This morning around 9am when I went to the pharmacy I had the worst experience with the rudest pharmacist i have ever come across and it was the same person that I had the WORST experience on the phone with just trying to transfer a prescription. She was refusing to call the other pharmacy or my doctor and kept telling me it was my responsibility. She finally asked for my phone number to call if there was a problem. No call. So i give it a week and go to pick it up but she says its not there. Has a horrible attitude and says that she did call, rolled her eyes, had no empathy, and then asked if i wanted someone elses prescription with the same last name. She really just doesnt want to make any phone calls which is part of the job. Im not sure if shes the actual pharmacist, as she was in the red heb employee shirt. She literally rolled her eyes when I told her going this long without medication is quite dangerous for some people. I called my doctor and they told me she flat out lied to my face about not having any refills.Update: called my doctor again who ensured me there is no way that this should have happened as there were no problems with my prescription. He still wrote a whole new prescription to get me through the next year with no problems and that I should have my prescription in no time. Well….I’m still waiting for them to fill the prescription. This is literally the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced.

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes and neither of the female techs could bother to tell me that they were closed. I had to ask another employee if they could get their attention for me, all for them to say they were closed to her but not even look at me but youve glanced at me for the pass five minutes. Like you couldnt have told me this for the five minutes before 8 (when they open btw) that you were closed. How hard is it to say, sorry maam, were closed? I wouldve understood but dang.

Worst and slowest pharmacy ever. Under staffed and no one knows what they are doing. Long lines inside and in drive thru all the time!!

This is LITERALLY THE WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I have had an issue EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. at this location. Every staff member I have spoken with is completely oblivious and can never give me a straight answer as to why I can never get my medication on time. On multiple occasions they have said they cant get a hold of my doctor or insurance so I immediately call myself and am able to get through just fine and have the issue fixed only to call this pharmacy back and them tell me again that they cant get a hold of someone.I normally dont get so heated but this is HEB, I expected better. Never using this pharmacy again!

This pharmacy used to be on top of it. They sub my medicine with out telling me. I called to asked them why they couldn’t find me in the system. I have been going to H-E-B pharmacy for 4 years and they couldn’t give me a straight answer. They don’t understand the inconvenience it is after they used my last refill with a junk substitute manufacturer brand that makes me sick since I’m allergic to the dye in it. They don’t care they just want to make the money from the customers and the insurance company.

Transferred all my prescriptions. Fast, easy and professional!

Worst pharmacy ever. Go anywhere else if you can. They refuse to read prescription requirements and will sub medications without telling you. When there is a issue with getting prescriptions filled they are quick to blame the customer or the insurance company. The techs will scream and argue with you. They will lie to your face and tell you a medication is discontinued just so you will not come to their pharmacy.

We were in a time crunch and needed to get medicine refilled before going out of town. I called in advance and they told me to give them an hour and they would have it all filled. We went by on our way 2 hours later and they tell me they will be there tomorrow. I told them we had called ahead and that they said they were in stock and that we could get them tonight because were going out of town. They said it would be 30 minutes. We dont have 30 more minutes to waste, so I guess well have to try to find a place to fill the prescription on our trip.What was the point of calling ahead if they were going to arbitrarily decide that they would fill our prescription the next day despite requesting to pick it up as soon as possible?Thanks for nothing HEB. Unreliable as always.

100% agree with other reviewers—Pharmacist Paul is simply exceptional. Best service we’ve ever received from a pharmacy. He went out of his way to help us. We won’t go anywhere else!

Paul, the head pharmacist, is lovely. He always takes his time to answer any questions I may have and never seems too busy.

The HEB pharmacist at store #2-660, in Conroe, TX, Paul, needs to be recognized. He is always professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I have watched him be so patient with everyone he deals with. He is an outstanding asset to HEB. I will only use this pharmacy from now on.

Ive never had any issues with the people here. I have monthly Rx that I have to get and they even know my name at this point. Really nice people and if you use the automated refill on the phone Ive never had any issues.

Convenient location but very slow, often do not start filling prescription until I arrive over an hour later.

They get 0 stars. Every time they are late. Dr. called in the script, they loose it or it hasnt been processed as of yet... since they received the script at 10am that morning. If your insurance is accepted anywhere else, GO THERE! Save you the headache...

They have never missed a script :) They are always super nice as well.
