The doctors, nurses, and receptionists were great. Very friendly and professional. The wait time wasn’t bad, especially for as busy as they were. I was in and out within 30 minutes or less. The doctor was very thorough and figured out what my problem was. I will use them again in the future. Thank you all for the great treatment I received.

The staff (on a Sunday prior to closing time) was so efficient and so caring. The provider - Christine - was very kind and did everythingin her power to diagnose what was going on with my son. We are new to the area and I had read a positive review (on social media) about this particular location. The woman who wrote that post was spot on - Id recommend this clinic to anyone. My son and I left long after they had closed and I was thankful the staff was so wiling to stay for us.

I have never had a bad experience with this location. Everyone was friendly, professional and efficient. I was in and out of there in less than 45 minutes-and that included X-rays!

Being new to SC we havent gotten a primary doctor. My asthma has been off the charts and I knew I had an upper respiratory infection due to previous times having them. I knew I needed antibiotics since I was in bed for 5 days. Went to Doctor Care the staff were all very pleasant. Justin Smith is amazing and very informative. I didnt feel rushed and he answered all my questions patiently. I would definitely return if a need arises.

Worst care Ive EVER had. Ive been to other doctors cares and this office is nothing like the others. The try to force tests on you that you didnt consent to then ignore you with empty rooms and an empty waiting room. Ill be going to urgent care next time in conway

I have always been very skeptical of going to a Doctors Care or Urgent Care but I have had to go there twice in the last 3 years and each time Ive been my experience has been absolutely amazing. The staff is always kind, courteous, pleasant and very generous regardless of what you are there for. I do not mind using them when my primary care doctor is booked.

Came in two hours before closing and was turned away, even though the waiting room was empty. Why not just close down the office completely and change your hours then? Clowns

I come here all the time when I need to go to the doctor quick, like having to get my stitches from my birth control taken out since I moved and it needed to come out of my arm and I couldn’t go to my previous doctor. When I had it taken out it had not been very neat cause my doctor removed it in the middle of a tornado with the lights in the building flickering 😂 (surprise, surprise) even though you’re not supposed to go to someone else to have them removed they got them out and I healed up quickly even though I have a scar. My family also comes here and they are very nice To my daughter who has some health issues.

The wait time was long but that is due to all the covid testing. If you go in for other illnesses they can see you sooner. The do ask that covid testers stay in their cars for safety reasons. Calling them takes a while to get anyone on the phone but they do pick up. Youre better off here for minor things then the ER.

Decent enough for a last minute antibiotic. Other than that, theyll tell you to go to the ER.

I like this Doctors Care office because of Dr. Eaton. My last two visits, however, were with two other medical professionals. Both visits were far from disappointing! They just have a great crew of caretakers. Wish they could be my regular primary care guys.

I waited over an hour in the CMC ER with profuse bleeding. I was never seen, not even a triage nurse, and I became angry.. I couldnt keep pressure on it any longer so I left. On the way out I told the person at the desk that I could bleed to death at home instead of hereHer answer was OK.Went to DrsStopped at the Conway office. I was seen right away. This was 15 minutes before they closed. All staff were professional and also concerned. I had cut one of the small arteries in my ankle. They were very concerned, and had me go back 3 times in 5 days. Dr Eaton was incredible , he explained the reasons for the type stitching he had to do. . When I was able to get the stitches out they were just as kind , and concerned. I was informed that if the pain issues continued, I should see my pcp and be tested for possible nerve damage.

I was going to give them 5 stars because of the friendly staff, short wait period, and over all good service.On Friday, they took X-rays of my hand, gave me the cd and said they would send in referral to an orthopedic and they would see me Monday or Tuesday. I didn’t hear Friday and it is now 1:43 pm on Monday afternoon and no call. I called Doctors Care on Church Street to get the name of orthopedic and I would call. Found out they have not even called the referral into the orthopedic! So, it won’t be today and I doubt tomorrow and my hand has been broken for 7 days. That is lack of communication and not taking care of your patients.When I left there on Friday, I would certainly have given them a 5 star and now thing 4 stars is too high. If I don’t hear by 5:00 today, I will be calling either in Conway or Florence to find an Orthopedic that can take me in.

