I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody anymore. I have been trying to get back in for an appointment for over a month and kept being told “I’d be called back” and never did. I also sent in a request since April to receive a copy of my medical records, and guess what, it’s JULY and I still haven’t received them. When I try to contact medical records, no one is ever available either. Sounds like they want a lawsuit on their hands.

Great staff, very friendly, and staff treat you like family. The facility is very very clean..even the bathroom. Dr. Wyatt is the best...she really helped me get back to my normal self. The ladies in the front office are on point, funny hell and work very hard. The ladies that put the hot packs and the electric patches on u are the best too and they play great music that keeps you calm and relaxed before you see the chiropractor. Today I came to see Dr. Keith For the first time and the entire office had a great positive vibe. Everyone was so friendly. I had been dealing with a lot before my car accident and when i came in, Dr. Keith made me feel human again. I felt like i was a person. I can’t remember the last time someone made me feel cared about and i don’t even know him .. Wow. Amazing service.

This clinic is awesome they have a team that is understanding that is naturing to your needs.. My daughter and I were recently in a car accident. I happened upon AICA during a Google search, and called. I was hesitant, as I’m a creature of habit and don’t like changing doctors; however, my chiropractor will not work on accident patients, so I had to find one who would. When I first called, the customer service agent was excellent— all of my questions were answered and fears calmed. Their knowledge of proper procedures post-accident was impressive. I made an appointment with Dr. Keith at the Conyers office, and I was able to go in same-day!The experience was (and continues to be) wonderful with each visit (we’ve had two now). Dr. Keith saves me from myself (gently assuring me that he knows better than I the timing for adjustments and how to properly heal the body). He doesn’t give into my insistent ways (which I appreciate because I don’t often find people who stand up to me), and he quickly made me feel like I can trust him. His communication and personality are superb, and I anticipate continuing to seek his services after the accident case is closed.So far, we’ve done electro-therapy and massage. Hopefully the next visit will include an adjustment, now that the injuries have had some time to settle. I’m so excited for my next appointment, and I know that Dr. Keith will put everything in its place.Also, he’s fabulous with children. My daughter quickly became enamored, and he has been able to connect with her and also gain her trust in the process (it helps that she thinks he looks like Santa).Thank you, Dr. Keith!!!

My daughter and I just started last week. The team is both efficient and makes good use of your time while there. I especially like the way the Chiropractors explain what’s going on with your body and then give a plan to alleviate the pain. So far so good! They even have medical Docs onsite to assist. This is my 2nd time being referred to AICA Orthopedics for treatment. By separate attorneys on each occasion. This in itself says a lot about their level of treatment.They provide their clients with a choice of locations that are conveniently located throughout Metro Atlanta. So once again, I chose the Conyers location. Remembering the excellent rehabilitation and treatment that I received back in 2015 from Dr. Keith and staff. Now I didnt know he would still be there. But after having my temperature taken when I arrived, as a COVID-19 precaution, he was the 2nd person that I saw walk by. I knew then that I was still in good hands and would soon be on the path to recovery!Shout out to the entire office staff also! Always smiling. Always courteous. Always professional. And always accommodating.Thanks.

I don’t NOT recommend anyone go who’s seriously injured this place only cares about getting paid. I went in with back pain but as time progressed The pain became more instead and started spreading after my second visit I notified my chiropractor but he did nothing about it and continued treating back! At this point I no longer wanted to go here but understood how it could affect my claim. This place was no help I end up getting into with a chiropractor there because I complained about my pain and needing medicine he then went off on me kicked me out of his office until a women who worked there had to step in! Mind you nothing was done & that same doctor was there the next day like nothing happened ! Smh with all that being said my car accident was from 2018 & today is 10/20/2020 & I am still in the same pain as I was dealing with this office is not more pain! I am 26 years old and should not be going through this! As a chiropractor they should want to help anyone in need! So please read this and take it as a caution sign THEY DO NOT CARE !

The staff is great being a busy chef they make sure im treated fast and accurately my pains still there due to a texting commercial truck driver but thanks to team Aica slowly recuperating..

Today my daughter had her initial exam after her auto accident. Dr. Glass and staff were absolutely amazing! They welcomed us with warmth and caring. The chiropractic exam was so thorough and thoughtful, we had no idea how injured she was. The ER exam was X-rays and medication. Dr. Glass’s exam revealed all injuries and pain responses. AICO has been nothing short of excellent with my care so far! I was in a car accident which resulted in a broken wrist and all of my belongings destroyed, from the car catching on fire. My cell phone burned in the fire, cutting off my means of communication. AICO effortlessly communicated with my mom non stop to help coordinate my appts. Any time that I am running late, they still welcome me with open arms and give me an exceptional experience. I definitely recommend them to everyone!

Staff is great. I have been attending for about a month now. Everyone is patient and scheduling appointments are VERY easy and flexible. They have late hours to accommodate all types of lifestyles.

If you do what you’re supposed to do the results are noticeable. I was in an accident that totaled my car and as soon as I started the physical therapy I started to feel a lot better. The staff members are polite and helpful and make sure you get what you’re supposed to out of the treatment.

I went there after a car accident in October 2019..they was so nice I see why now.. after I stop going I receive a letter saying notice of Intent To Lein that they was going to file my account at the court house..so now I have to pay out of pocket because they want wait on my settlement. I will never go back there again.

Friendly staff appeared competent in their specific line of work. Unfortunately they were unable to verify my insurance over the phone which is how it has been done in the past. Anyway just a classic case of underemployed or “just doing my job” or “that’s not in my job description” scenario. 5 stars on readily answering all of my questions. 1 star not for lack of effort but for complacency and what appeared to be a fear of losing ones job over taking on more responsibility by simply making a phone call to my insurance company so that I could be seen today. Clearly not a big deal to what google shows as being a very busy and successful clinic.

Awesome they helped me a lot. Physical therapy helped me with my symptoms and helped me manage them. The doctors were very nice and well knowledgeable.

Been going to AICA for around 10 months after a car accident, didnt really know what to expect. Ive not been a very good patient, hard to make it to my appointments and I miss a lot of them. The staff is very understanding of my situation and always have smiles for me. 😁 Ive wanted to stop going because it is a hassle at times and most times in so sire I dont want to move, Ive told my wife and co workers multiple times I wouldve stopped going months ago if it wasnt for everyone there being so damn nice!..Highly recomend!
