I chipped the lenses in my glasses and needed to have them replaced. Luckily, I purchased their protection package originally and had to pay a small co-pay of $30. That was good. The best part is how I was treated. Upon arrival they had a few customers inside and I thought I would have to wait to be helped. Not so! A young man promptly greeted me and started working to resolve my problem. He indicated it would be a few hours before the lenses would be ready and suggested I keep my glasses so I could see in the meantime. As I did not want to sit and wait he said they would text me when the lenses were ready. In about an hour I got the text and was shopping nearby so I went back in. As soon as I stepped in the door a different young man greeted me. He pulled me up in their system and said it would be about 20 minutes to mount the lenses. I went to get a quick bite and sure enough in 20 minutes I received another text that my glasses were ready. When I arrived a young woman greeted me and knew what I was there for. She got my glasses and they were fixed and ready to go. The staff was thoughtful and aware. Ill be back because the service I received was top notch.

Success Vision is the best place to go. I had trouble with my last frames & didn’t even think about being able to get new ones at no cost. They were still under warranty & with no hassle at all, I picked out new frames & had new glasses that are great. I guess the only downside is that they do advertise they have your glasses ready in 1 hr or less. I have never gotten them in 1 hr or less but have gotten then in 1 1/2 hrs so not bad at all. Pick them out, go eat lunch and your glasses should be ready soon.

I recently visited Success Vision Express at the Conway, Arkansas location. I was very pleased with the staff at this location. They were very professional, courteous, and friendly. They make you feel like they are happy to see you personally.My wait time was minimal. Within 5-10 minutes after I entered the establishment, I was helped picking out my frame, seated, and the measurements for my script were taken. I was back in my car within 25-30 minutes. They are definitely on their game!I am very pleased with my glasses, how they look and feel. If I have any problems with my glasses in the future, I was assured I could drop by and be helped. I managed to break my designer sunglasses. When passing the shopping center, I spotted Success Vision and walked in without an appointment. Upon entering, I was promptly greeted. The staff member (sorry I don’t remember his name) was courteous. Even though they didn’t carry the brand and I had not purchased glasses from them previously, he quickly repaired my frame. I had a pleasant experience at Success Vision Conway and will return when I upgrade my prescription glasses. Thanks!

First of all, this review isn’t toward the doctor. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist asked for my insurance information. I gave the information and she said, “Thank you, we will see you on that day.” I took time away from work and when I arrived, she states that the doctor is out of my network and she tried to call me, but kept getting my voicemail. 1) the morning of my appointment, my insurance should have been verified, not an hour before the appointment (my benefits could not have canceled within 5 hours on the same day) 2) if she says that she kept getting my voicemail, why not leave a message on that voicemail? Nevertheless the say, My time away from work was pointless.

My wife and I already had eye exams and prescriptions from our doctor, so we were just shopping for new glasses. They had a good selection of frame styles, and we both got new glasses in less than two hours. we have been wearing them for a few days now, and we are both happy with our new glasses. The people were friendly, and the prices were great. Will definitely go back when I need my next pair.

You see the ads on TV, $39.99 for two pairs of glasses, but the reality is it will cost you more than you would expect. You MUST have your eyes examined and that is a separate expenditure. Then you choose your frames you want and keep in mind that they are priced. Cheapest frame,$49.95, while more stylish frames cost more. Then they ask if you want to add additional treatments done to your lenses such as scratch resistance, transition lenses,etc... The cost will rise with each addition you choose. For me, all I needed were two reading glasses. I only added scratch resistance and chose the cheapest frames. Total cost, $217.49, $55.00 dollars for the eye exam and $162.49 for the frames and scratch resistance. Its just a matter of how much are you willing to spend.

My husband used Success Vision on Amity Rd in Conway, AR today to get 2 pairs of glasses. He was very impressed with the service and care he received and would like give give Morgan a huge thank you for her care in helping him pick out his glasses and making sure they had a good fit and all the necessary things that make for a good pair of glasses. She was very efficient in helping him and also answering phone calls and greeting other customers when they came in. She is a great asset to this company. We highly recommend Success Vision for your eye wear needs!!

