Dr. Baker, has been mine and my husbands doctor for 20 plus years. Dr. Baker has been the best doctor we have ever had. Dr. Baker truly cares for his patients. I believe there should be more doctors like him. I dont know what I will do ,if he ever retirees. Once youve had the best, there is no comparison.

DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE. I left 3 messages over 2 days on behalf of my elderly mother to get a lab order and prescription refill but did not receive a phone call back from the nurse. The secretary is polite, but it is unacceptable for a doctors office to let over 32 hours pass without responding to a request before the weekend. They are clearly overwhelmed or incompetent. Not what you want in your doctor!!!

I love Dr. Baker. He is a very nice man who really cares about his patients. Youre not just a number with him. He takes his time with you and makes sure you are fully at east. Has a great because manner and a gentle hand. The girls in the office are sweet as can be and are very kind and helpful. So glad I found this doctor!!!

Office was very organized and professional. The administrative staff was friendly and helpful in answering all questions about visit. I did have to wait to be seen but it wasnt a issue due to the nice environment of the office. Dr. Baker was very helpful and understanding in answering all my medical questions. He spent time with me and seemed legitimate in his quest to help me with my diagnosis. Very approachable and not condescending like most uppity doctors.

I just sat on hold for 18:27 minutes and the office manager said the normal hold time is 30 + minutes so I was lucky. The staff here is terrible.

Incredibly rude on the phone. Didnt bother trying to help or give a better time to get help.

He did nothing for my husband except charge for over 20 visits in a 2 year period of time...failed to see classic s/s of chest pain...also my late husband was in renal failure with a creatinine of 5.8...failed to recognize that as well...put him in Flomax for that problem
