My son was supposed to be a new patient. We made him an appointment several weeks ago based on the recommendation of my wife’s gynecologist. The appointment was scheduled for 2:00. Last evening, we received a message from the office telling us to be there at 2:15. We show up at 2:15 only to be told that Dr. Chapman will not see him because he’s late. As a new patient, he was supposed to be there at 2:00 to fill out paperwork. Mind you, they sent us links to complete all the paperwork online, so all of the paperwork was completed. I proceeded to speak with Stephanie at the desk. With my son standing there with me, she scolded him for being late. I explained that we were only following the directions we were given and that they needed to get their communications together. Stephanie was dismissive to me, so I demanded to speak with the office manager. After waiting 10 minutes, this lady comes out and I show her a transcription of the voicemail. They were not accommodating, whatsoever. From my perspective, this practice is a part of the previously “small town Conroe” and they aren’t interested in new patients. I have never been treated like that before.After voicing my complaint, the office manager came out and told me that I didn’t need to “have a fit” and that after she told Dr. Chapman what happened, he would be willing to see my son in a few weeks. Needless to say, I told her that I wasn’t interested. I wouldn’t take my dogs to this practice. Customer service is definitely a thing of the past. If you’re new, I’d keep looking - perhaps in the Woodlands. That’s where we are headed.

Dr. Samantha Hinds-Campa is a wonderful physician as well as a great person. She is caring, compassionate and very professional. I have been going to her for many years and hate to think of ever having to go to anyone else.

Awful front staff...so bad that I wouldnt ever go back.The letter I wrote to them:I just want to make you aware of your front office staff. I came in last month to get established with Dr. Hinds-Campa. I wasnt overly impressed, but my GYN, Dr. Sejour, highly recommended your practice. I then scheduled my son for his well-visit/getting established, as he is turning 19 in just over a week. I had 2:00 written down on my calendar. Then I get the reminder call the day before (automated) saying the appointment was at 2:15. I had already filled out several online forms with all the info for his appointment, and I sent him with the entire list of immunizations from birth to now to give to the nurse for your records. He got there at 2:10, but waited to go in till my husband got there at 2:22. The front desk lady was VERY VERY rude. Said he was late and would not be seen. I even sent the voicemail transcription to my son and husband to show them that the appointment said 2:15 on the voicemail from yesterday. Wouldnt budge. My husband asked to speak to the office manager. Still no give whatsoever KNOWING that all the paperwork was already done online. I dont know what kind of practice this is...Ive been all over this country in many states with places such as Mass General to Yale and never been treated with such rudeness...absolutely ZERO grace. We WILL NOT BE returning to your practice. I will not give a positive review online, because the face of your practice, your front desk, represents you very poorly. I would suggest some training in how to treat customers. I have lots of other places in the area to choose from for our family care. You may be a very wonderful doctor, but now we will never know if that would be true. Thank you for your time. Blessings!

I highly recommend Dr. Slauter. She is my new PCP, and I’ve had a great experience with her and the office staff so far.

Love the location, as its easy to get in and out with plenty of parking. Check in is a breeze, though I suggest you acquire paperwork anytime, take it home, prepare it, and return it on your next visit, if you are a new patient, as it will save you wait time. Staff is friendly and have a genuine interest in your health. I recommend this medical facility for you and your family.

MDs are smart and friendly. Staff is courteous and efficient. New office is clean. 5/5
