I called, and they promised to get my son in if I get right up there. I immediately left the house and when I arrived they told me they were on a pause and couldnt get him in. I understand stand being extremely busy and the need for pausing, but dont make promises if you dont intend on keeping them, just say I will do my best or something else! They knew we were on our way and would be there in 15 minutes. So aggravating, I will never try to go there again!

Went in to see if I had broken my hand from tripping over my dogs while carrying a heavy storage box that landed on my hand. When I went into the waiting room, it was completely empty. I asked to see someone and that I was currently unable to pay but could pay it later that week when I got paid. I was told that Id have to pay first before a doctor would even see me and the wait time was two hours. I looked around the empty waiting room and asked, Are you serious? Theres no one here. The girl told me, Theres people waiting, trust me. I asked, Where are the people that are waiting? She couldnt answer the question but it was obvious that since I couldnt pay anything at that time, I couldnt see or talk to a doctor.

My 74 year old mother went here when she broke her arm. They asked her pain level and when she said 8 they still refused to give her anything. According to our doctor they wrapped her arm incorrectly and did I mention they refused to help her with her pain and discomfort... She would have been better off going to the ER and waiting for 8 hrs.. Our entire Med system is broken and corrupt.

I went in because I wasnt feeling good, thinking that it may be my blood Pressure or something along those lines. I was Given a Covid and Flu test. Was told that I had the Flu, the next day I was feeling better, never took the medication that I thought I needed. In all this visit cost me over $400 and then after 2 payments they sent me to collections after they took $250 from my account which Bounced my account since I lost my job due to Covid and unemployment not yet available.

I only gave this place 4 stars because one of the receptionist was a little rude.All the staff was so pleasant and nice except for the blonde head lady that sits at the front desk.I was there for a drug test and this was my first time,so I had no idea what all they do or how this place operates.So I scheduled a appointment a hour from the schedule of my drug test and they hadn’t got to me so I told them I had to go then come back.So I called to see if they were still booked and She acted as if I was wanting to be seen fast and instead of telling me we have a lot of people but we will try our best to get to you in a timely manner she told me “well we usually are pretty booked and your wait time is gone be long,so I said well maybe I can catch y’all early in the morning and y’all won’t be booked! And she said “weather you come in the morning or not we have a lot of appointments and we do Covid test so your wait time is gonna be long either way” “We don’t just do drug screening we do a lot” “but if you are gonna come in the morning then try to be here right at 8 but that’s our busiest time just like the evenings.So basically I felt as if she didn’t want me to come but the rest of the staff tone and their helpfulness was so pleasant and welcoming.The rest of the staff made sure I felt welcomed and explained to me that they usually are pretty quick but she think I came at a time when everybody came at once and even apologized.Crazy thing is I never said or mention anything about having a long wait so I thank her for that.I wish I knew all the other staff name because they all were like the kind staff member and they deserve to be appreciated because you need people like that in this field and I know because I’m a nurse myself!The receptionist at the front desk need to be trained(even if it’s just verbally)on how to talk to their patients on the phone and make them feel welcomed because I’m pretty sure her training did not go like that.To anyone trying to be seen here yes my wait time was long like 1hr in a half and I see a lot of reviews say this so your wait time may just be long.

There were signs up telling you to call a number however when you call there was a message and a disconnect. NOTHING indicating to keep calling and you would get a person. The sign says walk in if you have an emergency. I walked in to get the proper protocol since no one answered the call. The young lady in the window immediately SNAPPED at me that I had to call, I explained I tried... She informed me other people were ahead of me and I just needed to keep calling... it was the way she relayed the message that was HORRIBLE. I was extremely ill and just needed guidance. I promptly went to another urgent care and received excellent service.

I came in needing stitches because ER was packed. It was close to closing so I felt terrible but the doctor was so patient and I’m very thankful. She was super friendly and did a great job.

I came here to get tested for COVID 19 and ended up having a higher fever than I thought and I was on the verge of passing out. The nurses were very helpful and came to my car and walked me inside and made sure I was okay. They provided me with everything I needed and were very concerned for me, especially Rebekah. I give this place 5 stars for being so helpful and caring for their patients.

I come here exclusively whenever I’ve got something I need checked out. Every time the caregivers have been incredibly nice and informative. Wait times can be long at times, but that’s to expected of any health care center with walk-ins. I definitely recommend this place.

I have experience the environment of urgent care, but not as a patient until yesterday. MedExpress in Conway, AR was very professional and polite. I was very impressed with Rebekah and the care she provided. I would diffently use them again.