I was seen within 30 minutes. The doctor was very attententive and concern. And he took time and explain to me what he thought was going on and gave me a plan of action I highly recommend drs care& the facility was very clean & the staff is nice friendly& professional

The wait was not that long. It may feel long due to filling out paperwork in your car instead of inside the facility. This is a great way to keep the spread of Covid or any type of sickness from spreading. Friendly staff and great precautions!

My regular DOT doctor closed down. I called Doctors Care and they were able to do my physical. Staff was friendly. I was in and out in a reasonable time.

I went in for a skin laceration. They were slammed, but got me triaged and glued up within an hour. The reception staff, nurse and doctor were all wonderful!

I came into this location due to neck and back pain. My care at the initial appointment was excellent, however there is no follow up with this office. I called twice to speak with the Dr I was treated by because I had questions for him. A nurse did call me back to tell me they could not refer me for an MRI (information that I already knew) I explained to her I knew this information but I still had questions for the doctor regarding my care. I asked again to speak with the Dr, but was told no. I was basically told they couldnt do anything else for me.

Usually a great experience. Yesterday called 4 times-3 of which I was disconnected when placed on hold after waiting more than 20 minutes. Spoke to a nurse who was going to speak to the doctor and call me back but never received a return call. I know virtual visits are high and offices are working differently but getting a response would have greatly been appreciated and more causious efforts on those who are answering the phones

I was very anxious and a little afraid I went for testing the details to social distancing while filling out forms and the caring attitude of all the staff was really nice. MY DR WAS SO NICE.

I’m still sitting here 2.5 hours later...had to wait in my car for an hour until being called in to be triaged. The provider came in relatively quick, ordered X-rays, and now I’ve been waiting for him to return...and the office is already closed ☹️ Maybe the ER would’ve been faster?? 🤷‍♀️

I went in for stomach issues they scheduled me a ultra sound a month after my appointment. They never called me back about my results. When I call them they hang up or send me to another person to talk to. I will never go here again. I guess I will never know my results because they are impossible to get a hold of it is ridiculous

I went to Doctors Care on Tuesday 2/26 after suffering for a week with a rash that would not go away. My primary care doctor is out of state and my insurance is covered at Doctors Care. It took nearly two hours to get seen. I knew without an appointment I would be waiting a while, but I never thought it would be two hours with the small amount of people in the waiting room. Even after being called to a room, it took the doctor over twenty minutes to get seen. This is why busy parents get so sick when it comes down to it; They dont have time to be away from their family for over three hours! Seeing the doctor was great and he helped immensely.Two days later (today) I got a call for a follow-up, who ever I spoke to was named Anna and she was rude, not helpful, and very short. The first day on the medication was awful and painful which resulted in me having questions to ask her. She could not answer any of the questions and did not find someone who could answer them even after I asked her to get someone.Her response to me was full with attitude and rudeness for speaking to a worried patient. The response goes as followed: I dont have an answer to that. You came in two days ago, if it gets better then great you dont come back. If it gets worse then you come back. Thats how it works. Anna, WHAT WAS THE POINT OF FOLLOWING UP IF YOU WERE GOING TO NOT BE HELPFUL.I was very disappointed in the follow-up that is part of a courtesy act. If my sickness does not improve and I do need to go back, I will be going to another location.

Front staff is very unpleasant. Nurse practitioner will just Google you symptoms and send you to hospital so if anything is wrong with you just go to hospital and save your self some time she did it time and my son . I DO NOT RECOMEND THE NURSE PRACTITIONER . After I went back for check up with actual DR he even said he didnt know why she sent me to hospital for leg pain

Jessi is the best receptionist. She was gracious and helpful to me and each patient while I was there. I noticed that her phone abilities were spectacular!! Don’t lose her! Good ones are hard to come by.

