I was so nervous to board our new dog, not knowing if he would do well in a day care setting. I was at my wits end. We’ve exercised him and he still had boundless energy. Then we bought a weighted vest. Then we bought a treadmill. Then we combined running twice a day with a weighted vest and walked on the treadmill or played in the yard. He was still full of energy. Someone at the dog park suggested doggy daycare. So I was on a mission. I found Dogtopia and set up a meet and greet. He passed his interview and his first day was October 5, 2021 at Dogtopia North. That Friday we boarded Drake and they kept in touch with me even after hours and in the early morning hours. They knew it was hard for me to leave him overnight and they held my hand every step of the way. I can’t recommend this place enough. He now goes to Dogtopia and is a very tired dog when I pick him up. Our evenings are very peaceful now. I found Drake chained to a fire hydrant in Tomball Texas back in May.. He was emaciated. He had worms,mange, and a horrible ear infection. Now, he has put on weight, his coat has grown out completely, neutered, Straight A student at Dogtopia and has a very cute husky girlfriend. This dog is living his best life at Dogtopia North.

I don’t even know where to begin. Owning a small business in The Woodlands is hard - very hard. I have two puppies who come to my business every day with me and are very well socialized with adults, kids and babies. I was wanting to socialize them with dogs and regain some independence and I researched many daycare facilities - this one came highly recommended so I gave it a try. I know my dogs are ridiculous, spoiled and people obsessed but I didn’t realize just how sensitive they were to being away from their people and with a large group of dogs. I reached out to Dogtopia after the last visit with feedback and my unfortunate decision to cancel my membership expecting to be charged a cancellation fee and to be written off as a client…well let’s just say I was blown away by their customer service and care for my concerns and my fur babies. Most businesses do not treat customers as people, but as numbers…not this place. I’m hoping that down the road, once my dogs can stomach being away from their people more and learn to appreciate their canine companions, that I can revisit doggy daycare here. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a clean, safe and friendly environment for their pups.

This was my first experience with Dogtopia in the Woodlands and it was a very positive experience. My dogs were very comfortable there and had a wonderful time.I was given a fabulous tour by Evelyn and she was so knowledgeable and informative about how my dogs would be taken care of.Everyone there so friendly and you can tell they truly love dogs! John the owner is super friendly and made me feel very welcome and took the time to meet my dogs when they came in for their first day!When I picked my dogs up on the first day they gave me a report cards and beautiful pictures of each dog on magnets.They come out to your car in the morning and it makes it a quick drop off. Then for pick up they see you pull up and they bring your pups out to you.I would highly recommend Dogtopia in the Woodlands north.

This place is AMAZING!!! I am a crazy dog mom and would not trust my pup with just anyone, but I completely trust the wonderful people here. She has so much fun with the other dogs and with all the employees! Thank you, Dogtopia, for always taking such great care of my Maisey!

The owners and staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My pup has/had a few issues with jumping and overexcitability and they are so great about working with us to ensure she is happy and successful at daycare. They conduct multiple fun days with treats and games throughout the month which is so cute to see! All of this puts them a cut above the other doggy daycares Ive researched! Id definitely recommend Dogtopia north!!

I only go to Dogtopia whenever I need to leave my pup overnight, but even though I only go every other month. I never feel worried leaving my baby with them. I love seeing the employees see the owner of the dog and instantly know who their dog is. It shows that they give each dog the same care, love and attention to each dog that comes in through their door. Also, another great thing about them is that they respond very quickly through text and it’s very convenient for me.

Worked here for around 4 months and I can tell you no doggy daycare cares for your dog as much as they do. They literally treat every dog as their own and dedicate time to work with every single dog. Such a wonderful place for your pups.

Love Dogtopia for boarding and daycare. Their setup is so obviously all about the dogs and they have it figured out. Dogs are on a rubber surface indoors, always supervised, and on a schedule for play, potty, outside, feeding and naps. Plus they do lots of fun special events like bacon flavored bubbles and the care team is very helpful and loving toward your dog. Also love that you can check in on webcams.

We moved from Illinois to Texas and we went to a Dogtopia in Illinois. When moving, we didn’t know what we would do for boarding and daycare that would stack up to our Dogtopia in Illinois. After finding out one would be close to where we were renting, we were relieved. We were apprehensive that it would not be the same level of love and care for our fur babies but, we were wrong. The team at Dogtopia of The Woodlands North are very welcoming, friendly, experienced and love what they do. The owners themselves are onsite and just as pleasant. I would recommend any person to go there! We are very excited that the same owners of this Dogtopia are building another close to where we are building our house! Thank you so much again for going beyond our expectations!!

