Wait time is far too long. Why is it you have to fill out all of the same information on paper every time you come in?!? Computers are for keeping that info so you dont have to waste time on the exact same forms!

Great experience ..staff was friendly and handled everything with a smile and professionally ..overall great place and they didn’t take a long time to call me back for my physical and drug test.

2.5 hrs for a simple drug test. On top of that 4 people who arrived after I did went in before me. Turns out the receptionist hadn’t entered my information in. It was just sitting to the side. Worst experience ever! Would not recommend.

It takes way too long to simply urinate here. People are waiting 2-3 hours just to take a urine test. They need to have more staff available to get the line in and out. This is absolutely ridiculous. Also, one of the front desk staff hit an elderly lady with the door that leads you to the back. When it was pointed out by several onlookers all she said was “oops”. She didn’t even attempt to apologize. It was very distasteful. When I tried to follow up later, the woman just laughed. It just so happened that the elderly lady was there for physical therapy.

Absolutely terrible. Waited more than 2.5 hours for a physical for my son. When I questioned our wait at 2 hours they said they were waiting for authorisation which they only called for a few minutes before I queried our wait. They received it almost immediately! (You can hear everything) Every single person who came after us was seen before us and waited no more than an hour. Front desk lady extremely rude. Only positive was nurse and NP doing the physical: friendly and explained everything concisely and clearly.

It was quick enough. My drug test approval did not get faxed in earlier like I was told but I was able to get in and out within 45 minutes even with the paperwork error. This was for work everyone.

I dont like to be negative. I know the staff was busy. The front desk people were nice and the young lady that took me to the back was nice. The Dr. could have a friendlier manner. Over all I had to leave to get more info for them that they were not specific about. So what I brought back had what they needed but they just wanted a certain section of it. Which they did not specify the day before. Anyways, I got it, they got it and I got what I needed.

The receptionist was so warm and welcoming,I like how the doctors are friendly and efficient in what they do.Definitely recommend NOVA medical centers .

A 2 hour wait to be seen after filling out all the paperwork for the fifth time in as many years really is unacceptable. Once I was seen the employees were professional and courteous.If my employer didnt require me to go there, I would never set foot inside there again.

I waited for 7 hours to take a simple drug screen. Theres no excuse for that type of nonsense. They claimed to be short staffed but they had plenty of help.

Very rude front desk staff. I’m a very laid-back and respectful person but this poor woman needs a job with less human interaction. I don’t understand businesses that put people like this in positions where they are the face of their company.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Most unprofessional medical facility Ive ever been. Most of the staff look like former junkies. The doctor had holes all in his shirt when entering the room. The whole place is a very uncomfortable experience. I would not recommend to nobody.

I had to get a DOT physical the lady at the desk was really helpful friendly everybody in there was very friendly very helpful need only problem which is not their problem there was a lot of people waiting for physicals highly recommended if you need a DOT physical

I have been to this location two seperate times now both visits were horrible each time i waited over four hours for a simple DOT drug screening and physical. most recent visit off the bat they had me wait hours. Then once called upon i gave them my first and only cup its not registering she would not let me see the cup she then transfered my urine to another cup witch by this time urnine has been out in the open for over two minutes no lid etc. now by this time my urine is not body temperature and says thi on wont work either.then had the nerve to put me on a bladder watch which is some random person litteraly watches you through your entire U.A no i said this is not for court or any legal kind of matter. tried to get me to sign a form saying i refused to do a u.a after they were the ones who messed up the test in the first place. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Went to different location next day in and out no problems within two hours.

