They have helped us take care of my father. Otherwise, he would not be able to stay at home and would be placed in a nursing home. We appreciate all the work these people have done to help out our family. The cost is not out of our familys pocket as everything is covered by health insurance. We will without a doubt recommend this service to all our friends and relatives. They have gone out of their way to be very friendly. I would like to give them FIVE STARS for friendliness. If we could give them a friendliness award we would supply it definitely. They have been available to our family (7) days a week and (24) hours a day. This has been extremely helpful in our care for my father.

The overnight caregivers are great. They help with keep him calm at night and with the bathroom. The caregivers are trained in assistance techniques and dementia. I appreciate the compassion, understanding, and awareness of the caregivers. They are understanding of my fathers needs and aware of the needs of our family.

I dont often write reviews but Trusted Caregivers Conway is such an outstanding company and I must give credit where credit is due. They provided excellent care for me for several months when I was first released from the hospital and bed-ridden last year, and again this summer to give my sons a break for the summer. They also previously cared for my elderly Mom before she passed away. Trusted Caregivers Conway is a people oriented company, which are few and far between these days. All of their employees are cheerful, skilled, and conscientious accommodating. They have been so very helpful and accommodating to both my sons and myself this summer.

They offer peace of mind for me, and they have the same person there day to day. They were personable, caring, and able to communicate with us. They were in my moms assisted living facility. They provided companionship, made sure my mom was getting care, encouraged her to eat and drink, and were very caring.

My husband has Alzheimers, is very contracted, unable to stand or feed himself, and at times prone to anger and name calling, especially when in pain. He is a prisoner of his wheelchair and hospital bed here at home. Trusted Caregivers Conway have been patient and extremely competent with his care. They take all the time needed to provide his care. One of the caregivers recommended an Alternating Pressure Mattress for his bed, to help prevent and cure pressure sores. They have been very diligent about inspecting his skin every time we change his diapers, settle him in bed, and get him up in the morning. All the caregivers have been competent in using the Hoyer Lift to get him into the wheelchair and back to bed.

They are excellent at all communication. If a caregiver rarely cant be here they let me know. They communicate any issues or things I might need to know.

When my husband was very sick and in hospice at home. I called Trusted Caregivers Conway. When the client care coordinator came, she saw how sick my husband was, she put down her paperwork and helped me get him ready for nighttime. Then we filled out paperwork! She said I shouldnt be alone and she stayed. My husband died that night. TRUSTED CAREGIVERS CONWAY AT THAT OFFICE CARES ABOUT PEOPLE. I dont know about other offices but if you need help they are the ones to call.
