Loved my Doctor, but the office staff is beyond unprofessional and good luck getting updates for anything. Had a consultation for a surgery a month ago and approval request was never sent to my insurance and when I asked for an update I was given the run around by my doctors CMA (not to mention when she emailed me she wrote the message in all capitol letters like she was yelling at me for asking for an update). I emailed the office manager and left a message for the assistant director. Never heard a single word back from them and never got any updates about my surgery. Finally resorted to finding a new OBGYN and hoping to find better service there.

Doctors and Nurses - five stars. I see Dr. Ames and she is wonderful, listens to my concerns, takes them seriously and provides every option I have. She works diligently to make sure the more uncomfortable parts about seeing an obgyn are as comfortable as possible.Front staff is awful, I always feel rushed when I come in and check out, when I come in and they’re always at their desks but calling to get an appointment is an absolute nightmare. It takes at the very least calling twice a day for 3-4 days and leaving one voicemail per their request to actually speak to someone and get scheduled which makes it all the more difficult to find time to go in for an appointment if you work a typical 9-5. The front staff needs to be more organized, diligent and present in their jobs.

Worst OB in Conway. Rude front staff & doctors. Nurses are the only nice ones. Everyone else seems to hate their jobs. Went there for both pregnancies & won’t go back for another.

OF COURSE MY LAST PREGNANCY BUT IT WAS THE WORST ‼️ EVERY APPOINTMENT I CAME TO AT THIS PLACE THEY WERE MORE FOCUSED ON REMINDING ME OF HOW MANY PREGNANCIES IVE ALREADY HAD.. RATHER THEN FOCUSING ON THE PREGNANCY IM HAVING NOW AND TREATING IT AND ME AS IF IT WAS MY FISRT ‼️ YOUR JOB IS NOT TO JUDGE BUT TO CARE FOR MOM AND BABY!! AS THE MOM TRUSTED U ENOUGH TO CARE FOR HER AND BABY DURING A TIME OF NEED ‼️ IVE SEEN LIKE 4 DIFFERENT DOCTORS HERE AND THEY ALL MADE IT THEIR BUSINESS TO REMIND ME THIS WASNT MY FIRST RODEO!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IVE HAD WITH DOCTORS DURING PREGNANCY!! I WORK AND TAKE CARE OF ALL 5 SOON TO BE 6 AND NOT TO MENTION EVERY PREGNANCY IS DIFFERENT RIGHT??? OK I WAS SO TIRED OF THEM TELLING ME ABT MY MULTIPLE PREGNANCIES THAT I HAD QUESTIONS ABOUT SO MUCH THINGS BUT I FINALLY GAVE IN AND STOP BECAUSE I KNEW WHAT THEIR RESPONSE WOULD BE EVEYTIME BEFORE .

The old guy nurse was very rude I was pregnant and he told me I was eating to much because I gained more weight than normal I guess but I’m a small person I weigh just barely 110 pounds so of course I was going to gain weight! I was pregnant and very emotional already and this did not help I actually was very self conscious about myself and still am. All female nurses there are great though ❤️

The doctors are fine here HOWEVER, the front office staff are horribly disorganized and rude. They do not help you problem solve or try to find answers to your questions. A staff person once “scheduled” me an appointment and a few days later I was told that that appointment was never existed and that my doctor wasn’t even going to be in the office at that time. They have terrible communication with CVS and they will not work quickly to solve any problems even if you have a time constraint. I was not made fully aware of what was optional during my appointment so I have been sent huge bills for things that were implied to be routine. I had many other problems and I have only been going for yearly checkups and birth control needs. I cannot imagine having to deal with this office for a pregnancy or any major medical changes. Look elsewhere if you can!

First time ever at this office and absolutely loved it! Dr.Lukawski was amazing despite she had an emergency to tend to. I was very impressed at how she took the time to listen to my concerns and help me find a solution after trying multiple gynos and doctors before coming to her.

