The lady that was there 9/21 had the worst customer service. She has such an attitude and seem so bothered because I came at 4:27 she said she was about to close. They close at 5pm and the procedure lasted 1 min. I only went there because my doctor office Lab closes early. I will not be going there again. I hope the lady changes her attitude or gets a different job.

The tech was not friendly at all which I could’ve handled but then she harassed my five year old asking her where her mask was and why didn’t she have one on!! You ask the parent that question! Don’t ask a 5 year old! She left with tears in her eyes thinking she was in trouble. Not to mention the fact she isn’t required to wear a mask!! If Quests wants children under ten to wear one, then put a sign on the door! I have no problem complying with “rules” but that isn’t one! I will never understand why people like her work in a business dealing with people! I’d like to say maybe she just had a bad day but seeing these other reviews makes me think she doesn’t like her job!

Great Facility that had No line for blood work. She got me in and got me out, quickly. The lady was very professional and she got it done with no pain. I will be using them again if I need more blood work. The lady that did the blood draw is a great asset for Quest Diagnostics.

Do not go to this location. Staff is not friendly and made the experience very stressful for my 4 year old who was having blood drawn. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but felt the need to share after reading others similar reviews that were acknowledged and not remedied. You are greeted by someone who is extremely rude for no apartment reason and smarts off the whole time you are talking to her. She made it clear she had an issue with doing her job and looking for an order, as others have stated and treated us horrible because we didn’t have written documentation on hand, which I let her know we were told we didn’t need by the doctor and she still talked down to us and smarted off.. she later found the order after making us sit around for 20 minutes making comments like we didn’t even know what we were there for among others. The nurse who actually took the blood was friendly but the person who greeted us was rude and made me feel as though I was discriminated against as soon as I entered the door until the time I left. Sad that a grown women has such little compassion for a 4 year old child and this place of business continues to employ her after others have complained with similar experiences!

Terrible experience at your office this afternoon. My granddaughter has to have blood drawn for Texas Childrens every quarter, and they now require us to use Quest. My granddaughter is 4 and terrified of having blood drawn. Your employee had to be the rudest person Ive come across in a very long time. I arrived at the office first and told her my daughter & granddaughter were on the way. She was put-out they werent there yet and made it perfectly clear she was leaving straight up at 5:00. It would serve you well if she left at 5:00 and never returned. Hopefully we can find a Quest office that treats people decently . Cold, hateful & rude. That was our experience.

Excellent, skilled techs. Only problem is cannot find their fax number for the doctor to send orders, and nobody answers the phone at this or any other Quest lab in my area (Montgomery).

Very rude & hateful lady that appears to like to torment little kids.

Have gone twice, first time the phlebotomist had a bad attitude because my wife was there 10 minutes before closing, and she bruised her harm very bad. The second time she had attitude about finding her order & could not find it. So we went to another location after that.

No one ever answers the phone