This was our 1st time taking of our dogs to a doggie daycare. We were high impressed with the staff, the cleanness, how well our 1 yr old Husky took to the staff almost immediately, and all the activities & interaction they have with our furbabies. I was nervous when I driving there fir the meet & Greet & walked out signing up for a membership for her. Highly recommend Dogtopia of The Woodlands to any & all.

The approach they take to their staff and dogs is to make everyone a success. Their knowledge of dog breeds and personalities is tremendous and they accomodate all needs in a single building. Our outgoing puppy and our reserved older dog both thrive at Dogtopia The Woodlands.

We love our Dogtopia! The staff here is absolutely wonderful! They take the time to get to know your dog and love them like a family member. My furbaby gets very nervous around new people but the staff at Dogtopia made the time to make her (and me!) feel comfortable and safe. She loves going to daycare to meet new friends and play all day! The staff always tells me how her day went, how she behaved, and if she made any new friends. They remember all their dogs names and are so good at what they do! I would highly recommend them to all my fellow anxious dog-moms.

Our boy was completely WIPED OUT after spending a weekend with his new pawls at Dogtopia. It was his first time to stay away from us and put my mind at ease being able to check on him throughout the day and watch him on the app. I feel like they watched out for him as if he were apart of their own family and I am grateful for the pleasant experience. Totally worth every penny!

We love Dogtopia The Woodlands North! They take extra care to be sure our pups have an amazing day. Every employee has shown a great deal of caring. They are well trained and ready to help even if a problem arises. I love how there is a trusted veterinarian right next door. I am constantly amazed with the number of folks there who know my pups by name and know their needs and idiosyncrasies. I trust them with my precious pups for daycare, spa services or boarding. Hands down there is no better in our area. We’ve tried others only to be disappointed. I’m sure you and your fur babies will love DTWN as much as we do!

I sent my kid to her first day of school. Then the dog to you guys. I loved that the dog came home with the report card. I especially appreciate the night before her groomer text me to see what kind of hair cut I wanted for the dog.They even let our puppy play for a couple of hrs after her grooming so I can fit in a hair appointment, pick up the kid from school then get the dog with out being overwhelmed with the schedule of my day.Overall the experience was the best I’ve ever had with a dog grooming place. You care for many dogs with very different character and you dont force them to act a certain way. Dogs play differently and I feel you have a great understanding of what is concerning vs what is normal dog behavior. Comments made when picking her up tell me you know her and care for her. Initially I watched the live feed out of concern. Now I watch it to justify a quick break at work or to get a laugh from watching crazy puppies and the occasional dancing worker:)

Very caring, clean, activity based place for my big boy Zeus who had never been to a dog park or group of dogs! They were very watchful to see how he progressed and took great care to see he was comfortable.

If you are ever in the Houston/Woodlands area & need doggy boarding, I highly recommend Dogtopia! I called the NIGHT before we evacuated for Hurricane🌀Delta & John/owner was incredible. He was able to accommodate boarding & verified her Vet info that night. The staff is so nice & the facility is very clean & smells great! They were even able to groom her for us. When we picked her up today they put together a care package for us that included: a doggy toy & treats & kid snacks for the ride home.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🐕

They did not give me a report after 7 days of boarding. Also my dog caught kennel cough although vaccinated, but they failed to communicate it to me. Found out from staff over phone when called asking about it they have it in their center and failed to notify customers.......they knew.

Best doggy daycare, they really care and appreciate all of the dogs. I can work and travel in peace knowing my baby is in the best hands and having so much fun playing in a controlled environment.

My 5 month old English bulldog started last week & I originally signed him up for 12 sessions a month but already increased it to the unlimited because of how impressed I am with this place! On the first day they sent home a report card & first day pic and all of the staff is SUPER professional and friendly. You can tell that everyone truly enjoys their jobs. They also offer curbside pickup and do fun events with the pups! One of my favorite features is the webcams, other than nap time I can watch my baby the whole day - I was so scared to leave him with anyone but I can check in on him at any time and I love it! Calvin absolutely loves it and comes home a super worn out pup ready to cuddle for the night! 10/10 recommend.

I was so scared to leave my aussie at a boarding place for 4 days because of my last experience but Dogtopia changed my mind! When my friend picked him up they seemed like they really enjoyed having my dog and gave us a picture, report card and list of friends he made. It was the cutest! They also let you watch your dog on webcams the whole time and is super affordable. I will be back using them in a couple weeks!

They know who Willow is when she walks in the door. They are professional and friendly. I know she’s in good hands for the day or the week when we board her.

