Office location closed, and I cannot get a hold of my nurse who prescribes my medicine. Everytime I call to speak to a receptionist its a corporate number with someone out of state. This is directly affecting my health since I have had to wait days to get my prescription medication reviewed. Ive been waiting for a week now to get this problem sorted, and Im about to withdraw care completely and find new clinicians who respect and value my time and wellbeing.

I love my counselor. She is fantastic and has helped me through a trying time in my life. I don’t know where I would be without her help, guidance, and knowledge. I am forever grateful for her. However, I can do without Jo Ann. Never in my life have I ever met a nurse practitioner tell me I was wrong about my diagnosis, (diagnosiss that the military medically retired me for, I was hospitalized for twice, and seen by another doctor for in another state, but she just met me, so she obviously knew better than me and all the other professionals I had seen for the last fifteen years), forget my name and my face after two minutes of just sitting with me for an hour. She argued with me over the medication she prescribed to me, telling me I was wrong about what medication I was taking, basically accused me of lying, only to find out she had been looking at the next patient on her computer the whole time. She did not care to hear about my concerns over certain medications and the effects it would have on my mental health and thought processes.Last but not least, not giving me enough medication until my next appointment. Leaving me in the dark about having to see her get said medication. Between my medication running out and my next appointment with her, it was thirteen days. I was offered an appointment when I went to see my counselor however, I had obligations and it was a last-minute appointment. I was not able to hang around Conway for three hours with my daughter. I do not know if she knew I was out of medication, but I do know my pharmacy contacted Thriveworks so a refill could be issued. I know she knew I was out of medication when I was there to see my counselor on Wednesday. I know she knew I was out of medication when my appointment was rescheduled on Thursday because she was not feeling well, which I understand. I know that I explained over the phone that I was not doing very well and not having medication was causing a lot of problems at home for myself and my family. I understand that she is only one person and she has a lot of clients. However, I am a human and I expect to be treated as such. I do not expect to feel as though I am not important or I can be pushed aside. I am doing my part by going to see my counselor, going to see Jo Ann, never missing any appointments, doing everything I can outside of therapy and medication to be better, I expect the same from the person handling my medication. I expect them to do their part as well.

Thriveworks of Conway is one of the most professional and aesthetically pleasing offices I have visited. The staff is very knowledgeable, kind, and respectful to their clientele, enabling them to build a genuine relationship with each client. The waiting room has a soothing and pleasant atmosphere that enables those who are waiting to relax while they prepare for their session with his or her councilor.I was also impressed with the clinicians offices. The offices are comfortable, spacious, and had good artwork displayed.I recommend anyone I know to use this facility for any counseling needs he or she requires.Dr. Thomas Bradford PT, DPT

I have been receiving services from Thriveworks for just about two years now. I first started receiving services at their Maumelle location, and quickly transferred to their Conway location after having a therapy session with JoAnn Clay. We connected mentally, emotionally and spiritually during that very first session. It was simply a beautiful conversation between a very wise woman who truly cared about every aspect of a woman who was facing many challenges in every aspect of her life (work, home, church and etc.) a very hurt woman who needed uplifting strategies to manage real life challenges in realistic ways.JoAnn Clay is my angel sent from up above. She rearranged her schedule to accommodate my family’s busy schedule along with my busy schedule. JoAnn Clay so freely gave herself away by offering me a standing appointment outside of her normal working hours so that we could continue our conversations at a time dedicated just for me as she believes in saving time to take care of self. She understands the many stressors that come with adulting and how we sometimes forget about ourselves in the quest to take care of others. JoAnn Clay has helped me grow tremendously and stood by me through every triumph or challenge I have faced since I have met her. She always fills me up with so many wise and different perspectives when looking at each triumph or challenge I have encountered. I am forced to think critically. I love it! Each week I have to dig deeper into something that came up during one of our many conversations. Yes, JoAnn Clay puts my brain to work and gives me challenging homework, sometimes without even realizing it, 😂. JoAnn Clay is an inspiration to my soul. She coaches me into becoming a better Jessica with so much love and grace.JoAnn Clay, I want you to know that I treasure YOU. I will be forever grateful that our paths crossed. Continue to let your light shine through the work that you do. You are no longer my therapist, but you are also my mentor and most of all my FRIEND. I would not trade you for anything. Guess you are stuck with me, 😜!Lovingly submitted,-Jessica Foreman

The Aprn was unbelievably uncaring and cruel. The counselor got her after a 1hr session for a consult and her first words to us when entering the room(with nasty attitude) were we cant help you! She literally told us that my family member has to kill someone or try to kill themselves and we then call 911 then to get them committed!! She refused to even try counseling, or even give us advice to get him help!!! Im in shock she has a license.Did more harm than good coming here, do not come here for any reason. Go to another counselor or facility in conway. These people are crazy.

My husband and I had our first visit with Curtiss at Thriveworks today. Curtiss connected very well and it was like we had know him for years. Through Curtiss expertise, we learned more about one another and were able to make sense of why we do the things we do. Curtiss is truly amazing at recognizing relational dynamics, and making the experience fun! This far surpassed my prior ideas of a counseling session. We are off to a great start on our marital wellness plan! I highly recommend getting yourself and your family in here. You have potential to grow exponentially through the services provided at Thriveworks.
