHARGED for days I was NOT in the office.When I immediately went to the office and to get copies of the records, she offered me $$$. I told her I had already informed the insurance company!!Do not go here!!! Very dishonest organization!!!

Dr. Cassandra Conton and her staff, along with Dr. Gaston (that works with her as well) is absolutely the best! I have been been dealing with/seeing therapists and psychiatrists for the past 16 years and Dr. C and the staff here at Raven Counseling Services is BY FAR the best I have been to! They are ALWAYS on time, you ALWAYS see the actual doctor (not a nurse practitioner), and they are very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommended them to anyone inside or outside of the Conyers, Ga area!
