If you want a good workout at a gym thats not soft like planet fitness or always has equipment breaking like 10 fitness this is the place for you. If you are serious about lifting and maybe want a trainer who knows what they are talking about, this Is the place for you. They are very curtious here as well as make sure all equipment is maintained.

I love 365 fitness. The staff and owners are always so nice and helpful. The gym is clean and has the best group exercises. Im so happy to join again.

This is the best gym in Conway, and the prices are very reasonable. I do not usually go when staff is there, so they were accommodating when I wanted to decrease my membership level as the massage chair is not available unless someone is there. I love the variety of equipment here and the availability to come at any time of the day. I used to be a member of Planet Fitness and am so happy to have switched to here.

High end workout place with Pro card level trainers available. These are true body sculptors and professionals that know what they are doing. They have great group workout classes and workout equipment.

The best gym in Conway. I have attended several gyms in the area, and this is by far my top recommendation. They offer classes most days of the week at times spanning from early morning to evening. The culture is very friendly and motivating. It is a very clean gym. Yet, it still hits that nitty-and-gritty workout feel that I enjoy.

I used to tan at Palm Beach Tan for $80 a month. Half the time I couldnt get there before they closed, and half the time I got there before the required 24 hours between tans had passed. I switched to 365 to tan bc I can go at literally any time, and theres never anyone else tanning at 1am. I get way darker tanning here then I did at pbt. Definitely worth the switch

Staff is really friendly but it is a popular gym in Conway so it can be a bit crowded during peak hours. Fairly new to the gym but Ive been very pleased with it so far. Things are a little close together but they offer a wide variety of machines and weight equipment.

Been there 4 years now. Great staff with great members. The free weight section is the best in Conway. Warren Martin and Brooke Walker will help you meet all of your fitness goals. I highly recommend this gym. Get up and go see Ryan or Anthony and get signed up now.

Equipment is clean and functional with lots of variety. Nice free weight room. Classes several times each day. Private night access makes me feel safe. Never too busy and Ive never felt uncomfortable while I have been working out there.

If you need a place to get fit, enjoy and just work out... THIS IS THE PLACE!!! Anthony Sacomani is phenomenal and will motivate you to not just better yourself, but exceed your own personal expectations!!! Dont just run to see him... FLY!!!!

5 am Bootcamp is perfect for me. It is a perfect time & challenges me!

Its very clean, never crowded, and has a good quality and quantity of equipment. And the personal trainers are awesome. Very friendly welcoming environment and lots of members are in state and world competitions.

I went out of the state for a month and I called to cancel my membership. The girl told me that she couldn’t cancel my membership over the phone. I didn’t think anything of it. I assumed that the membership would have automatically been canceled. I recently moved and got a new cell number. Today I get a letter saying that I owe $160 to the gym from a credit collector. My membership was month by month and they told me that I could cancel whenever I wanted to. All I can say is wow. Don’t give this gym your time or money. They put no money into this place. Everything is run down and space is cramped.

I have transferred from several gyms and this one by far has the best free weight section out of them all. They have awesome staff members that will help you in any way possible. It does get crowded but that shouldnt stop you from working out. It is one of the best places to go too. Well educated individuals work there and they can help you with your goals! You can go to the boot camp classes and others that they offer. I wish i didnt have to leave this place and that they were world wide. LOVE ME SOME 365 FITNESS!

I’m new in Conway and went for a visit and was treated very well by the young lady at the door. They had lots to offer and I really would have liked to join there but I ended choosing something that was more in line with my daily commute.

Staff are very friendly and helpful! Equipment is good and clean. The only reason I left was to go back to CrossFit. Great gym!!

I was unhappy with the gym I was going to and reached out to one of the owners of 365. I came into the gym, was shown the facility, met some of the staff there at the time and then joined. I have been a member there since 2015. I absolutely love it. The suana is a great addition! I have worked out with Shana for almost 2 years. Ryan, Anthony, Shana, Brooke, Chance and the other staff are always willing to help or answer questions. At first I was a little intimidated being an overweight female in a gym with alot of extremely fit individuals but that didnt last long. I truly do love this gym and so thankful I joined!!!!

Small and crowded. Cardio room locked up basically when ever there wasnt a class in it. So its more or less unavailable. They had a good amount of free weights, however that is where the crowded comes into play. Some of the staff were very helpful and inviting ;the majority of the staff were very standoffish and unapproachable. The biggest complaint that I have, is that they advertise month to month contract however when you wish to cancel it it does not matter if you are in the middle of the month you have already paid for at the beginning or near the end; it will charge you for a whole other month are you request to cancel your membership regardless if you want to go another month or not. If so do not inform you of this it is in the fine print of your contract so if youre wanting to go make sure you know a month in advance when you are going to end your membership for you will be charged again.

365 Fitness is a much better facility than Xtreme Fitness! Ryan and Anthony are professionals and they show it by keeping the facility and its equipment clean while offering one of the largest free-weight areas in central Arkansas. The child care they provide has allowed me to workout uninterrupted, which is a plus! The staff is courteous and friendly! Plenty of TVs so you can still catch the latest news and sports. I can say having worked out under both management styles (Xtreme and 365 Fitness) that the environment is much better and the experience is worth the membership. Ive made new friends since returning in March 2012 and have managed to get into much better shape while doing so! Thanks 365 Fitness for doing it right!
