They are always super friendly, efficient, and prompt when we call and drop off the dogs. We never have any issues booking daycare. One of my dogs is anxious and needs slow intros and can be nervous around new people and he is always excited to be at daycare. They give us a detailed description of the day and how the boys did in the pack. The prices are very affordable and they offer a military discount. They also updated their hours recently to accommodate those of us who work early.

It was our dog Harleys first time and he absolutely loved it. He came home happy and clean. They even took the time to email me about a concern of him not eating and offered some suggestions. I will be using them definitely again

We dont normally board our dog, but needed to over a weekend. Locating the building was simple and both check in and out were smooth. Our dog was clean and healthy so I assume the weekend went fine.

We love North Conway so were so glad to have found this lovely place for our pup to get the puppy vacation he needs too! Our Pumba is always excited to see the staff, and has had a healthy, safe, and fun time. We sign up for the text pics and love seeing him having a blast. I started bringing my pup Hazel to daycare at Karlas since May. Hazel is working on her fear of both people & other dogs. The staff at Karlas have been incredible with her & with helping her to overcome this. While we havent been going for that long, Im already seeing a huge change in her confidence levels. When we pull in Hazel gets so excited that she starts barking & when I pick her up she is always happy. The staff members are always pleasant & professional, you can tell that they enjoy what they do. I definitely recommend Karlas if youre looking for a fun, friendly & safe environment for your pup.

My puppies love this place They do grooming nail trimming play with the dogs and even give a military discount Ive been here three or four times so far and every time I pick up my dogs they are really happy and when I get home they fall asleep quickly because theyre so tired from playing all day. Will continue to bring my puppies here for doggie daycare I think they offer packages as well.

Couldnt have had a better experience boarding our dog! As new puppy owners (6 months old now), my boyfriend and I were nervous about leaving behind our hound-dog as we left on a family trip. Payton, Jamie and the team far exceeded any expectations of the time our pup would have while we were away! They communicated exceptionally with us and were beyond accommodating, even extending our reservation when last minute plans came up - and he came home even better behaved than before! We will definitely be sending our dog there again and would highly recommend to any dog owner!

The staff were amazing. My dog went in for routine grooming and they found her paw was packed with pine pitch that hard hardened to stone. They diligently removed it. No easy task as she is an 88 lbs german shepherd. I cant thank them enough.

Wonderful place for boarding dogs! They truly care about there animals. They’ve recently installed a new epoxy floor by Epoxy Floor New England & it’s great for all the four legged friends. There constantly working to improve the facilities for there pets.

Pet Rendezvous is the best Grooming, Boarding and Day care for Dogs facility in the area. i use the grooming service for my two Golden retrievers. The personable and professional manager of grooming is extremely knowledgeable about animal behavior and the different breeds. She cares about your pets and listens intently to your wishes. My dogs love the experience and always come out happy and looking their best. They will do just nails if thats what you need and even have a dog self wash if you want to do it yourself.I highly recommend Pet Rendezvous.

Working curbside pick up and drop off, so we never got to see inside. The ladies who work there were all very friendly. our picky eating dog who eats everyother day finished her food before the week was up. They were accommodating with us coming throughout the week to take our pup out and bring her back again.

The staff was great with my two dogs for the days they were there while I was up in the area on vacation. After the first time, dogs were all wagging tails when we pulled into the lot - they knew were they were going and happy to go

Their service was excellent. Made appointment for a nail trim, they took us in early, made us comfortableand was done before the original time of appointment. I will bring our southern bell back again.

They recognize our dog Echo right away and are always excited for his visit no matter how long its been since we last had him here. They are very friendly and the price is very fair. Facilities are large and there is a large outdoor area for dogs to run around in. Sometimes we will get a report card for Echo, telling us if he was energetic or not, social or not, etc. that day, which is an awesome touch (some days they dont have the time though, which is fine, they will still tell us how he was that day).

Should get 0 stars! Doesnt take dogs from out of town. We were told that because one of our pups could be reactive that they wouldnt take him. I was trying to board 3 Labs for day care and a grooming. Again Karlas told us they had absolutely no openings for any new customers because of a KENNEL COUGH outbreak! So if you are one of the privileged locals be aware that according to Karlas that are having a full blown reason for nobody to ever take a dog here!

Our first pup to go to Karla was our beloved cocker spaniel who died nearly twenty years ago. Karlas is still our place of choice for our current companion when we come back to the Valley to visit. Cocoa is always excited when we are close by, and the turn signal is his signal! His joy his visible. When we have to board him, there is no guilt when we can leave him at Karlas!

I have used Karlas for years for my dogs. Recently I tried to make a reservation and was told about the kennel cough problem and that a dog can still get it even if they have had a shot. I thank Karlas for telling me about that and allowing me to make a informed decision. Once that problem had passed I made reservations for my dogs to come in. It is not often that you will run into a boarding place that will tell you about a problem that will effect their ratings but they did. Thank you for being proactive.