Will never come back for a DOT physical. After waiting 2 1/2 hours to get in, the doctor (who wouldnt listen to a thing my husband had to say) said my husband needed a sleep study which is federal law. It is NOT and never has been law to get a sleep study. It was a proposed law 9 years ago which to this date has never passed. In fact, about a week ago the law has been withdrawn AGAIN since they do not have enough research to prove it needs to be a law.The paper they gave him showed that after taking a sleep study, they would give him a 90 day physical until his results came back, which was INCORRECT. So the Conroe office put him (and me, were team drivers) out of work for 3 months, everyone in there (including their paperwork) states different rules which no one can agree on, and when trying to understand what needed to be done, was implied that we were 1. Stupid 2. Lying about the paper THEY gave us with THEIR name on it 3. Treated very rudely. After going to another doctor (who actually LISTENED) somewhere else and explaining the situation he was deemed not a safety hazard and given a 3 month physical pending the sleep study results (which unofficially he has passed with no episodes, imagine that). Have been to other NOVA locations in the past and never had this problem.

The worst customer service you could get. The front desk ladies have the worst attitude and are nice just with the guys, they get to even flirt with them. I had to walk out without service. Don’t come here if you really want at least fair treatment.

The staff need more training! And the Doctor was very rude and seem like he didn’t care about what questions I asked him and they made me wait all day there to get my DOT physical. That place will never get the company I work for business again!

Not impressed what the information Ive heard from a few friends including my significant other. They seem to think all Injuries are psychosomatic even if this is a new injury that youve never had. This dismissive behavior of patients legitimate concerns is absolutely absurd.

Went there on Friday 10/30 in the afternoon for my, physical, drug test, chest xray, and respirator fit test. The lady at the front desk told me that their xray machine is not working and that they are waiting on FedEx to bring the part. My respirator test kit was also running late due to the late FedEx delivery. I asked them if I could at least get my drug test done since it takes longer to get the result. The front desk person said to me we prefer to do everything together... long story short, I ended up getting done everything on Friday by 6pm exceptfor the fit test. But since I had to come back on Monday for my fit test, these people did not send everything out till Monday 11/2Mind you is the pandemic and I havent had a job for the past three months. Because of their laziness and stubbornness, my start date got pushed further. And Im probably going to be without any income coming in for another month.Thanks Nova Medical Center.

Made me wait 4 hours for a simple physical and drug screening. I found out it’s a walk in clinic that treats injuries before scheduled drug tests which is ok I just wish I had the choice. My employer must have a contract with Nova as I didn’t have a say where I went to test. Don’t come here if you have a choice especially on a Monday.

Long wait just for eye exam, performed completely wrong for Jager 2 requirements. Probly shouldnt rely on the for any kind of NDE type eye exams.

The ladies upfront had a sour attitude for no reason. Im not sure if they just had a bad day but it just seemed like they hated their jobs. The doctor who did the physical was rude up until the end of the physical. Wasnt a big deal but it definitely changes your mood when employees arent nice. Just not a good experience, maybe the company needs to treat the employees better or get new employees.

TB test only, waited an hour... they move like snails! I did a drug screen here 3 years ago and waited 2-3 hours. Not much has changed that’s for sure!

They wasted my time, failed my eye test and have me go see an eye doctor to later found out it was a typographical error from their nurse that did my screening. I specifically told the big head black doctor to let me take it again in front of him cos I know my eyes are fine and he was so disrespectful saying “not until you see a eye doctor”. Untop of it there was no apology or remorse they just gave me my paper work and send me on my way. Don’t go there if you don’t want your screening messed up.

The staff here are very professional and friendly. The facility is clean and managed well. The only thing in need of improvement would be the wait time.

Conroe location is slow slow slow, especially if youre getting a urinalysis (drug screen). I was waiting there for 2 hours after a 9am arrival. When I called the day before around noon to see if I could make an appointment to come in the person that answered laughed at me.

Very Good People first of all everyone that is employed there. Very kind respectful and fast. I was in and out in no time , no more than 15 minutes and I was on my way.. very fast results back to my employer. Thanks Guys and Girls at Nova I will be referring everyone and other businesses to start using you guys. Every employment should start using Nova e-verify.. Thanks Eric Grant

It was great. I cant remember the young black lady name at the desk but she was so professional and polite. I had never been to one of these facilities before and she made my day. We were in and out. We spoke briefly about my new job adventure and she was just as happy for me as I was.

