This was my first visit at OrthoSC. The staff and Dr. Nobles were friendly and professional. The tech who took my X-rays explained what was going on and why different poses were needed. Dr. Nobles was thorough in his assessment of my situation and he patiently answered all my questions. I highly recommend this facility.

I had total knee replacement by Dr Noble everything was great. I was at end of physical therapy and my incision was healing great.I fell getting up one night and my knee hit the wall right on incision and it popped open and because I am blood thinner blood was gushing out.I went to ER at Conway Medical and they staples incision shut. I was admitted and taken back to operating room on Sunday morning. Dr Noble was not on call but came in to see me and stapled my leg after cleaning the area real good.I am thankful I chose Dr Noble.Great Doctor

I was hesitant to have a knee replacement, but my suffering for 10 years stopped when I met Dr. Noble. Both honest and professional, Dr. Noble explained the process helping me with my decision and provided me with pre and post operative platforms that checked in with me, provided me information and answered any questions I had. I recuperated quickly at six weeks and realized an 85rpm on the stationary bike for the first time in 11 years. Thank you Dr. Noble.

Had a hip replacement and I’m so happy that I did. All of the previous pain was gone on day 1 of the surgery and I was able to get up and get moving. I can now do anything I want without pain and it’s great. Thanks Dr. Nobles

Dr. Noble is an excellent Orthopedic doctor.Always very caring and trys to manage your pain to give you the most relief of your Pain.I have been his patient for 5 years. He has operated on my knees 3 times and I have NOcomplaints or regrets.

With a 12:30 appointment as a new patient, I was asked to arrive a few minutes earlier for paper work. Doing that I entered the treatment area at 12:33. Greeted by members of the friendly staff they saw my pain as I limped with a bad knee. The tech staff confirmed info, obtained more medical info, and ushered me to x-rays. Quickly back to the exam room, I met the very personable and professional Dr. Noble. We arrived at a treatment plan, he drained fluid from my knee, and added cortisone. Supportive and understanding he even allowed me to squeeze his arm when my pain was high. The understanding put me at ease. Less than 24 hours later I am like a new person and am so grateful to Dr. Noble and staff of SC Ortho.