My husband and I bring our 5 month old puppy, Archie, for daycare a few times a week and he absolutely loves it. We have to keep him from jumping out of the car when he realizes where he is in the mornings. The staff are always so incredibly friendly and they made me feel so at peace when leaving him there for boarding for the first time. I love that I can watch him and know that he is safe and having a great time!

Dogtopia has been a blessing to us and our Weimaraner, Charlie. They are extremely responsive, very caring and the customer service is always amazing! Our entire family is comfortable with the Dogtopia family, including our 4 year old! They make everything feel like home. :-)

Dogtopia is a great place! The staff is very friendly and look after the dogs well. They have different play areas for different size dogs.

Very attentive to my fur baby. I love that I can leave her at Dogtopia and not worry about her while I’m away. Also being able to watch her on the camera and see her tail wagging says it all.

Alex had so much fun he actually slept in the car on the way home, something he hasnt done in the 6 years since we adopted him. The staff were all happy and very friendly with every interaction including the owner.

They are so personable and I can tell they really love and care about my girl. She always comes to the car smelling so good and freshly brushed. They are very patient with her during her stubborn moments too. And they are always posting on social media and I love that! Would recommend 100%!!

I love Dogtopia! It’s a very clean place, the staff is wonderful and they all really love the dogs. The trainer that works with our puppy is fantastic and the owners are SO great. Really can’t say enough nice things about this place. The quality is great and the prices are very fair and reasonable as well.

I want to thank Dogtopia for saving our relationship with our rambunctious puppy. I thought I was an experienced dog owner, but our new puppy bested me and my husband with her energy and barking. Two weeks at Dogtopia has solved our three biggest behavioral issues we had with her! She got much needed socialization and doggie manners she couldnt learn from our senior dog and isolation due to COVID. She is now also fully potty trained and crate trained, and is able to communicate effectively when she needs to go. She stopped nipping and biting my senior dog. She stopped jumping all over us, and has stopped her full-chested, ear piercing barking at everything. It was a lot of progress we saw in 2-3 weeks for a 4 month old puppy, we are over the moon and will be a long-time monthly subscription customer.

Dogtopia takes great care of my boisterous Airedale pup when I am at work. He loves it there. Try the Spa Package! He comes home sweet smelling and fluffy.

AMAZING solution for us during the hot Texas summers! My 2 year old golden loves going and it’s always been a great experience. You walk in and wouldn’t even know there were dogs around because there’s no smell... AT ALL! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend them enough!

I do not recommend. The lady at the front desk was rude about my sweet dachshund. We stopped by to check it out and 2 big dogs were at the door. He was scared and growled at the lady. She said he had to like people and couldn’t stay. How dare a dog growl.No, I was at your location off 1488 a couple of weeks ago. And thank you, but as I did not feel welcome, I will not return.

Best doggie daycare! Dropped my 25 lb pretty shy/timid sheltie off for a week of boarding and she loved it! On their webcams I could see her running/playing & having tons of fun. They keep the size categories well divided so there were no big dogs playing rough with my little dog. They allowed us to have a tour and it was extremely clean and smelled great. The staff cares a ton about their business and about the pups. They did a wonderful job grooming her upon her departure as well.She is a tad picky/nervous with food and they sat and hand fed her to help her eat. Wonderful staff & wonderful place!

Wow just wow. I take my Great Dane pup Ghost to Dogtopia religiously. They treat him like family and work with him on some behavioral issues in the most fun positive manner ever. He truly loves going and loves seeing his second home! They monitor his play and were able to accommodate me in a last minute emergency when I needed boarding. They ALWAYS let me know everything that went on and are always so happy to see my Ghost Galactus. They accommodate all of his needs. I truly truly love this place. You won’t be disappointed. Not to mention all of the great discounts for members and for military! Thank you guys so much we love you!

I was very impressed by the staff and facility. All seem very interested in making sure my pets have a fun day while also learning manners around fellow day care mates. Everyone is friendly and patient with the animals. The online app provides ease of scheduling and also ease of mind in knowing that I can check in on my pups any time of the day while they are enjoying time at Dogtopia.

It was the best place 2 years ago. Oh how things have changed for the worst. Over 25 dogs had kennel cough and they never told pet parents. They are all about the money now. They are horribly over capacity and under staffed. I have never see such a horrible turn over in staff.I pulled my dog out of there after 2 years. Dogs get hurt there and excuses are made. Don’t expect to hear the truth from anyone. They are suppose to have 2 coaches per room at all times. Dogtopia Corporate will tell you that also that there is a capacity on how many dogs per room unlike what they tell the per parents that ask about it the The Woodlands Dogtopia.If only they had not gotten greedy and kept everything the way that it should be. If only they had kept the standards that they once cared about.