It was the first and only time Ive ever used success vision. The first pair of glasses I could only see out of the bottom quarter inch of the glasses. It took over a month to get back in for a follow up exam. Each exam seemed to have positive results and a solution to improve my vision and the previous errors. However the second prescription was only slightly improved over the first when I used the glasses. I can only see out of them at a specific distance and was told I just needed to get used to the new glasses. I also complained they were giving me a double image when using a computer and again was told I just needed to get used to the new glasses. The glasses are useless to me and Ill never be able to wear them. A waste of my money and insurance money. Ill keep my older glasses that I can see out of and Ill not go back.

Great prices and great service and it was fast!

We drove from another town to get an eye exam and new glasses for my wife and I. When we got in for our appointment, my wife (elderly small bladder) had to use the restroom. But we could not use the bathroom because the management decided because of Covid, that we could not use the restroom. But I am sure the employees could. They told us we could go to Bed Bath and Beyond and use their bathroom (a short drive away). Are you kidding me, so we cancelled our appointment and will take our business somewhere else. That is yearly eye business for two people you will not be getting.

They have a variety of frames to choose from. From different price points.I got my glasses in about an hour.When I noticed that the lenses were rough around the edges, I took them in and they fixed them free of charge and in 5-10 minutes.I would recommend them to anyone who needs glasses and in a timely manner.

Kind of got off to a rough start with the doctors office upon learning that it is a separate business had to get on here and edit my review. My time at success vision express was good, Morgan helped me pick out the perfect glasses even though they were super busy. She worked fast and efficiently to give me my glasses before they closed at 5 o’clock. My Boxer ate my glasses. I called Saturday morning. They had my subscription on file, even the adjustments, so I had glasses again by noon. Nice

100% Excellent experience!My exam next door was with Dr. Vohls (apologies if Ive misspelled her name) was great. My appointment was at 2pm. I was finished and frame shopping in less than an hour. They young ladies in reception as well as the young lady assistant were all pleasant and professional.HOWEVER, Morgan, who helped me with my glasses was simply OUTSTANDING!She was patient with my questions, knowledgeable and professional.She did not attempt to upsell me on extras and went out of her way to help me select the right frames and lens options.I literally cant express how awesome she was.Based on my experience today, i wholeheartedly recommend success vision.Anyway, thats my story, if that helps anyone.Thank you Morgan and all the staff.☺Paul Hoelzeman10/05/2020

I drove 75 miles to go to Success Vision and I was not disappointed. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They have an excellent selection of very affordable frames and no one tries to pressure you into spending more than you can afford. Having an independent optometrist on site makes it extremely convenient. He and his staff were also very professional and friendly. I will most definitely recommend Success Vision to my friends and will be my go to place when I need my next pair of glasses.

Wonderful and very helpful staff. Amazing selection of frames at all price points and many different designers to choose from. I saved a lot of money buying my glasses here this year instead of my eye doctors office. I had issues with my new glasses fitting just right, but every time I went in to have them adjusted I was taken care of immediately. I had to go back three or four times to get them just right, but we finally got them right and they always listened to my issues and never made me feel bad for coming in so many times for adjustments.

My husband needed new glasses so we thought wed try Success at their new store in Conway. Amazed by all the different types of frames. The staff were all so friendly and we felt they were very professional and honest. This is our new go-to place for glasses. The glasses were ready very quickly, unlike other places. They are willing to do what is needed to help you. Great experience!

I had serious reservations about going. But I recommend them to everyone now. In 20 years of wearing glasses, this is the first time a place has actually gotten me my glasses in an hour! The staff was super helpful. I wanted frames in a particular price range and a particular shape. After showing the helpful assistant, she said give me two minutes. She came back with 4 different colors of the exact style and price range I was looking for. It was a great experience!

