Cant wait to get started with boot camp! Never would have thought I missed exercising so much, but I do... Need to lose the covid pounds so bad and Marie is a super motivator to keep the group upbeat and fun. Miss my workout buddies and hope to see all of them when we get started again! Boot camp is great. Maries high energy is contagious. Its never boring, she often tries new things to kick it up a notch. I am looking forward to going back.

Marie is by far the best person I have ever worked with when it comes to trying to lose weight. Ive always been a heavy overweight person and Ive tried multiple different diets and exercises. I would always get the yo-yo effect from those or I just would gain weight. However, with Marie it was different. She worked with me side by side and found my individual carb number which helped me plan out my diet of what and how much of stuff I could eat. Since starting this Ive lost 60 lbs I officially weigh less now than I did 5 years ago which is a huge deal and great accomplishment in my book. Maries system of finding out your individual carb number and sticking to making sure you dont go over it while eating really works. I highly recommend reaching out to her if youre struggling with keeping the weight off, Im extremely happy that I did.

Boot camp was great! I never felt better.Of all I missed during the pandemic, boot camp was high on my list.
