We can’t say enough how much we are pleased with the level of care our child has received at Riggs Therapy. Nicole has been an absolute gem to work with. Her dedication, knowledge, patience, and kid-friendly disposition has been a true blessing for our child and us. We have seen great improvements in his reading and writing since his dsylexia diagnosis. One aspect that we find helpful is the communication efforts that Nicole uses to help us parents implement at home what is taught in each session. She welcomes questions and is always attentive to our child’s needs. We know beyond a shadow of a doubt that the one-on-one, child-centered approach offered at Riggs and the tender tutelage from Nicole has set our child on a trajectory for success. My daughter goes here for OT and reading therapy she see’s both Brittney and Nicole they are the best with her, they are so sweet with my daughter and help her a lot, Alyssa at the front desk helps me a lot with any scheduling or billing questions I have I love them all.

I absolutely love Riggs! My son has been seeing Emily for speech and she is AMAZING! She is very attentive and enthusiastic about her job and my little boy just loves her! He is already progressing just within a few visits. Staff is amazing too! Highly recommend!

My 3 year old son attended for 4 weeks and was making great improvements. My ex called up Riggs Pediatric and stated that she did not feel that the diagnosis by Robin of a Phonological disorder was legitimate and did not agree with me taking him to have him treated. I received a call from the owner Lauren stating that they wanted to cancel my session yesterday a few hours prior to the appointment. Mind you I was in route to pick up my son and had taken off work to maintain the appointment. When asked for an explanation I was told they didnt feel comfortable seeing him and maybe in a couple weeks they could see him again.I was persistent about stating how important I felt it was for my son to stay on track with his sessions and explained that taking a break at this point would hinder his progress. After all, they had harped upon the importance of consistency. Lauren wanted to hear nothing I had to say and cancelled the appt with a list of excuses. Sad that someone that is supposed to be interested in helping your child has only their own best interest when its all said and done. I then emailed Robin stating that I wish theyd reconsider seeing my son for his afternoon appointment and received no response. Not surprised! As for their sign in their office threatening $50 charge for a missed appointment, how does that apply to them?Bottom line...if your child is in need of speech therapy do your research and find one that truly has your childs best interest at hand.Signed ,Disappointed Dad

AMAZING staff! Mrs. Robin is such a great person and helped my son soooo much with speech. I never walked into the office and didn’t feel welcomed!
