On February 25 my wife and I came to this place to get our massage. My pain level was at 20% before Cindy Korz started our session but when the session was over my pain level increased to a 100%. In our session Cindy Korz squeeze the area where the pain was grab the towel and manhandle my neck putting pain that was not there in my body etc. When my session was finished her alarm went off and Cindy Korz yet again garb all her towels off my body and said I don’t believe in soaking it doesn’t help and I will be waiting outside. I will not recommend Cindy Korz to anyone.

I had an appointment scheduled for Memorial Day, which I booked a week in advance. My appointment was canceled, without a call or text, and when I called to inquired about the lack of communication that resulted in a wasted trip,, I was told they were closed.

The owner was very accommodating by switching my appointment time on a sunday. The place is really clean and calming! The spa look like its small on the outside but It very big on the inside. Brittany was so nice and she made me feel really comfortable. Once my massage was done, I felt like I could run a lap around the track because I had no more pain. I will definitely be back.

Today was my first time getting a wax in so many years, but Teisha R made my experience absolutely amazing! She talked to me before, during, and after and it definitely helped ease my nerves. Her touch is gentle and caring and that’s exactly what I needed because I was terrified. She is very professional and the atmosphere at the establishment is so serene from the relaxing music to the very welcoming lady at the front desk. She also made sure I had an appointment that fit perfectly into my schedule and even though I had to change it twice, she remained super patient with me. I enjoy my experience at La Ritz Spa every time I visit. The staff has been extremely professional & helpful each time. I have yet to see the same masseuse for my massage but theyve all been great. Very a attentive and thorough. At my latest session, Marquis was my therapist and he did an excellent job. He was very respectful and listened carefully to the areas that I needed work on. I highly recommend La Ritz Spa. I cant speak on any of the several other services that they provide, but the massages are fantastic.

My husband got me a massage with reflexology for my birthday back in February, and today I finally used it. It was well worth the wait!!!! Brittany, who did my massage, was very sweet and she has hands of an angel!!! The salon has a very clean, and peaceful atmosphere, though I would admit I didnt know what I would walk into coming for my first time. As a Chef, I am always on my feet; I suffer from planar fasciitis and I work in a HIGH stress environment. This massage is exactly what I needed!!

I havent used any services here except the massage. The personnel are very polite and professional and definitely know what theyre doing. I have yet to have a less than satisfactory experience here.I also like that they do reservation reminders via email. Additionally, you can choose to have a green receipt emailed to you as well.Again, this is a great place to go and its open 7 days a week.

I haven’t had a facial in about a year so I decided to come here for a little TLC! The location was convenient for me and the staff was extremely pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. Teisha did my deep pores facial/microdermabrasion and Nicholas did my hot stone massage, the best massage I’ve ever had, I was mad when it was over. This will be my go to spot for sure.

I hosted a spa party at LA Ritz Spa and Salon and the services was great. Everyone was so nice and made us feel welcome. I loved the fact that they offer spa parties on Sundays when they are close so therefore the spa party is only who you invite. This was a wonderful experience for myself and my friends. They loved it and they are ready to go back. My stress and tension body massage was awesome done by Teisha. I loved everything and enjoyed everything. I felt like a brand new person after I left LA Ritz Spa and Salon. Awesome

I have tried a couple of things to fix my skin/muscles on my abdomen after having children, nothing worked; I was ready to give up until I stumbled across this AMAZING salon with super reasonable rates on their Body Treatments. Being the skeptical person I am, I was super hesitant but figured Id try it and was hooked with the results on my first treatment!! I stumbled on La Ritz while looking for a place to treat myself for my birthday! I got the Special hour massage and deep pore cleansing facial, it was my birthday! I felt so relaxed after the massage. The masseuse was very attentive to my request. The facial was so refreshing and soothing that I didnt realize it had started to storm during my session! My husband booked us a couples massage for an anniversary present. They have great customer service and everyone was very friendly. Upon arriving they gave a form to fill out and to choose focus areas for the massage as well as areas that you dont want massaged. I was a little skeptical I was paired with a male massage therapist. But, he was great and did his best to make me feel as comfortable as possible! However, I would suggest that they ask if you are comfortable with a opposite sex therapist because that can affect your experience. My husband loved his massage as well! They did an awesome job! Lastly, we purchased this deal through Groupon and it was advertised as a couples massage with refreshments, the waiting area did have a plate with a couple of cookies on it so Im not sure if that was considered refreshments or not but it wasnt really a big deal.

This was my first ever spa experience and it was absolutely lovely! The staff was very nice and helpful. The room that my massage took place in was very very very peaceful and relaxing. If you go I would suggest to ask for Digna, she was very helpful especially since this was my first time. The facility is also very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone. I am definitely going to return. I received a 30 minute Swedish massage and a 30 minute reflexology massage.

My back was hurting very bad, so I scheduled a same-day massage. Everywhere else was booked because it was Mothers Day weekend, so I felt so lucky to be able to schedule something. Once at LA RITZ I waited for a while past my scheduled appointment (about 15 minutes), but it was well worth it! Marquis, my masseur, worked some magic. I was praying all while he worked on my back, and as they say prayer changes things. My back feels so much better. I was barely able to lay down before my appointment. I was so much better the very next day. A really good experience.

I came in for my second time experience with Tesha (cant remember who I had before), and she was PERFECT! I definitely need to take more time to get massages. She was able to tell all of my areas of tension and massage technique was just right...deep enough to really get into my muscles (my neck/shoulder area is always sore), but light enough where I was not in pain. I felt a sincere sense of relief and I will gladly go back to her time and time again when my schedule permits. I look forward to trying all different kinds of massage and detox services.

I left the spa with extremely brassy hair. The stylist or myself didnt notice because the lighting was so horrible. I emailed the manager two weeks ago and she still has not replied. The stylist is fantastic and did a wonderful job. Like I said, the lighting was bad. When I got home and looked in the mirror I must of cried for two days till I was able to get it fix.

Just what I need it after months long on the road. The massage was great and did a facial for the first time. Definitely would do it again. Dont know why it took me so long to come back ;)

If I could choose zero I would. Horrible ethics, I arrived at 4:40 for a 5:15 appt. Another client came in at 5:10 and went straight back while I continued to wait. At 5:35 I went up to the counter to cancel and reschedule due to them being off schedule. The receptionist said they would still charge me for full service. Oh no sweetie, you will not b/c I was here as appointed before time and you all was not available at the time given. I need to be compensated for my time and gas wasted.

Ive been to La Ritz Spa twice. Dont let the fact that it is located in an outdoor strip mall disuade you from going! Once inside the hustle & bustle of the outdoors is gone. The environment is very relaxing and the staff are great! A convenient location if you are in the Conyers area. No need to go all the way to Stone Mountain or into town for a great massage!
