My wife has used American Home Patient for 2 years. They have never called her once to see if she needs more supplies. When you call there, you run through 5 people before someone will help you, plus giving your name, address and age to each person. They don’t keep any supplies there. So disappointed with this company. Do not use them.

Recently I found myself utilizing this company for my wifes 24/7 oxygen needs. I couldnt have asked for a better company to deal with during such trying times. Fast, professional, friendly, and empathetic are all words to describe our interactions. I would not hesitate to recommend their Conway location to anyone.

Had appointment and still waited over an hour. Called 3 times in a row and hung up on me everything. Unprofessional office looks like messy warehouse. Ask a question and get 2 or 3 different answers. DONT GO HERE.

Was getting supplies for two years no problems then all the sudden they tell me my insurance won’t pay I call insurance they say isn’t so they will pay so after getting the run around for weeks I find out they merged with another company and lost some people’s information I being one of them so I give them everything they need still no supplies so I actually went to the office on 544 Conway they give me a print out of what I need ( like I didn’t already know this) and a phone number call this number they will fix everything guess what! I called they had no idea what I was talking about furthermore they tried to contact 544 to try and fix this no answer. I GIVE UP !!!!!

Have been calling and talking to customer service center. They say they will have someone returning my call but it never happens. Used to be a great business but something has changed and they dont care about patients at all!!

My husband has a CPAP with American HomePatient for over 5 years and has had excellent service. He always gets a call to re order his supplies and receives them timely. Some people just don’t know how to appreciate good customer service.

Customer for over a decade.. then they just stopped supplying my cpap supplies. I call to ask what happened and the receptionist took my number and said the manager would call... I called several times more.. but still no reply and still no supplies...bad customer service. Dropped without an explanation..I called their complaint line and they said they would have their store manager in conway call me.., still no reply., I call again.. same story.. we put you as urgent .. so the store manager will contact you.... no call... no service.. NO CUSTOMER.

Horrible company to deal with. Waiting nearly six months to get a new CPAP machine from these folks. Finally gave up and changing to a different company but now have to deal with an irate physician. I prefer to do business with a company that wants my business, and that is definitely not American Health.

I have had nothing but problems when ordering cpap supplies from them. Do not use.
