It is nice to a VA here local and the staff is always friendly and professional

This clinic has done a great job of taking care of me and making sure I have my medication and helping me manage my overall health. They have friendly staff. For a government system they do great to make sure us veterans are well taken care of.

Some folks complain about the wait time past their appointment time... Typical Hospital occurrence,. Government or anywhere. Get over it and realize how much it costs you to pay a hospital. These guys do the best they can to help Veteran like us

On 7-26-18 I had an appointment that ended at 10:30 a.m. at the Ft. Roots VA. I then had an appointment at 11:30 at the Conway Clinic. I called beforehand to let them know I would be running a little late. I was there 10 min.’s after my time and checked into the kiosk and let a gentleman at the desk know I was the one that called earlier. I got seen by a nurse and ended up waiting 2 hours for my doctor that never seen me. There were other vets one in particular that checked into the kiosk and went up to the desk an hour later stating he was there for an hour and heard nothing. The gentleman stated he never checked in fully and said he would check him in. 2 hours later when I left he was still there. I don’t know what happened to this clinic, it used to run efficiently...initially.