This place is an absolute joke. I had an appointment, have been waiting 2 hours, and still havnt been seen. They took 4 walk ins while I had to wait. Staff is rude. Never coming back.

We have always been treated very nicely at this particular Doctor’s Care but this time was soo amazing. The doctor was so sweet and really explained everything to my husband. He had to have some bloodwork done and for some weird reason NOBODY can find a vein on either of his arms. (this has been an issue his whole life) Last time 2 different nurses stuck him 3 times and still could not get blood! Well this time a lady named Anastasia Bryant came in and took her time and worked with him and was able to get the blood after only 1 stick!!! THANK YOU LORD! I know it hurts having to be stuck time and time again so we were thrilled 😁 with her! And after she was done she said she had only been doing this job for 4 MONTHS! I couldn’t believe that! Felt like she had been at it for YEARS!👏YOU👏WERE👏AWESOME👏Anastasia👏‼️‼️Thank you again!!You guys were all great! Will be back again and we do recommend this place!!!❤️👌

The wait was longer than the time spent with the physician. No physical exam just a few questions were asked. Is that the new way that medicine is done now? I had thought about doing the video version of seeing a doctor versus driving to Doctors Care but opted for what I thought would be a more personal and effective and yes old fashioned way of actually visiting with and being seen by a real live doctor. The only thing that was hands on was the nurse doing the vital signs and my weight.Medical care tends to give the appearance of being such an iffy impersonal scary experience these days.

Had a cut up hand from breaking up a dog fight. They had me fill out some forms, did an xray, got some antibiotics and was to follow up in a week. They did not do a follow up xray found out six months later when my rheumatologist didnan xray to check for arthritic changes that I had a badly healed break. My finger is permanently deformed. Even then I decided to try them again. Thought I was pregnant so I went in. They did perform a pregnancy test and while i was there I got so hot i was fanning myself. The Dr told me i was having a hot flash and no offer to help or refer me to anyone or even ask if i needed a referral. A 30 year old should not be having a hot flash. Refused to pay the balance after what the insurance company covered. 60 dollars is more than enough for a urine pregnancy test and 5 minutes of the doctors time. I only gave them three stars because the front end staff there at my 2nd experience was awesome.

Not a bad place, friendly

Took my 6 year old running a fever. The receptionist was very helpful. The nurse Beige(spelling) was great with my son. Even placed a blanket on him to keep him comfortable. The Dr confirmed the flu type A and actually spent time going over what to expect, as far as recovery etc. Overall a great experience. We are thankful that we have somewhere close on a Sunday evening without having to go to the ER.

Called ahead, they texted me 30 minutes before my appointment, got in within minutes And saw a wonderful doctor!

I called this morning and I spoke to June and she told me that she is going to put me on hold but she didn’t. I can heard all her conversation. She start gabbing with her co-worker and she told her; this ladie has a severe pain in her lung but we dont have a moment for that I never heard her co- worker said anything. She take her own decision. It is sad that many health professionals do not care about the health of others.

The receptionists were very sweet and helpful. The nurses and PA were good with my sick kiddo.Their billing office is a nightmare. I waited for an hour with a sick kid because they said they wanted to come down to talk to me. They never showed. Finally, the receptionist recommended that I leave and call the office manager when I got home. I called twice and left messages. My calls were never returned. I got a bill in the mail and called the main number. They resolved the issue, but were VERY rude. They didnt listen, put me on hold for a long time, and when they came back on the line they told me it was resolved and hung up.

Even when the online check in was done 2 hours and a half prior And get confirmation text messages asking to arrive to be seeing, the front by desk lady asked me to do a new check in and wait for 2 more hours.

The service is commendable and you are in and out quickly with a diagnosis and prescription. Better than my physicians office where I have had an appointment and still had to wait 2-3 hours. I was in and out from Doctors Care in 45 minutes.