I was treated like a dollar sign. I called the number on the door when I got there and got some recording saying everyone was busy and it disconnected, try to call back 4 times after that and got a busy signal. So I walked in and was immediately greeted with an attitude. I was told I should of just kept calling back. When asked for my insurance card I told her I was going to be self pay the attitude got worse. I was told how much it was gonna be like I wasn’t gonna be able To afford it. And when given the money they told me to go sit and wait in my car. When it was my turn I was Told I’d have to pay for a covid test. Again that was fine until she said how much it was....I told her my chest was hurting and I thought I was gonna pass out al they wanted was money money money. I told her to refund my money I will just go to the emergency room. By far the worst experience I have ever had at an urgent care. What happened to the Hippocratic oath? I felt more like a dollar sign fromThem than an actual person. Shame on y’all!!!!

This was my first visit here. The staff at MedExpress was very helpful. They helped me with my pain, and showed me respect. They explained what they were doing and why. They answered my questions and didnt treat me like I wouldnt understand.Thank you all for your help!

I had to go yesterday and have the covid 19 testing. The staff were all wonderful, this is my first time to ever go to urgent care. I stayed in the car and they came to me. I am very pleased with my treatment under the covid 19 circumstances.

I came in yesterday and was diagnosed with pneumonia. They wanted to Covid test me due to the fact that I had it but felt fine (I actually came in with a physical injury to the shoulder area, it was during the xrays they saw the pneumonia). I refused because I don’t believe in the accuracy at all of the COVID tests. I explained this respectfully to them, and they got mad and defensive. They already had a doctors note for work printed out for me and then threw it away and sent me on my way. This is HIGHLY frustrating because I do not possibly understand how pneumonia is not grounds for at least a day or two of a doctors note. I now feel terrible this morning and am forced to go to work because they refused me a doctors note. They were clearly not that worried about me supposedly having Covid And exposing it to others if they refused me a doctors note and sent me off. Not impressed to say the least.

So they called us back fairly quickly. Because we were one of two people here. But for some reason it’s taking absolutely forever! We sat here and waited 20 minutes for someone to come in here, they came and took her back for an X-ray. Now we are sitting here for what’s been over 25 minutes since they’ve brought her back from taking an X-ray and we are STILL waiting.

My husband and I had to wait 2 hours to be seen and there were only 4 people in the waiting room. The front desk was friendly but the nurse was rude and the physician did not give me a full evaluation and when my flu test came back negative she told me nothing was wrong with me despite my 102 fever. Only to find out the next day I was positive for strep from PrimeCare across the street.

I was very pleased with my entire experience at MedExpress Urgent Care today. They were very friendly and helpful. I only had to wait 25 minutes to be seen. The entire staff from start to finish was professional. I would definitely recommend them.

My wife drove 39 minutes to get there feeling horrible. Told doctor I had the flu and she feels like she might have it. He was very rude to her and didnt even look at her throat or ears. No prescriptions or anything. Now a few days later she is feelingvrrally bad and trouble breathing with congested chest.Spent all that time and akot of money and then to be treated like an inconvenience is unacceptable.Pick another place to go to Conway.

The ladies at the front desk were awesome and very helpful. I was in and out in about 30 minutes! It didnt get interesting until the nurse practitioner came in. It was like she thought I was lying about my cold symptoms! She then proceeded to tell me I dont know what you want me to treat you for. I said a cold. I told her I had symptoms the night before and throughout the day and that I wanted to get ahead of the cold before it got worse. She said have you taken anything for it? I said no thinking thats why Im here. Anywho, she completely acted like I was an inconvenience to her, and I went way before closing time so that wasnt an excuse. She did give me what I wanted, however, her bedside manner was horrible. Next time, I will wait until Monday to go to my PCP.

I went in on Memorial Day and everyone was so friendly! I wasn’t feeling well, but they did everything to help me feel better, and I cannot remember her name, but the nurse practitioner on that day really made sure my pocketbook was great! I had an ear infection and have had them several times. She wanted to make sure she prescribed me a good antibiotic that was good on my wallet because I do not have insurance. She asked me what would be good for me to pay and prescribed me an antibiotic that was not only cheap but had me feeling better by the next day! Love the staff, so sweet, and I was so out of it from the pain of my ear infection that I wasn’t really my normal self, but they were still so sweet and caring. Will definitely go back, but hopefully I won’t have to.

They opened at 8 am but had no provider present so they could not even check anyone in. I left at 8:42 - still not checked in and no provider present - to make a 9 am opening clinic across town. Why open at 8 am if the provider can’t show up on time???