2.5 hour wait, was told this was caused by an employee calling in on their shift, but looking back on reviews as far as 2 years back, seems to be a common problem and ongoing issue.

I went in for a tb test and the lady who did it did not ask me to verify any information before doing it, didn’t know how to pull the liquid out of the vial into the syringe, then stuck it all the way in my arm like a shot instead of under the skin to create the little bubble we usually see. Then after she did it she looks at the paperwork and says “oh you’re pregnant”. Don’t you think you should look at stuff like that before they just start wrongly administering things to people. I will never go there again. Highly inexperienced and unprofessional.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I am very pleased with their service. I will recommend Nova to any of my coworkers.

Everything medical went well. The staff could be a little more cheerful and not so monotonous. I know sometimes life happens but, to make the patients feel better they could wear a smile and address the patient with a happier tone.

Had to get a pre employment drug screen and chose Nova Medical. I was able to get it done same day and in a timely manner. They guided me step by step in what was and would be happening. They have a friendly staff 😁. Gabriela was very professional and kind. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

They had some boxes on the counters, but they were very kind to give me a packet for my purse! The MA doing my test was very professional and quick!Great experience!!

Needed a lab draw for work. Sarah the phlebotomist was excellent. Never even knew she had successfully found a vein and was drawing my blood until I looked down at my arm. She deserves to be recognized.

I had to come here to obtain a pre-employment drug and alcohol test for my new job. I came early (around 9) and was seen by 945am. My wait was not that long considering the checking in, few paperwork, and those already in front me. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. My medical provider was more than professional and polite and made the experience less awkward. I was more than pleased with my time here.

Front desk staff very nice and accommodating, young lady who performed lab test(UA/TB) was pleasant, polite and smiled. Felt very welcome, not a burden like some places make you feel, and it was right at closing time, when people usually only are thinking of going home.

Unacceptable waiting time. 2.5 hours for an employment drug screen specimen? This is a 10 minute wait and process at a normal Quest or Labcorp location. I hope to never be sent to this location ever again; visited this same location a few years ago and it wasnt any better then either.

I would go back to Nova. They were courteous and did a great job.

After waiting for hours to be seen I was sent to my doctor to get his signiture on a piece of paper. After spending 80.00 to see my doctor, Nova still denied my physical. So, I could not get a physical, paid 80.00 and lost an opportunity for a great job. Keep up the good work, Nova.

Staff is polite for the most part. There was one time though when I saw one of the ladies in scrubs get extremely rude with a patient that thought he was supposed to wait for results in the waiting room instead of exam room.The wait for just simple DOT drug test (urine and breathalyzer) or DOT medical card is always 40min plus even though theres hardly anyone there. This is a problem when having to wait for that long as it can temporarily bring blood pressure up just from sheer annoyance and give a false record for the physical.And the last time I was here, I witnessed as the guy driving the NOVA courtesy van took up one of the handicapped parking spaces and just left it there parked while he came back into the facility for work. I believe I only saw 2 handicap spots with one of them already being used by someone with a handicap placard.

Had to go there on a work day for random drug and alcohol testing. Tonda was super fast and efficient in getting me back out and on the job!

Efficient, didnt have to wait long. Took me right in after finishing my second round of paperwork. Typical medical check up, but no blood work required.

Staff is very friendly but you better make sure your schedule is clear when you go. If you have somewhere to be that day, better take care of it 1st. Also, bring a snickers cause youre gonna be there a while.

Conroe doctor does not care about your well being or health. Had to to go to another doctor to tell me what i knew was wrong. All it took was some simple research but there is no effort from them. Good luck.. avoid if possible.