My husband had an appointment at the Conway location Saturday 11/16/19 and asked me to meet him there I arrived late but he was being seen in the back. I was asked by a female employee if I had signed up to be seen I responded that my husband was in the back with the doctor being seen. Soon as I sat in the waiting areas another female employee walked up to me and asked me “did I sign in “ I responded with the same response and smiled My husband texted me back asked me if I could find him a nice looking pair of glasses I got up looking for glasses and once I seen a pair I liked I sat back down and waited while looking in my phone. Looked up a male employee was walking through the door from the back and walked up to me. I noticed All customers and both female employees were looking at me and he asked me if I had signed in and I responded to him politely my husband was in the back being seen by the doctor which I had told the 2 other employees. The first female employee looked and shrugged her shoulders at him and he walked away. A few mins later my husband walked out talking to me then that’s when I received facial expressions so apparently they didn’t believe me due to my husband being white. I stayed a little while after but I felt very uncomfortable by that time after being approached by employees. I’m just sharing my experience and want to include no one should ever make an assumption and if they felt like I was fibbing or suspicious they could have asked me for his name to confirm instead of making it a scene for others. I will never go back to that place of business due to my experience.

I am not satisfied with my eyeglasses purchased on 12/20/2018. They have not fit comfortably since day two and I have been back several times for adjustments. These were not cheaply priced at your store as I paid $391.49. To me they are the worse eyeglasses I have owned. The only positive part of using SVE was the polite and helpful staff who tell me I may return as often as necessary for free adjustments. I do not feel I should have to go back every two weeks or so for an adjustments. I tried to contact the corporate office and my emails blocked because I had already given a very positive survey and they only allow one submission per customer. I could not find any phone numbers for the company headquarters, only local stores are listed.

While back I visited ur conway store for glasses an a exam well !!!!!!!!! The exam took 5 -10 mins not long enough for a good by a,doc that didnt knw what he was doing after the exam i went to get my glasses ur so helpful staff said they could not fill it. Because my prescription called for a strong lenses which they didnt not have that is CROCK !!!!!!!! Any eye clinic an fill any prescription I never had any trouble before u all came highly recommended well I will never recommended ur store to any body ur staff was rude an the doc acted like he didnt care I went to wal-mart an they had no problem filling it. Now I cant see like I am suppose to because of the way u all handle ur business in taking my business to wal-mart eyecenter frm here on out. I am telling everybody I knw bout the way u do business I am considering the better business bureau. I gave ur store a very bad rating. An beside tut commercial is fake u pay them people to say what try say.

Save yourself some time and find any other place.The doctor said my son didnt need glasses after his exam. My son was still complaining about being unable to read the board at school. So, took him to another eye doctor and guess what? He now has glasses and hadnt complained about not being able to see.

I have used Success Vision for quit a while now and they do an excellent job helping find the right frames, fitting the bifocal to the perfect location, shaping the glasses to fit perfectly. I recommend them to anyone needing glasses!

Not a good price if you have insurance ended up costing more than at my eye doctor.Maybe better if you are just paying cash. Could not get one pair of glasses for $79 let alone 2

The staff was super friendly. Got my glasses quick and I didnt have to pay an arm and a leg for them.

Really not happy with my lenses. 1)Do not offer anti fog ,which you need going from heat to cool and visa versa, i cant stand fog glassed i need my glasses to see vetter if they are fogged how does it help. 2) no anti glare is offered so night time driving is even harder now cause of the glare which makes everything blurry. 3) i have to look down while i walk i had no issues with my other bi focuals and prep vision is a total blur.

I had call to schedule a Appointments because I broke my glasses so I talk to the lady and she told me that I can get my prescription filled there and get my glasses that day I told her I had Medicaid I live in Russellville It’s about 45 minutes from Conway it’s raining but I took the chance because I needed my glasses so I call to let them know that I was coming in about my Medicaid so she tells me I have to wait three weeks mind you I’m on the highway I would’ve never went if I would’ve known that my whole basis of going was to get my glasses that same day they act like they didn’t even care which they probably didn’t I would never go back there again I cried all the way home Thank God for Walmart got me in the same day fitted for contacts til my glasses come in

I went here for a eye exam and all that. Had to go several times to get my eye glasses adjusted several times. Every time I went they adjusted my glasses so tight that I couldnt wear them. I told them they were to tight and they told me that my glasses were suppose to be tight.glasses are not suppose to be so tight that you cant wear them! I ended up going somewhere else going some where else to get my glasses adjusted. I will not go to Success Vision again!
