One star is listed only because the option of not indicating a star is not available.I was referred to this office by my PCP resulting from a visit to an Urgent Care facility. At this point let me say I am 72 years old and the thought of something being wrong with my heart is of great concern.My first visit to this office was on January 14th and tarnished by the familiar air between staff members (loud conversations between themselves) and the interview with the doctors assistant. When I could not answer a question she simply went to the next one. No effort to rephrase to help me understand. Also, my husband was in the room with me, but was never acknowledged until she was leaving when she asked rudely asked, Who are you?The doctor ordered tests which included wearing heart monitor for two weeks. I was told to return the next day to receive that monitor along with instructions for use and was scheduled for a visit on February 4th to obtain the results of the tests.I returned on the office on January 15th, the next day for the heart monitor and waited for 45 minutes before being called back. No explanation why. Additionally, upon leaving, my husband and I were escorted out by a staff member and passed two employees engaged in conversation. Upon passing I was addressed, in the middle of her conversation in a raised voice with, Do I need to check you out? Mind you this was my second visit to this office and the the employee escorting us did not indicate such, so I had no reason to stop at the check out desk. The tone used gave me pause and the absence of an excuse me I felt was rude.Finally on Feb 3rd, the day before my appointment, I was called and advised the doctor would not be available and was rescheduled for February 19th!!! Also on Feb 3rd I left a message for the clinical staff and according to the outgoing message should have been called before close of business. However, I was not called back until the next day about 1630. During that conversation, my request for an earlier appointment or just someone to tell me if my heart was okay was met with deaf ears. Completely annoyed, I asked for the office manager. The office manager returned my call after business hours and scheduled me for the next day, Feb 5th to have the doctor review my test results with me. I am sincerely thankful for that.In conclusion, while the doctors I am sure are competent, the office staff fails miserably in every area, in my opinion.

Horrible. They dont seem to know answers to any questions and outsource through the hospital which literally cost 20 times as much as other places. We went here expecting a lot and received nothing but to be rescheduled for everything and referred to other companies. All they have here is a useless doctor with the tools necessary to do anything. Waste of our time and money!!!!