It was my first time visiting the clinic very friendly staff especially the ones who attended me and the nurse and staff willing to go out of there way to help get my issue resolved appreciate it very much I am very thankful for that other places wouldn’t do that yes the wait was a few but it was also very busy I would definitely use the services again TWO THUMBS UP

First time at nova medical center the facility was very clean and the staff was okay. My only complaint would be that one of the persons who handled my pre employment bloodwork/urine sample had asked an inappropriate question that has nothing to do with what I was there for. But otherwise this could have easily been a 4 star.

Very well pleased for all that I had to do with my pre employment screening and it was a lot. They got me in and out if there quickly and were ice and informative. Id reccomend going here to anyone.

I have literally been sitting in the lobby for an hour now. There was one person waiting when I got here. I have seen 10 people check in and 4 have been called before me. Not including the one that was here when I got here. All I need is a drug test and TB test due to the fact that I am a nurse. This is the slowest place I have ever been to. You would think that a clinic like this would try and get the quick easy patients as quickly as possible. This is terrible business, and working in the medical field I have seen slow, but this is worse than a doctors office, where people have scheduled appointments. And don’t get me wrong, they schedule appointments here, but nobody I have seen has been a scheduled appointment. Terrible, terrible business!!!

Went in for a work related injury very frustrated with my job (had a lot of issues with workers comp) and they just made everything so easy ! I love how they did a pregnancy test before X-rays to be safe. The wait time was longer than if Id had an appointment, but not very long at all for urgent care and the amount of people that were in that day.I ended up having to do physical therapy there three times a week for two weeks. The PT staff was very nice and the wait time was nonexistent.Overall the experience was great. I would definitely recommend Nove to anyone and it would also be my first choice for urgent care in the future.

This is the most unprofessional place Ive ever been! These people come across as hoodlums and thugs trying to play a medical role, I experienced condescending Drs who completely dismiss anything outside of their own opinion. Obviously a scheme to bill the hell out of workmans comp insurance and nothing more. Even their physical therapy practices make no sence. Just playing the role of a medical clinic here. Definitely dispute the charges from this place! I dont even want my insurance to pay for this completely useless service. What a joke! Why are companies sending employees here? Just use your private insurance and seek REAL professional medical care. Seems like the kind of staff who might be seen drinking a beer behind the place after work if you drove by... HORRIBLE!

Unprofessional front desk staff. All patients are important and deserve to be treated respectfully when questions are asked not have comments such as “I am tired of people that that” (yes I heard the comment when I had to go outside to retrieve some papers from my car) and the curse words “JC” . Good customer service is not dismissing the patients when a problem arises but “ I am sorry, let me help you” not rude unprofessional behaviors. I followed procedures and signed in to not have my name called in an hour and fifteen minutes of waiting, not to go back to an exam room....The clerk never called me to find out the nature of my appointment. I watched people who came in long after I did , get called in to the exam rooms and triaged ahead of time. When I approached the desk to ask why I hadn’t been called , the clerk was just rude and made excuses rather than providing good customer service for a simple 2 minute check. I’d waited patiently a long time.

Worst place ever I will pay out of pocket from now on then have then have the company I work for pay this place for me. The front counter people act and treat people like they work for the dps office. The male doctor tries his hardest at making difficult to get your medical card. Using a CPAP machine all you need to do is show proof that you use it and he would not accept my reading off my app on my phone or use the screen off my machine but will only accept a print out. Only reason why I picked one star is because that is the only way I can post this review but doesnt even deserve a star

I waited here for 4 hours to do a simple drug test... a highschool nurse can have 10 kids in and out in less than 30 minutes. this place is a joke and needs to be shut down. they obviously have no clue what they are doing. I would be willing to bet that the doctors here got their degrees from one of those $20 instant diploma websites

A 90-minute wait in the seating area for what turned out to be a 3-minute urological drug test. While I concede that this place takes walk-ins, the wait time was very long considering that the facility was only 25% full when I arrived. Gave a second star due to the nurse being well-mannered and apologetic (though the delay was not her fault).

Everyone was great, friendly polite & attentive. From the receptionist to the nurse & of course the doctor. It was a quick process & I will definitely be back.
