This place really is all about helping the patients.I just moved here from NC, and the clinics there was like going to the projects,there was open drug deals in the parking lot, people was fighting in the parking lot,and the nurses and counselors treated the patients like we was trash.when I came here to alliance I was stunned by how nice and respectful the staff here is.the counselors and nurses really do care about the patients here.ive been clean off of herion and Ive been living a normal life for almost a year now because of alliance .

This place is truly not all about the money... like any place you have to pay for the services... but since Ive been there they have made so many improvements that they could of just kept the money for as pure profit but instead put the money back into improving their treatment there... so dont let people that are mad because they didnt get their way keep you from trying this place out... they take straight Medicaid and wellcare and they offer financial assistance... some people dont realize how good they got it cause they havent been anywhere else...

This place is the right place to be if you need help. The Counselors are Wonderful ! All the staff is very nice !

For this type of clinic its pretty cool. I have been to other similar clinics where ither the facility is dirty or the staff is rude, or both. The staff ( all that I have met or spoke with in the past5 months I been going) are very friendly and they keep the place pretty clean. I also notice they take the job they have to help people seriously. A huge relief for I have been to others that clearly you are just a number and$$$. I really like clinic

This place saved my life. If you truly want help and want to change this place can be extremely helpful. Youve got to be open to counseling and therapy sessions to get to the root of your issue. Ive been clean for 5 years this August. Dr Wills is cool, he seems like an ass but hes not really. The nurses are AMAZING & MOST of the counseling staff are good. I love my counselor...

I feel like the staff is very caring and they ultimately want you to get your life back on track and they help you in anyway to do just that. I think the one on one counseling is important as well as the groups they offer. This isnt some fly by night place that just wants your money, they make you feel like a person and not just another addict.

This place doesnt care about anything but money! The councilors are snobby and have watched them turn people away if they didnt have money for ONE day. Basically if you dont have money your out of luck with this place. Sad, but true... Talk about kicking you while down and wont even bat an eye while doing so. I can say that the nurses giving you your meds are super sweet.

Really care about you and your recovery. Have been treated with respect every time I have walked in the door.

The counselor Kendall Gerold was very professional . The secretary Dorothy Smith was very RUDE! Had extremely bad attitude ,bad temperament and judgemental. She needs to work on her people skills. I recommend a new Secretary, ASAP!

When I started there they were great now that Ned has retired and his boy took over its all about the money the counselors are rude and could care less about helping your addiction problem. They act as if.youre a burden they take advantage of the helpless

I went there once to see what it was like and at the time I wasnt ready to change my life but now that Im 30, Ive decided it is time to change. Im going back this morning to start my plan towards recovery.