Boarded our 7 month pup here for a week. She had so much fun! We picked her up a few days while we were here, a few hours here and there, and she was always super excited when we pulled back in - she knew she was going to have fun with her friends! The staff did a great job taking care of her. Would recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home for their fur baby!

Will never use Karlas again. Both times my lab caught Severe kennel cough despite getting vaccine a week before. I realize its a common thing but they have to do something to aerate better to prevent it.

I took my dog to Karlas during spring break this year and I know for sure my dog loved it! Her facility was just spotless and the staff was very attentive, caring and friendly. When we were checking out, Buster didnt even want to leave, I couldnt believe it, made me feel so good! I will definitely be coming back with Buster and highly recommend them.

Amazing doggie day care experience! My pup has some fear issues and a puppy day care was a big step for her. Karlas handled things perfectly and my pup had a very positive experience. She is now able to attend puppy day care regularly, and that is thanks to Karlas getting her off on the right foot (paw?). Love Karlas! Wish it were closer but we are so excited to be able to bring our pup here when we are on vacation. Karlas is clean, spacious, and most importantly has amazing staff!

We are beyond thrilled to have chosen one of Karlas labradoodle puppies for our family. Her health, personality and good looks reflect on the care and dedication that she displays in what is clearly more than a business. Karla felt that shed be a good fit for us in that she was on the timid side and our home is pretty quiet. Well, I can report that there is NOTHING timid about Stella any longer. She is wonderfully happy and thrilled to meet every person and dog that she meets; sometimes a little too much so, but were working on that. She loves walks (especially in town when there are countless meet & greet opportunities), our boat and visitors at home. She comes to work with me nearly every day and is the most wonderful, loving companion. We couldnt have chosen more wisely than to have adopted one of Karlas puppies!

I had the pleasure of working at Karlas Pet Rendezvous for 5 years. Although I had worked with animals most of my life I was unfamiliar with dogs off leash in a community play environment. It was completely amazing to me to see dogs of all different breedings and ages (of compatible size) happily playing together. Regular visitors constantly refed to how excited their pets got when they knew they were coming to Karlas.Payton, the current owner of Pet Rendezvous, ( Karlas daughter), continues to expand the dog centered environment pets have come to count on. Owners feel secure knowing their pets are happy and being well loved. They relax and enjoy their stay in the valley or leaving their home without concern for their pets care.Local owners often tell of their dogs meeting outside of Pet Rendezvous with abstract joy and comfortable recognition. To their surprise they find they are both clients of PR and that their dogs are friends.

We adopted our dog Buttercup on 2/6/2016 from Karla’s Pet Rendezvous in Conway, NH and she is a complete gem.Previously we’ve had rescue dogs, and we also raised one golden retriever puppy from a very reputable breeder. Our experience with our golden was excellent, so that’s where my bar was set for quality expectation. That breeder was exceptionally good, extremely breed and health conscious, and dedicated to her dogs after adoption. Karla’s still blows that breeder away.Karla requires adopting families to come for a 4 hour puppy seminar the day of adoption, where all sorts of information is provided and all questions asked. Karla’s trainer is present for that, as are both puppy parents. We were able to share with the other adopting families, and felt very supported as we brought Buttercup home.I especially appreciate that while Karla feels very strongly about certain matters such as diet, she’s not judgmental either, and provides a wide range of healthiest choices and encourages families to find the healthiest solution that will work for them. She also strongly encourages people to educate themselves and gives tips and warnings on things to look out for. She also makes it abundantly clear that her dogs should never, ever be brought to a shelter, and if there is ever any insurmountable problem whatsoever she will personally re-home the dog. While we truly believe we’d never be in that boat, it says a lot about Karla’s character and I have the utmost respect for that position.And then there are the dogs. OH MY GOSH. Buttercup is the sweetest, gentlest, smartest creature. Everyone who meets her remarks on it. She is just exceptionally sweet, and there’s no other way to describe it without meeting her. He coat is remarkably soft and we pretty much just want to hug her non-stop. We are able to take her with us most anywhere we are allowed, and while, yes, she is still a puppy, she is remarkably easy. She’s just finishing up with her Puppy Level 2 class and is very trainable and loves, LOVES to please. She is a people-dog, for certain.I would recommend Karla’s Pet Rendezvous’ dogs in a heartbeat. When the day comes to get another, that’s where we will be.

We came up Jan 24th -27th and stayed in the town of Jackson NH. We went skiing at Attitash and Wildcat. Karlas Pet rendevous was perfect as we love to bring our Siberian Husky with us when we go away but hate to leave her alone when we cant involve her in our activities. I spoke to one of the employees over the phone and got a complete overview and sent all my vaccination documents and the required paperwork to be filled out in advance all online. Drop off and pick up was easy and the staff spoils the dogs in their care. Our Husky couldnt wait to go back the next day and dragged me out of the car to get inside. And when she got home after the day was over she was out like a light!! Would highly recommend .
