Such a great experience! My Mother was treated with kindness, patience and professionalism. She was reassured through the whole process of testing and fitting which encouraged her about her ability to handle her hearing aids and make the necessary adjustments. A wonderful experience. Wish everyone could have seen her face when she said, “I can hear.”

They greeted me as I entered the door and explained the paperwork to be done from the start. I was then taken back well before my appointment time and the process was gone over. They were very thorough but friendly and nice to me from start to finish. I would take family to them if needed.

My first visit was great. Staff are friendly and pleasant. Atmosphere is welcoming and enjoyable. Information was presented in a concise manner. No pressure sales. I look forward to my journey with them.

Dr Matyja is amazing! She will do her best to sniff out the best deals for hearing aides that you can afford! She is def hands down one of the best in the state, prior to seeing her I went to OFSC in Jonesboro, AR from 94-2015 and the Dr I seen there passed away right before I moved to Conway and my goal was to find the exact same type of Dr that I had at OFSC who was knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and strived for patients who needed Hearing care! This place keeps mailing me stuff I dont want and never asked for. I have contacted them numerous times to remove me from their mailing list. It would appear to me that THEY are the ones who cant hear.I am going to file a complaint with the postal service and the Better Business Bureau, whatever it takes.

Recommendation: For your hearing needs I highly recommend Arkansas Audiology at Conway, AR. Dr. Matyja and her staff are very helpful, caring and professional.Dr. Matyja took all the time needed to explain hearing functions as they relate to my level of hearing loss. She tweaked my aids, which helped my hearing to some degree. Due to their age and technology I purchased a new set. Now I’m just waiting for them to come in.No disrespect intended, but going to the VA over the years has never provided me this level of confidence in an Audiologist.