As I sat in the waiting room on a Saturday, I watched and listened to the receptionist, Jessie, show unfailing kindness to every patient. She was kind to the nice ones and the rude ones. It is quite obvious she cares for people. She is the first person you see here and she makes you feel welcomed.

The friendliness of the staff was wonderful the care received was good. The cost I felt at the time was very high. Though it was cheaper than an emergency room much cheaper. The reason for the low rating is the fact that after I received an additional bill after I was told that I had paid in full. I was billed for x-rays which I was told at the time of my visit that I had paid for. Upon arriving I was charged $125. After my visit I was charged an additional $50 due to the fact that I was at a higher level of care due to receiving x-rays. 5 days later they wasted no time in sending me a bill for an additional $76 for the same x-rays. If this wasnt a hidden charge why was I not charged the day of the visit.

I needed a TB skin test and was seen quickly and the test was administered with efficiency and care. I was told everything I needed to know and spent no more than 30 minutes at this office.

The doctor and nurses are morbidly incompetent. They try to give you a mountain of pills instead of understanding why and how your condition is there---because its more profitable to bill you on excess pills. On top of that they billed us for lab work they did not perform. They put instructions on the pill they prescribed as saying take once by mouth daily and the nurse says thats incorrect, the doctor meant differently. If so, he should say what he means and mean what he says. Overdosing on prescribed medication because of professional incompetence is a neon red flag. On top of that, if youre a veteran, RUN! They dont care about your medical records, forwarding them to the VA for claims and disability. This is a place Id recommend to someone if I wanted to kill them and place the blame on someone else. If you care about your health, STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!

They are absolutely wonderful! They are very compassionate, personable, knowledgeable, conscientious, and efficient. Had me in and out in less than an hour and on my way home to rest. I really couldnt see that well so I was helped up front by this wonderful lady working the desk and helping me fill out my paperwork for me. The doctor knew exactly what was going on and had me on my way home and now I am starting to feel better and cant say enough good things. This was my second visit there in the past week, due to my terrible sinus infection and they knew exactly what was going on both times. Both visits were a very positive and pleasurable experience.

I have two children, so I checked in online to cut down my wait time.. my arrival was for 1:26, I got here at 1:26, and sat in the waiting room, while they took every single person in front of me, until 2:50. Got to a room, and waited to be seen by a doctor for a good hour. All while my husband was in the car with our 3 month old and 3 year old. They even took someone in front of me that had literally just signed in.. I will NEVER come back here again. I could have went to the ER and been seen faster..

Doctors Care on Church Street, Conway SC. I always reserve my spot online. Works great. I’m notified when to leave. When I arrive I have very short wait. Doctors are very attentive to your concerns. I prefer going there over my primary because I can always get in when I choose.

Check-in was quick & easy. Staff was very nice & helpful. I had Dr. Eaton & he was very nice & explained everything to my husband & myself. I will go back & recommend anyone into going! 2 or 3 days after my visit someone called to check on me & see if I had any questions. This was my 3rd einv there & will continue to go back for any care for my family or myself. The office in Conway s.c, thanks again!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and expertise of each employee that I had contact with. I hope I never need help again, but if so, I would certainly go there.

After reading the reviews I almost didnt go here but I am so glad I did. I recently re-located to this area and have yet to find a primary physician. I am sick as a dog. I did check in online as some reviews stated which I highly recommend. You will be seen faster than just a regular walk-in. From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor, all were super friendly and helpful. Dr. Shaver is great! Any time I have an urgent care on a weekend, I will return here. I would also like to say for people complaining about a wait...Its the season. Everyone is sick! A little patience and kindness never hurt anyone.

I came in with dehydration do to a GI illness. The front staff, nursing staff and doctor treated me with ultimate respect and truly showed they cared. With the way healthcare is going today, I was gratefully surprised. Keep up the good work!!

