Very unprofessional atmosphere in the office. No one answers phone when you try to call them. Dont waist your time with this place.

They don’t ever answer the phone …… they need a whole new staff because mostly everybody in there is rude except for my doctor .

Tried calling about making an appointment, phone rings and rings and rings. They are very unprofessional to be a community based clinic.

It is very hard to get a hold on anyone at this doctors office.

Office opened late. Made people wait in their vehicles instead of using the tent. Cooling station would have helped if waiting room was too small. Make sure you have an iPhone or Smart Phone for virtual session if necessary. Almost didnt get my blood pressure taken for the doctor to make an evaluation. Until I threatened to go to the main office to have blood pressure taken they relented. If you choose Oakhurst Medical Center perhaps true the Main Office on Memorial Drive in Stone Mountain, Georgia. Despite all this treated decently, especially for a walk-in.

They saw me when I couldnt get in anywhere else. Kindness, concern and I had the best care that I could ever ask for. I wish I could have hugged them all.

Horrible customer service they talk to you so rudely I I will not be going back there.

What is the purpose of having a primary care physician if you cant go see them when you are sick? What doctors office does not make way for a patient in distress? So....sick, cant breathe, and a fever.....and u tell me the first appt you have is Friday. Where is this ok? Ill be changing my primary TODAY!!!!!

I came in to discuss the results from a procedure that I had done before hand and had to have some blood work done. I was told that I could get my results from my blood work VIA phone call and that I would receive my prescription if everything came back fine. Well it took a whole month for Dr. Crenshaw to get back to me after weeks of reaching out to her VIA portal and phone call.. she did not respond to any of my messages and I felt ignored!! Then I recently was a walk in... I needed a pregnancy confirmation. The wait was so long after I gave the urine sample.. they told me that I was waitin on a room and for the doctor.. once I was finally put into a room I sat and waited another 15/20 minutes for the doctor to just come in and say “hey are you waiting on a paper” and that I can go back up front in the waiting room!! On my patient portal she put that we discussed all this stuff and we didn’t AT ALL!! I didn’t get to ask any questions at all bc they made me wait a total of 2 and a half hours just to make me pee in a cup and give me a piece of paper!! Now that I’m pregnant I’m in need of a new doctor because I refuse to go through any of this during my pregnancy!

They called and gave me an appointment very fast but only gave me 10 minutes to get there and I stay 20 mins away. The address they sent me had me all the way in Gwinnett county and when trying to contact them via phone was a hassle , finally got to the office and staff was horrible they were extremely unprofessional and laughed in my face telling me they couldn’t see me that day (office was empty and it was early). Rescheduled me for an appointment in two weeks definitely not going and I wouldn’t recommend them to others

Forget about getting anybody to answer a phone not gonna happen location & parking very good the staff treated me very well the office was clean the ladies at the front desk one was very kind the other was polite i was impressed that she spoke fluent spanish. I went back & forth 3 visits for abdominal pain i didnt get a diagnoise until i went to the ER on my own i felt like those 3 visits were a waste of time & money plus the worry while i waited on the test results

So, I had an appointment at 1:20, and they said come 15 minutes before your appointment time, I get up there at 1:00, they are at lunch from 12:30-1:30, so why is my appt at 1:20, Im in an empty waiting room all alone, I had to leave after they called other people ahead of me and they was in the back laughing and playing like it was the last day of school, why make someone an appt and not follow through with it, thats not cool im here for my health.

Staff is extremely rude, doctors are even worse surprisingly! I was told to make an appointment vs walk-in only to be told at my appointment that I could not be treated for my issue until it reoccurs and I am out the fee for the visit because I was misinformed by their staff. There are too many clinics available that actually care about what they do, not just a paycheck. Dont waste your time or money with this facility!!!

First of all theres no way you can contact them they will never answer any calls so basically you have to go all the way there to schedule an appointment so dont even try to call . 2 )The front desk ladies are horrible they are so unhelpful and extremely rude specially one of them. 3) The doctors are really nice and the place is clean. 4 )if you need to be seen by a doctor asap I dont recommend this place cause they dont do walk-ins all the time unless youre lucky and if you schedule an appointment they will give it to you after one or two weeks from the day you schedule it . My last appt was horrible it was almost time for them to close and everyone was on a hurry after dr left the room they forgot about me so i had to go get my my release papers and they didnt send my medicine .

They absolutely will not answer any calls. You literally have to drive up there if you have any questions or concerns.

The enviroment is clean and the nurses and techs were kind. The front desk assistants were very short and calling is useless. However, the head doctor has absolutely no bed side manner. She was in a hurry and was very flippant. I had to ask for my release papers when my appt was over. And she only sent half of my perscrpiption!

The staff are not very nice and doctors have no bed side manner. Bin there twice and the same bad experiences. And the doctor need to get her eye check.
