I was assaulted here by a nurse that didnt believe that I was in pain. Even though I had arrived by ambulance, she removed me by force from the hospital bed before my CT scan results had come back.Yeah, turns out a vertebrae had shifted over an inch in my back and she could have left me paralyzed. My biggest regret is not suing when I still could. I will deal with the PTSD for the rest of my life.Dont come here if you can help it.

Its very different looking since I had my Cancer radiation treatments there 6years ago , I was visiting with my friend whose also a Cancer servivor she fractured her ankle and had surgery yesterday so I can say the hospital is a lot better than it was years ago and staff were pleasant and professional to myself, friend &her husband. Im impressed with the upgrades of Conroe regional hospital.

The attention in call is great, very util and very efective, maybe can instructe to the personal to speak some spanish but its a great attention

Someone very close to me was in a serious car accident in the area and was brought to this hospital. After six hours of being in the emergency room, they never bothered to clean his wounds or the blood that poured out from his broken nose. He had blood crusted on his face and all over his teeth. The patient’s daughter said he smelled rotten when the hospital finally allowed her inside the room to see her father. She had to clean him up herself with wet paper towels.One of the security guards was disrespectful from the get-go. He told the patient’s son that he had the power to take away his visitation rights from seeing his father- why did the security guard threaten the son this way? Because the patient’s son stood up to the security guard for being disrespectful to his mother in this HORRIFIC and TRAUMATIZING situation.The hospital then put the patient out on the street at 1:30 in the morning because they realized the patient had no health insurance.I have never seen a more DISGRACEFUL establishment in my life. Avoid this hospital at ALL COSTS.

Worst hospital ever. The waiting room was so jam packed and they hardly ever toook anyone to the rooms. They would call you back for one thing and then you would be shoved back in the waiting room. To wait on the next step. I had a concussion and could hardly hold my head up but I had to wait in the waiting room. Even after my catskan I was told to wait in the waiting room until the doctor reviewed the scans. One guy had either staff or a spider bite and he was draining it himself in the waiting room because they were taking so long. It was disgusting.

Please call me about my husbands dietary needs. He has been in hospital two weeks and he cant get well if he cant eat the food. He was doing better when he could choose what he likes. No one is giving him a choice. I tried calling and no one answers at nurses station or the other number if you have a problem. He was supposed to get Gatorade for his low blood pressure and he still doesnt have it.I will bring Gatorade but I cant bring three meals a day. Just let him choose something. That cant be that hard to do.

They bottom line at this so called hospital is not the care and well being of patients it is all about the bottom line MONEY.

Just wow. I called to ask if they do covid testing. A very rude lady said go to gallery furniture in Houston and hung up on me. Nita is her name as I found out when I called back.l asked to speak with her supervisor and he wasnt much nicer but did say to come in to the ER if I had symptoms, which I do- the reason Im calling...... If this place gets 1 dime of my tax dollars, its wasted. People should be treated with respect, but you wont get it here.

So my grandma has been there for about a week. I am out of state. I call her every single day. The past 3 days she hasn’t answered her phone. I didn’t have her phone number for her room. So I decided to call the direct line. I know with the storm it’s chaos. Well I would call and I would hear a click then beep, beep, beep. That’s the sound when someone answers and hangs up. So I persisted to call over and over then the lady finally answered the phone rude as hell to me. I was straight to the point and told her what was going on, and how I don’t care if there is a winter storm there. This could’ve been an emergency and you tell me there is a crisis going on so you’re hanging up on people. Seriously?!? This hospital is a joke.
