I have had bad service out of these people since I have been with them. Never returns a voicemail. This time its been 2 weeks of calling and leaving messages. Nothing so far....last time I needed service I had to drive to their office. However, they make sure their money is debited every month out of my bank.Never once have I had a “check-in “ call to make sure their equipment is running smoothly or if I need supplies. I believe its poor business management plain and simple. Hardly ever do I leave a bad review on a company but when a person’s life may depend on these people its a scary thought.....

The technician was great. The customer service lady was as condescending as anyone Ive ever talked to, it took nearly 19 days to get someone to repair my portable concentrator. I require constant oxygen and I was told that I needed to drive to one of their three repair centers to receive repair. How was I supposed to with no oxygen? Getting someone on the line twice I waited nearly 30 minutes. The reasoning was they were merging. I guess that why when I called in the after hours lady forgot to inform someone to call me and set up service. My physical even called in and was told she would get right on it. A week after that, I had to call my prescribing Dr, and have his medical team call. Strange thing happened, they showed up within 48 hours. His service was the 5 stars, id give the customer service department a 1/2 star. Im afraid if my home concentrator goes out, that they wont respond in a timely manner, the rental is over 800$ a month, to the people in charge, thats No way to conduct business. I depend on oxygen, but Im worried I cant depend on you......

This is a very professional business that can/will/does serve your home healthcare needs. The staff are courteous & promptly take of your issue, should you have one. UPDATED July 6, 2021While frustrating as the early process has been, the local team in Conroe, especially Jason, have been great helping me through the transition. I hope that they can prosper and get better support through all of the transition they are experiencing, as well as us customers, who need their support too.July 2, 2021My initial visit with the lady was good and pleasant. Afterwards, terrible customer service.I get plenty of marketing emails on items they want to sell me. But Id really like to be able to use my machine without a headache first.I have left numerous voicemail messages to a strange automated response. Only once have I gotten a professional AeroCare auto response. As for calling me back 24 hrs later, not happening. Try a week later with I noticed you called. Terrible. I hope they can resolve my issues.

Check with your insurance company they over charged me for the first initiation payment and each monthly payment they were overcharging me the first payment should have been $89 they charged me $129 each month should have been $13 they were charging me $28 honest mistake I dont know but Im glad I called my insurance double check your payments. Honesty is hard to find these days .

Ivan called the day before to see if I would be home, I would so he gave a likely tim, it was good, he said he would call when 30 min to hour, he did so as promised. He showed me how to operate the portable tanks.I had them before, but wanted to be sure I remembered.Great service!Thank you

Jason was awesome and to think I had anxiety about going to this location. The initial reviews I read were not good. However, I went in with a open mind and was not disappointed. Jason assisted me both time. He knows CPAP machines and masks 😷. I enjoyed working with him and would recommend him to any first time CPAP user.

Great service, knowledge and politeness. However, actually talking to anyone on the phone takes several days. Phone tag. Their phone message asks for one not to leave multiple messages, this they are setting your expectations up front.

It was after hours about 7:30pm that the continuous flow concentrator broke. By 930 the technician was at my home. He quickly confirmed that it wasnt working properly and exchanged it for a working one. The customer service was great. Thanks AeroCare for keeping me alive.

Went to pick up my CPAP machine about 3 weeks ago at the Aerocare Conroe location. Was assisted by Ms. Shannon and Jason. Ms. Shannon was really a pleasure to deal with and had a nice, bubbly personality. Since this is my first time with one of these devices, she went through everything thoroughly, and made me feel at ease with using the device. Jason is extremely knowledgeable and an amazing person. Highly recommend this facility!

Delivery and phone people were super attentive, informed, and polite. Rating would have been higher except that they did not leave any phone message on their only attempt to reach us after the doctor requested it. Tried to get wheelchair ,very difficult to work with .they insisted that my Dr. fillout a form on their website to order a wheelchair. would not accept an order by fax from my methodist Dr.,like every other medical company .And when that order finally did happen,they said the order was the wrong kind of wheelchair. I explained that I was having ankle surgery in 2 days and had been trying to get wheelchair from them for 2 weeks. they said it takes 2 weeks to get wheelchair order processed. they didnt offer any solution, so i gave up and borrowed one from a neighbor/when my insurance would have paid 100 percent of it.they lost a customer, and i wish id never heard of them.

The worst company ever. They never answer the phone, they send you to voicemail that never gets returned like the message says in 24 hrs. They never willing to answer questions, I would recommend asking your doctor for a different supplier, my doctor is not recommending them anymore.

I have to agree. Lousy customer service. Most of the time they never even answer their phone. I received my CPAP machine in January and have yet to get resupplied with materials. I call each week requesting supplies and they say the doctor isn’t doing the paperwork right. Yet no one in their office ever follows up with the doctor. As a patient, I know nothing about coding or what to ask for at the doctor. The doctor tells me they have sent the paperwork to them already. These people just need to do their job. I’m looking for other options.

I would not even rate 1 star, but had to give it something. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I can NOT say they only care about the money because I cant even get a prescription filled or a call back to fill it! Three weeks ago my Dr. sent in a script for a new c-pap mask. I got a call a week later to say they received my script and that they would be in touch and I explained my mask had broke and I needed to talk to someone asap about getting it replaced. Another couple days went by and no word? I called 4 different times on 4 different days and all I could get was an answering service that said they would give them the message. I cant even get a call back. No wonder there reviews are so poor. If you are in need of medical supplies, please do yourself a favor and call someone else.