I quit smoking a few months ago, and nicotine withdrawal has some effects on human body specially lack of sleep. I was suffering from lack of sleep and I told the doctor that I recently quit smoking so I am having this problem, can you prescribe some sleeping medicine please.....The consultation/conversation probably took 10-15 minutes and there were no lab test or anything. The doctor just prescribed trazodone which I bought from CVS But I was charged $240.There were no level 2 or 3 care and I was charged $240 dollars and I am feeling now it was a wrong decision to quit smoking. It makes no sense to me that for this 10 golden minutes of consultation I will be charged $240..............this is not humane anymore.

Recently went here when I had the flu to get diagnosed. This was probably the worst experience I ever had at a doctors office. The doctor was very rude, short with his explanations, didnt take my pain seriously, and acted like it was a disservice to him requesting he write down his instructions and give them to me.On the upside the nurses were pretty nice.Plus the visit cost over $200 for a 45 minute wait in the waiting room for a 5 minute exam with a doctor that didnt care.Find somewhere better to go, for you and your families sake.

If I could give them less than one star I most certainly would! I wasted my time and gas. I sat there for 3 hours and when finally seen by the doctor it became even more ridiculous. He was rude, disrespectful and shouldnt be in the medical field period. I am a victim of patient profiling. He shouted at me saying I was demanding pain killers and that I am a drug addict. I have NO history of drug abuse, no ridiculous amounts of any kind of narcotic prescriptions at any point in my life, NOTHING! He didnt even take blood or urine before making any of these accusations all while Im sitting there crying in agony with my blood pressure through the roof. I would NOT suggest this place for anybody who wants medical attention and REAL care. The front desk staff wasnt much better either. I got skipped twice and she was rude. F*** this place.

I dont normally write reviews, and I admit I am one to say that nobody ever leaves a good review... only bad reviews are what folks take the time to write and tell about. Our experience with this location with a sick little one was outstanding. We came in close to closing, on a Saturday evening. The front desk, vitals, exam, and wrap up was a very smooth, personable, process. Highly recommended.

Doctors and nurses are always friendly. Really appreciate them. The facility is clean. But the receptionists at the front dont acknowledge when you come in I stood in front of two of them to ask a question and they didnt ask what I needed after 5 minutes of waiting to be acknowledged I finally said hey and asked them what I needed. So nurses and doctors are great front staff are rude and unhelpful. And I also did online check in and it still took an hour to get to the back. The objective to online check in is that you dont have to wait so long.

Worst experience ever. Sprained my ankle & the Dr. wrote a prescription for me to get a boot which doesn’t make any sense to me because they said Doctor’s Care themselves couldn’t give me one, but some brace companies would? So I went to BOTH brace companies that Doctor’s Care told me to go to & NEITHER of the brace companies said they could help because I wasn’t given the right information from Doctors Care. Can’t ever get a hold of any representative from this place because the phone has you on hold for 30 minutes. Y’all won’t ever be getting my service back, I’d rather die then come here for anything else.

First it is sad people do not find out how easy the system of Doctors Care is. I had a scratched cornea and the doctor as always was wonderful answered all my questions. The front staff are the best. They were busy and I thought I may have a long wait but they got me in as soon as possible. They are my go to always better then my PCM.

The Dr has seen me three times in the past three years. Always respertory infection. He has showed that he cares about his patients. Always very helpful.. The staff is very pleasant to converse with. Enven though I am sick when I go they all make it a pleasure. Thank you.

Doctor would not allow you to finish telling him what was wrong and would just rush you out of there and send you home. So I went to another doctors care and turns out I had the flu. Smh. This place needs doctors that are dedicated to helping their patients. Not ones who just rush you out.

This was by far the rudest experience I have ever encountered. Pt information was being shared in very unprofessional manners. If I were a pt needing to be seen I would recommend going elsewhere. The staff are uneducated and not competent enough to handle basic patient care.

Wait time was what I expected. Staff was great. My problem is I had ex rays done and 6 days later I still do not have report back. When you go to these places you expect them to be able to read ex rays. If the staff is unable to read them send patient to clinic that can. Very irritated and I will not use them again. If I have a broken bone I want to know. If it is bruised I can suck it up. Geez.
