If I could leave no stars I would. The worst!!! I was given my deductible after insurance which was three times the norm. I paid on the spot, then got a bill months later for another $200. Now , two years later, I’m getting another bill for over $85…??? They will not answer the phone when you try to call about the bills. They are absolutely the worst!!!! Beware!

They are very professional and helpful. I am veryClaustrophobic, they do not administer any drugs so you should ask your Dr. If you think you might need some.

I was especially shocked that this office did not follow ANY Covid protocol. The staff didnt have on any masks, the 6ft rule did not apply, they didnt ask if you have had Covid or been around anyone with it, they asked NOTHING. The staff was however nice. The lady who did my MRI kept me informed of how much time I had remaining.

If u need to go in the time of COVID , This is Not the place to go. No temperature check. & no social distancing in the very small reception room. I had to asked if they even clean the table. Will not go back

My husband had an MRI here and the staff were so friendly. The Open MRI was a much better experience as well. I do not know why that person had a 1 star below

The MRI was fine, what concerned me about the process was. if there was a problem the technician would not tell you that theres a problem go to the hospital or call your doctor immediately. You was left in danger. There is a problem because your having the test in the first place.. Im talking serious medical problem that need hospitalised. Thanks.

Not only being to large to fit comfortably in the tunnel, I had some physical limits that they helped me overcome. Thanks for being so understanding.

Very friendly and accommodating. Prefer this open MRI over the tunnel!!