I came to CMC after trying several different gynecologists in the area. I was very nervous, but Dr. Tiffany Fowler was absolutely amazing & definitely exceeded my expectations. She was full of knowledge, so calming and reassuring, and seemed like she definitely had my best interest in mind. I have finally found my permanent obgyn.

Just had to make an appointment to get some important test results the lady on the phone to schedule the appt was extremely rude didnt bother getting my name and hung up on me when I asked her if she needed it since I go to the socesstee office tried calling back she realized it was me and hung up on me again . I had her on speaker both times when my husband in the room and I was not mean or anything to her they need to get better staff in the conway office

They don’t care about about you at alll ! I came in having contractions they didn’t check on the baby nor did they care. They looked at my pee and said that I was dehydrated. Didn’t give me fluids. DID NOTHING I’m in so much pain right now and they don’t care to make sure my baby is ok I’m 24 weeks. Horrible place to go

Dr Lukowski is the best! She delivered my son via emergency c section and was our OB during my hard pregnancy. I definitely recommend this Office the nurses are awesome as well

Saw Dr. Tiffany Fowler and she was absolutely amazing.Answered all my questions with no hesitation, very sweet, and made me feel very comfortable.Both the waiting room and the exam room were extremely clean. I was all around pleased with my services and cant wait for my next appointment.

Worst place to go to especially if youre on Medicaid and are african american they act funny and I feel my health is being neglected same issues occur and no results

I saw Dr. Collins recently and was very pleased with the services she provided. She was personable, pleasant, and thorough, and she made me feel comfortable and at ease. The office ran like a well-oiled machine (old reviews probably describe the transition to CPG’s new medical software system as a pain, but things seem to be going well now!) I was checked in, taken back, and with the doctor in no time. Dr. Collins did not rush me through, she answered all my questions, and she is extremely knowledgeable and competent in her field. I hope to deliver with her again!

I’m currently pregnant and have been going to this office since the beginning of my pregnancy. Dr. Lineback and Dr. Harper are absolutely amazing. They give me helpful information and they make me feel safe and well cared for. I wasn’t as impressed by Dr. Collins because she seemed to rush a bit with her patients and was quite blunt, but other than that I’ve had no issues with her.The business itself is very fast. Every time I’ve went I’ve never waited in the lobby for longer than 10 minutes before being called back. Each appointment has never lasted longer than an hour - hour and a half. (That’s including getting an ultrasound and other days blood work).I was very impressed also that the office was able to find out the gender of my baby at 10 weeks pregnant through a genetic test that my insurance covered.

I highly recommend this wonderful place. Dr. Levinson and the staff at CMC Womens health were 5 stars accross the board. The most thorough, and complete visit I have had in years.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a new gyn. I did my research and found Dr. Collins. The office looks like a free clinic, very old and almost dirty. I didnt even want to leave my clothes on their table or chair the looked so dirty. Dr. Collins found a spot of abnormal tissue in my breast and said to wait a month and a half, if it is still there she will send me for an ultra sound! WAIT A MONTH AND A HALF WITH POSSIBLE CANCER?! No thank you, I insisted on going right away and she insisted on me waiting. I left the office and talked to a few people who reassured me they wouldnt want to wait either so 2 days after my appointment I called to ask her to please send me now. A week and a half, and about 5 messages later I finally got a response from the front desk saying Dr. Collins said I need to schedule an appt she wont just send me. I WAS JUST THERE! This doctor cares nothing about her patients and clearly has the Im a doctor and smarter than you attitude. I cannot speak on the other doctors in this practice but if youre looking for a doctor to be proactive and care about you, do not go to her!

Dr. Collins was Heaven sent to me. Her Mother, Linda Harper, Nurse Practitioner is also the VERY best for Gynecology/OB/GYN.. Like Mother, like daughter. Both are so knowledgeable, professional, Kind and caring . I trust in Dr. Collins ability as an OB/GYN 100% . I could not ask for a better doctor. Her staff is also wonderful in every way.

They dont ever answer phone to make an appointment and they never call you back when you leave a message. Thats just the tip of the iceberg!

They are awsome

He really cares for his patients and has a wonderful bedside manner. I recommend him highly!
