Unemployment manager is absolutely incredible, to me she is a hero. Just above and beyond any expectations or experiences I have had in the past with their staff being so short and rude. Not Diana Kirkdoffer, cannot brag enough on her or thank her for being so helpful.

They never answer the phone, they are rude, they don’t care about you and will not go the extra mile for you or go to bat for you, even if they know they should. Worst unemployment office I’ve ever been to or heard of someone going to.

Encountered a rude employee, even behind the thick Covid-protective barrier, it got icy!!

It was so worth the 45min.drive ,rather the 1-2hr wait 4 some1 to pick up.the phone lol

Now my work was lay off 2 weeks in November now the call in on Sunday I me up on I did will out a paper to correct it now in waiting for my money then wait for the week of the 15 then the next week after that

They were really helpful cuz Ive never filed unemployment so I had no idea what I was doing lol but they walked me right thru it and they were very fast filing my claim for me. They r doing temp checks at the door, they have hand sanitizer inside, so they are being very cautious for covid.

All I get. Since 7:56 am is a busy dial tone. I understand theres a epidemic. But that phone line should not hang up on me automatically even if queue and call volume is high. Furthermore, I cant reach you first thing? This is absolutely trash on your phone system. Trash.

This place is a joke. They won’t answer the phone they just pick it up and hang up on you. Need to be reported.

I understand there is a lot of people trying to get unemployment but don’t mean you answer an hang up on people. People are losing Their jobs because of this Virus. And the last thing we need is no one helping us making sure we won’t be homeless.

Too busy chatting on the phone about personal business than helping you really get a job !

I have been coming to this place for many years. They have really helped.Now I bring my daughter here. She said they are still getting things done!!!

I am not experienced in this department and was expecting an experience like when you visit the DMV. lol the ladies I interacted with here were super nice and helpful. They made sure I had everything correct an understood what I needed to do. Thankful!

Been trying to call and confirm my claim, files online, for days & days. Constantly getting busy signal & then an auto-disconnect and/or recordong asking me to call at a later time due to high call volume.

Never just walked in n didnt have to wait hours before. Very efficient in and out in 20 min tops

The only thing you can do there is use computer for Job searches, and make a resume. Everything else they say theres no funding available.

The process to get unemployment is absolutely rediculous.