The receptionists were amazing. The XRay Tech was reassuring and informative. That is where the positive experience ENDED! (And the only reason I can give 2 stars). I came to this facility in pain after being in a car accident. The doctor seemed to be more focused on catching me up in a lie than trying to find out what was wrong. Either she did not realize that the rooms are not sound proof or she didnt care ... She left our visit and talked with the nurses about how people come in after accidents seeking drugs and trying to rack up medical charges. After taking XRays showing my neck injuries she said, This could have been caused by chronic neck spasms. It probably has nothing to do with the accident. I HAVE NEVER HAD NECK SPASMS. I didnt cry after the accident. I didnt cry from the pain. After hearing someone question my character so ill-intently and treat me like a drug-addicted liar ... I cried. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone! If my arm fell off and I was about to bleed to death ... I would tape it back on until I could get ANYWHERE else but there!

Today was the first time I have ever been seen by Dr. Pendleton and I think that will be the last time I go to med express. I came out more confused and feeling worse (because I spent hard earned money to see this doctor) than before I had got there.

They are HORRIBLE. First of all, visits there start at $210. My first visit, I was charged $130 two weeks after my visit after paying a copay. The second time I went in (shouldn’t have made that mistake) I asked SEVERAL times if my BlueCross BlueShield insurance is covered there and I was told yes. I informed them that the last time I went there I was charged over $100. They said there was no way and that there must have been some service that the insurance didn’t cover. (Not true-it was a typical visit) This time, I was charged $111 AGAIN. All I did was get my ears checked. Ridiculous! Will NEVER return!

Worst experience my fiance has ever had! He went today for a nose injury and ended up being there for 3 hours. He Paid $50 for them to not tell him anything. He said the whole time he was there staff members were in the back talking about how to raise their COWS. Now he is out $50 and doesn’t even know what’s wrong and is still in pain! He asked the front desk to please call him for his results and they didn’t even feel the need to call him back! This is the worst expiernce he’s ever had and we will not be back

They couldn’t figure out problem and then wouldn’t Give me a referral to orthopedics specialist they told me just to go to my primary care and they would give me a referral so I pretty much wasted my money and now I have to go to another doctor this place is worthless oh and did I say that they also prescribed me NSAIDs when I’m not able to take NSAIDs she didn’t even look at my meds list be careful they will kill you

We come here more than we go to our doctors office. This is one if the nicest, cleanest, most pleasant medical facilities that I have ever been in. The staff is incredibly nice, from the front desk, to the nurses/ nurse practioner to the doctor. We have brought both of our kids here numerous times. Our daughters first visit was when she was just 7 months old & had a bad cough on a weekend. Our 13 year old sons last visit was when he broke his finger at a school picnic. I myself have been here numerous times as well, as its much easier being immediately seen here than trying to get into your doctors office. One if my favorite things about MedExpress is I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. I dont know how theyre that fast, but they are! Im actually bringing my son in tomorrow for his cough before school & I just happened to be on their site checking hours & realized I never left the review Ive been meaning to do for so long.

The building was clean and there was almost no wait to speak to a registration nurse. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful with a minor insurance issue I was having. After I was registered, I waited for about fifteen minutes to be seen.By far my biggest issue with my visit is the fact that they did not have a Family Practitioner on staff so they were forced to bill my insurance as if it were an emergency visit, which is the difference between $25 and $50. The primary purpose of my visit was conjunctivitis but I also had persistent muscle pain I wanted to talk about. The doctor seemed put off that I wanted to talk about more than one symptom.Later, they sent me a bill for $10 and threatened to send me to collections if the bill wasnt paid within 30 days. I thought this was excessive since this was the first bill and I wasnt even expecting it given the high co-pay I had for my visit ($50).It is labeled Urgent Care which maybe should have tipped me off that they only employed ER docs, but I have been to clinics like this before that employed Family Practice docs. They had just opened when I visited so it is possible that they have made improvements since then.

Went here because i got lyme disease and Rocky Mountain tick fever. Paid my deductible. A year later i get a bill in the mail because they billed my insurance with the wrong last name so my insurance did not pay. Theyve been reporting monthly to my credit and have ruined my credit because they dont know how to correctly bill insurance. I have 2 insurances and neither were billed correctly. Will never go there again.

The doctor walked in, barely shook my hand. He kept at least 10 feet in between us. Looked in my throat from across the room. He said yep its red swollen and draining. Which is why I came in because I felt all that. He was barely in the room for 2 minutes. Listed off all the medicines he was going to give me. Never told me what was wrong. I asked him if he was going to test me for strep or the flu. He said no, hes treating me that way anyways. So I left, still not sure what I have. Had to go back to ask for the test so I was able to go back to work the next day. I walked past his desk twice. He kept his head down the whole time. Will never go back to this walk in. No matter what.
